Very bad service, they prescribe an appointment and then cancel it without explaining the reason. Rude attitude towards clients.

This review is based solely on interactions and does not comment on the quality of their work.Customers generally interact with the owner, "Sasha," and on every single occasion in which I've been fortunate enough to interact with him I found him to be extremely arrogant, rude and in general just an a hole. You can be an expert in your field without talking down at your customers. Buyer beware or, at least, be ready for some attitude.It's possible that the staff are very polite and knowledgeable but as a customer you rarely interact with them. You've got to get past the gatekeeper, Sasha.

I went to a lot of Mechanics throughout my life and these guys are the best. Their honest, very knowledgeable and not expensive at all. This is my new shop with any vehicle I'll own.Thanks for the good price and services.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately I had really bad experience with this shop. Brought my Mercedes BENZ sprinter 2014 to the shop with only rattling noise in my transmission. Alex told me to leave the vehicle in the shop, which I did. He called me next day said transmission needs service 550$, I said ok. Then problem remains, then he said I need new drive shaft, 1200$ , I said ok, problem remains, then he said I need new shifter 890$, problem remains. Then he said I need my transmission rebuild. It is not the end, before like 6 month before bringing car to this shop I changed shocks, control arms and all other staff which around wheels. After alex shop car was overheating, all shocks was loose and many parts are not mine and not new. I went to Mercedes Benz service. He told me I got all parts USED. So Mercedes Benz took my vehicle and done proper repairs for 4100$ . I paid to ALEX 4K and he stole my parts and installed bad parts from his ambulette cars, YES they run another bussines with Mercedes Benz sprinters there. They take your vehicle apart and charge you more then MB dealer and problem remains. My worse experience. DO NOT bring your SPRINTER van there , just don t. Scammers. I got report from MB service center and will definitely go further with that. I told ALEX that he installed used shifter, he started to scream at me, unprofessional. Then I found new shifter which I paid for in his shop. He installed shifter used with handle from freightliner, with dust and cracks on the leather. Will go further and will get my money back from this shop.

Very professional and knowledge, quick service. They found the problem which others couldn't diagnose. My 2005(!) Lexus runs like new. Simply the best !

Avoid using this service. My fuel pump stopped working. It took 5 hours for them to replace it. In the end I got error message on dashboard and they damaged level sensor in gas tank. So now I can fill it up only on 3/4. Needed to get my car to the real Mercedes Benz professional mechanic unlike these hobbyists. Charged me $200 and now I have to re-do after them.Most disappointing experience I ever had.

I give this review to pay respect for 8 years of the great service for me. The Best shop in Brooklyn. Sasha is not so greedy as others. Always fair prices.

The worst service ever! Lazy drunk technicians smoking all the time inside your car and drink vodka from coffee cup while pretending doing some work. Gennadiy technician have changed my rack and pinion in two days and couldn t center it and car started pulling to the left. Sasha is pretty rude, told me that rack is centered and alignment was done right and they don t know the reason why car is pulling to the left. After their repair I have to go to official Toyota Service to fix the issue and damage that they made to the vehicle!!! Toyota s technicians diagnosed the problem and said that the rack wasn t never centered and alignment wasn t done properly! If there were 0 start I would give that instead! Avoid this SCAMMERS, don t waste you money and time!!!

Sprinter work done well. Sasha very fair and knowledgeable Got me in and out quick when i needed it for jobs. Don't get taken off by Mercedes

Clearly the WORST SERVICE in Brooklyn. Lazy technicians smoking inside your vehicle while pretending doing some work, smoke and dust everywhere, fire safety is a joke, the owner (manager?) Sasha is unnecessary rude and pretty impudent I'd say. Typical "Back to USSR" anti-service. Will NEVER come back.

Scammer, told me to buy a new engine for my car, bought it and they installed it and the car still had the same problem, went to another shop they told me it was a faulty engine. Wasted money on a faulty engine because he couldn't diagnose the problem

Must not want money, walked in for 2 minutes and completely was ignored till i started asking question like who works here. Then the owner barely conversed with me before saying just bring your car in. Trust your gut.
