Worst . Rapid tire was recommended by my wholesaler. I agreed to have 6 tires mounted, balanced and valve stems replaced. One of the owners said the valves were fine and didn t need to be replaced. 60 mi s later on the Jersey Tpke @ 3:00 am, the valve blew out on the front tire & destroyed the tire. I had my wife 2 daughters & 3 grandkids in rv while trucks wiz by me doing 70 mph. We waited 2 1/2 hrs for a commercial tire changer To come to replace tire. 400.00 later I spoke to same owner who said it wasn t his problem but would put 40.00 towards a new tire. 150.00 later I brought a new tire & had it mounted at different shop. This shop is very unprofessional & could care less about your families. 1 stars here for tire changer.

Had a nail in my tire, guys were quick and efficient, about 10 minutes later I was patched up and good to go, and at a price that I thought was too good to be true.

Very reliable. I called several times and he was very patient.. we want to do everything here if they do other things for the major car services.. sad that they only do tires. best shop ever!! We called so many other tireshops and we chose this one and we are very happy that we did ! Louis is the best!!! We will come back for sure as long as we have a car. Plus the rotation is free, we will come back in next 5000miles

These guys are great. It was very easy to communicate with them to set up a time for when I could come in. They are so friendly and treat you like a long time costumer. I will be back for all of my tire needs.

Tom the owner is always on point. Tom and his team always goes above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. Rapid always helps out and never disappoints. Highly recommend with no reserves. Thank you.

I highly recommend. I called ahead and Tommy priced out 3 tires for me--the ones I wanted and two cheaper ones! He and his assistant were super fast--done in about half hour. No problems parking the car near the garage because there's tons of space. Great service, great price, very nice guys.

I was recommend to this place by a friend. The owner, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and suggested a great pair of tires. While he was replacing them he even straightened out a small dent in one of my rims, then he balanced and installed them. So far I'm very happy with the tires on my BMW and the service from Rapid Tire. I've been back twice for a balancing and rotation, and at 14k+ miles the tires are still great.

The nothing worse then getting a flat tire in a neighborhood you don't know and you are basically stranded. I Googled from my car on 3rd ave and these guys came up and I was up and running in no time. They sent a guy in a small truck to get me good to make it to there shop and once I got there they had back at 100%. I would recommend these guys for great service and very reasonable prices! Ask for Tommy.

Blew a steer tire in Brooklyn, got to me quickly with replacement tire. Prices are "ok" but I think good for NYC. Mechanics were awesome with a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend.Mack Daddy Trucking

Place is a joke. Went to get a screw removed for a tire, and the guy tells me I have one car in front that they weren't even working on. I say ok how long, just shrugged his shoulders. There are plenty of other tire shops in park slope. Avoid this one!

I don t recommend to go thereCame with nail instead of fixing it he wanted me to buy a new tire which I refusedAfter filling air I drove an hour away no problemFix by someone else.Avoid this place they try to make you change you tire no matter what.

I did change a tire in there. They didn t put my spare wheel back to the place. They didn t balance my front wheels. And after I told them about my concern they start screaming and made nothing.
