Do not go here. You will regret it. I am pursing legal action against him for faulty service. I ended up taking my vehicle to Dolphin Transmission and it was professionally done.

I, like other reviewers, wish I had read all the bad reviews before purchasing. I have had literally the exact same horrible experience that other reviewers have talked about. I purchased a transmission from Rami on EBay. The transmission has never shifted into third or higher gear. After being given the run-around from Rami and paying my local mechanic to find the problem, the valve body is missing valves and rings. The valve body that was installed in this transmission isn t even rebuildable in the current shape it s in. Rami won t stand his work or 3 year warranty and I am out $1,100. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Rami...since you claim to be religious...there is a special place in hell for you and your family because of the atrocities you have committed to honest people.Service: Transmission

The right transmission at the best price. Responded quickly to any questions and kept me updated on the delivery. Even checked back afterwards to make sure everything was good. Provided some helpful installation tips, that were very much appreciated.Thank you.Transmissions are like everything else in this world. Hit or miss. I got a hit, year later its still going on a daily driver. Thanks again

First off let me say I was skeptical as anyone should be getting a transmission fixed. These guys are A+. They gave me a great deal had me in and out with little wait time and I have been driving car with new transmission they installed for 3 months now with not one issue. Feels like its shifting better than it ever did. will most def be using them for all future transmission needs with any car I get in future. thank you guys for your hard work honesty and quick turn around time!

Wish I read the reviews first. Would have never dealt with this place. Purchased a rebuilt 4L60E, fried after exactly 100 miles. Amir was quick to take my core and the rebuilt unit back for warranty replacement, and thats where it ended. Amir has strung me along feeding me lies and empty promises for over 3 months. He pretends to be religious and caring but in truth is a pathological liar and will no longer respond to my calls or texts. Needless to say Ive been kicked to the curb, lost the money I spent on the transmission and the money spent on labor, now have to source another unit and pay for labor all over again. Biggest F-job I ve ever had to deal with. Be warned, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

It has been a wonderful blessing that we found this shop. We already bought two transmission for Honda Odyssey, they work just like new. We even went on road trip to Florida (we are Tar heels!) for thanksgiving and the minivan was like a lady. There was only a bit of fuss with the delivery, but these gentlemen are very customer friendly. Great service. Keep it up!

Amir s company is actually called RK Transmission. Not sure where Rami comes from. I hope Yelp and Google helps to resolve it. I've read many of the negative reviews out there after the fact. That got me worried for a couple of days. Amir told me that unit was on the truck on Thursday. I was almost ready to request refund if no tracking was provided. But on Monday I got call from Joppa Transmission in Maryland that my unit has arrived. They installed it in one day and I was able to finish my trip to Georgia. Transmission runs nice and smooth so far. Turnaround was rather quick taking into account holiday season. Amir is a great guy to work with. His reviews on eBay (bestdealtransmissionsandparts) are excellent. Not sure what causes all the negativity on other review sites. My experience with RK Transmission was great.Service: Transmission

I recently had to replace the transmission on my car. So I went to Rami Transmission.The service I received was awesome,Rami the owner and his son Amir found me a used transmission, I was happy with that because it saved me some money. The mechanics are very good, and the installation was fast and reliable. My car is running good.I would definitely come back to Rami Transmission for any future repairs. I give them 5 stars.Thanks Rami, I highly recommend this business.

Purchased a rebuilt transmission for credit 99 and replaced it myself in July of 2017. Rami even helped diagnose a brand new faulty oem solenoid.No complaints so far.They are not a typical auto shop.

Run run run! Do not ignore all of these negative reviews. The son Amir is the biggest snake you will ever speak to. He is amazing as far as telling you what you want to hear. He pretends to be religious but is a master of deceipt. I found them on ebay "bestdealtransmissions " the transmission I purchased only lasted 4 months! He sent me to his friend for warranty coverage and his friend screwed me over also on top of $625 labor! The transmission started leaking and grinding as soon as I left. This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with a mechanic. I really hope karma catches up with these guys because what they are doing is outright fraud! Amir you are garbage and I hope you get what you deserve.

My husband and I decided to buy a fixer upper at an auction out of state through a dealer. They said it was in running condition but needed a little body work. When the truck arrived yes it was in running condition but it would not go in REVERSE!!!! The only way to correct the problem was putting in a new transmission. A friend told us to go to Rami's and I am so happy we did! The transmission was installed perfectly in record time for a mechanic shop! It was in and out. The cost was the icing on the cake, perfectly affordable and the personal service was great! I would recommend any one to get their "fix" here!

When your transmission goes bad it's one of the worst parts of being a car owner. When it happens you wonder what should you do? One solution would be to consider Rami Transmission. There's a lot of people saying good things about this company. Not only does the owner Rami pride himself on getting you a good transmission, he has it put in relatively quick. His son Amir's a good worker and will treat your property like his own. One of the best things I've heard is that they're affordable.

I purchased transmission for my f150. Upon installation the transmission was found to be faulty. Amir and Fanny kept in constant contact through the whole transaction. I opted for a refund which they gladly took care of in full, along with even helping me out with most of the labor I had paid to have it installed. Its a shame it didnt work out, but I believe them to be good, honest people with their customer's best interests in mind. They did all in their power to make things right with me. One must understand, these things happen to every business, its how it's dealt with that reflects the character of that business, and they did right by me.

Don't do any business with rami, he's as shady as they come. I went to him in September to have my computer replaced in my Chevy Malibu, 2 weeks later my car transmission went out. First getting him on the phone was like a cat and mouse game. No one ever answers the phone, he's closed when he's suppose to be open. he have the gift of gab and tells people what they wanna hear.He had my car sitting for a week before he even looked at it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time and money. Finally gave up and took my car to dolphins transmission where they towed my car free of charge and diagnosed it. Readers beware do not walk, runnnnnnn From this shop.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Please please please!!! Do not buy anything from this seller - he is a scam and you will go through terrible stress trying to get your money back - most likely, you will never get the funds back. The transmissions are terrible and will break down quickly. The seller has stores on eBay and unfortunately uses different names so it s hard to know you are buying from a fraudster. Look up the BBB and see all the complaints- under best transmission and Rami transmission

Scam Artists. Ordered a transmission from them for a vehicle. Saw there listing on ebay. Called them and they asked me to pay over the phone instead and save the fees. Installed transmission and it lasted two months. They made me buy a $400 part that didnt work. Fought with them for 4 months trying to return the transmission and finally they sent me a shipping label and picked it up. I call everyday and get the run around. Still have not got my money back. they have their transmission and $1400 of my money not including my labor. Don't trust them. Trying to find a BBB out there to call and trying to contact the police out there as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I purchased an Audi CVT transmission in January. As soon as it was installed by the Audi Certified Shop, it was apparent that the unit was faulty. Long story and several Thousand dollars later, I still do not have a replacement transmission!!. I have been given the run around, outright lied to by Rami,Amir,Adam and Franny. They have gone so far as to give me a fake bill of lading and stopped taking my calls. Do not use them!!!. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Stay Away!!!

I guess the other reviews are right. My CD4E made it a year and around 6000 miles.. I was told that the warranty wouldn't be honored due to the fact the clutch drum failed cause the wheels must have spun in the snow.. That's great except I live in Southern California and where I live we don't get snow.. We don't even get rain here!! I told their mechanic that, then immediately after it must have not had fluid.. Funny it had fluid and no leaks.. What the trans has is a bad history of clutch drums exploding..Now if they would give me a price of the "SO-CALLED" end user damage that would be nice.. But they won't give me a price.. Instead they want me to wait for a day to get a hold of the one person that is never there the owner.. The people that work there are also just rude.. Mind you it took 6 phone calls last year to get the core charge back.. Check out all the reviews on the net and with the BBB.. After that stay away.. Wish I would have..

These people are absolute gems I have been dealing with them for 4 years and four transmissions later I am extremely happy with them they have repaired under warranty Transmissions that I have screwed up installation on. They're honest and stand behind their product don't hesitate to do business with them

We waiting four weeks for our CD4E transmission to show up after we purchased it on ebay. IT DID NOT WORK. Not even for a millisecond. Rami incoherently blamed our certified ASE shop that installed the transmission for the preliminary failure. Next, he sent another transmission to our shop at no expense. (Three weeks later) This one worked. I asked him to pay for the install of the first malfunctioning transmission. He wouldn't. 90 days without a working vehicle and two installs at my expense... In hindsight, it was a terrible experience and would not recommend Rami Transmission to anyone EVER. There are other posts on the web that have had similiary experiences as well. I never got to leave feedback on Ebay because it took longer than 90 days for this miss to come to a tragic end!

SCAM!!!! LOOK AT YELP AND BBB FOR MORE PROOF!!! 2 Bad Transmissions, Just like all the other complaints, THE WHOLE FAMILY ARE LIERS AND CROOKS,GANEF - RAMI,AMIR the WIFE ALL OF THEM. Bought transmission $1000 no good wont shift, $500 labor gone. Return transmission, crook son trys to charge me $300 for 2nd core charge, why when the transmission core was right there in the shop brought in by me. 2nd transmission no good, another $500 labor install, had local transmission to verify faulty transmission another $100. Called Rami to rectify the issue, he tells me to call him right back in 15min his hands were dirty all of a sudden no one picks up phone of any of the numbers and all voicemails are full. REALLY!?! So now i have a van with a faulty transmission that they are aware of, they will not answer phone, they will not refund core charge although they picked it up. They bring you in with 2 year warranty thinking they offer a good product but they never intend to honor that. I will contact every organization i can to file complaints and have this place closed, BBB, FTC NYDMV etc. They have to many complaints of the same issues and problems that i feel it appears to be fraud.

Bought a 1999 Honda Odyssey transmission and sent the core back but did not get the core refund. Tired of calling. No ethics in doing business. Stay away. Also the transmission did not last a year. Wasted my my money. Learnt my lesson.

ASE Master certified Honda Technician for 19 years here. I ordered and installed a transmission from Amir and his Dad after getting a great promise of warranty coverage from Amir. He promised they "all get dyno-tested and new upgraded torque converters and external coolers. It came with no cooler, the gaskets from the absent solenoids and sensors weren't even cleaned off, and the torque converter looks exactly the same as the one we removed from the original transmission. Later Amir told me that "not every transmission gets tested." The transmission we put in the 04 Pilot was DOA. No third gear. We double and triple checked our work then let them know we had a problem. We called and they wanted us to "try" some things first. We did those with no change in third gear. Spent a couple of hours, after 2 days waiting to get answers from them, trying to diagnosed the bad transmission as they requested. They finally agreed to ship another one and "take care" of the labor we already had invested. The transmission never showed up or even shipped out. After multiple phone calls and messages, Amir, and his father stopped answering and never sent the replacement transmission. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get anything done. Amir changed his story and the "facts" about the products and policies several time over the many conversations we had until he stopped answering. Still waiting for an answer from Amir at RK Transmission a.k.a. Rami Transmission a.k.a. bestdealtransmissionsandparts on eBay, to tell me why they couldn't provide a working transmission or even answer the phone. Buyer beware!!

Idk what s up with the negativity but I can honestly say Amir and his family has been in business for years and if they were shady they would ve been out of business a while ago. Their reputation has been tested time and time again but I guess it s their loyalty and great work and honesty is what keeps them afloat. Thank you guys for everything and I ll stay in touch .

I'll keep this plain and simple. This mechanic is a specialist at what he do. He knows his work inside and out. He has served me for 2 decades with all my cars. More than a fair price mechanic.

My husband purchased a part from them that was supposed to be new but it turned out to be a sprayed old part that didn t work on the vehicle. They will not return calls (I am from 2 hours away). $2200 wasted on the part and getting it moved. They will be seeing me in court.

DO NOT IGNORE THIS POST!!!!!! if you look at google yelp and the better business bureau reviews of rami transmission it is painfully obvious what we have here -- when all these customers state that their horror as to what has happened to them and their subsequent mistreatment when they attempt to reach out to rami transmission you only have to look at the F rating that the better business gave and their justification for that F rating was they had numerous complaints against them which rami transmission ignored the same way customers were ignored when they had issues and called rami transmission. I am also a victim of rami transmission so if you do your due diligence and check this place out carefully you should run not walk away from doing business with RAMI TRANSMISSION

Don't buy from them .....give run around and lie to you .You will not get warranty transmission. Sells transmissions under best deal transmission and parts on ebay. Shame on me for buying from eBay. Don't make my mistake

Getting the runaround and excuse after excuse on why my transmission is hitting on 2nd gear after being redone twice . It needs to be rebuilt. I've been trying to get him to look at it for two months now. It's ridiculous. 1500$ and 0 service. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

Paid 1,300 for a 4l60e that was worst than the one I sent as core, really sucks but that's what I get for trusting eBay trust me when I say there is better transmission places stay away from rami and his bandits lol
