I've been going to Ralphie auto before they moved to McKibben.They are honest, cost effective, & I never had to go back after work was completed!That says it all . Professional & reliable work

Ralphs auto body got my call a couple days ago when closed, got a call back and amazing customer service day before 4th of July 2023 for my subaru outbak. I am highly impressed with the care and attention this company has spent with me and my insurance company. Sometime as a client that doesnt know exactly the process of car situations, Ralph and team has helped amazingly. Thank you, Albina

10/10 mechanic. Friendly, helpful & kind people. Trustworthy and priced fairly. They did a great job on my Subaru and gave me advice on how to best take care of my old car. Worst mechanic I ve ever been to. Lied numerous times about services to get money out of me. Didn t fix my struts even tho he said he did. On top of that always had negative hateful stuff to say about my car don t know why a man in his 60s would be jealous or envious of a 25 year old. Negative energy. If I can give zero stars I would. Found new better mechanic

Fair and fair! Never have I ever had such an open conversation with an auto place. Even as busy as they were, they sent me to somebody else who had the time for an oil change and warned me of the shortcomings of their recommendation.Ralph s warned that the other place would try to take advantage of me for things like new break pads/rotors and such when I was only looking for an oil change. They were 100% correct and advised me not to be fooled.They knew I needed to get on the road and made sure that I did! The other place tried to screw me in exactly the way that Ralph s said they would. Wow, what an honest place Ralph s is!I just had break pads and rotors replaced a month ago, and Ralph s set me on the right course even if the business wasn t going to them. True neighborhood heroes over there. Been to Ralph s 3 times, but they didn t know that when I called. (Presumably)On a previous visit, Ralph s caught a wicked low oil level for me as I was having a piece of the undercarriage screwed back in (snow damage). Could have had my engine seize had they not seen it! There was barely a drop on the dipstick. Saw it myself and they made sure that I did. Dipped it myself in their presence and agreed before they proceeded.They didn t even charge me for the undercarriage screw, and they were more happy to show me the true problems with my car and fix those at low cost. Liked them ever since that day, and today they hit home with the need to leave a 5 star review. They re busy because they are truly great.

I love Ralph's. I've trusted them with various cars over the years, and Ralph's had always given me their expert opinion, have fixed a variety of issues without problem, and have never over-charged me

I've been going to Ralph's shop for over a decade. Everyone there is top notch. They've gone above and beyond whenever I bring in my vehicle for repairs. In addition to doing stellar repair work, they are also honest and more than fair. Best mechanic in NYC, without question.

The most honest and professional mechanics I have ever dealt with. I live 2 states away but continue to take my vehicle to this shop for vehicle maintenance. I truly recommend them.

I was recommended Ralph by a friend so I went thinking I could maybe trust them. I had an old import which was Ralph's specialty. Anyway...the engine had some deep problems...that were better represented by my current mechanic who basically told me that Ralph screwed me. Without going into details, he charged me a lot of money for a very stop-gap solution, and didn't really represent the problem to me in an honest way. This might have been ok...but also his employees were rummaging through my car and ripped out two interior lights...for no reason. They were not supposed to be inside doing anything to the interior. Then they kind of made fun of me after taking my money. It was pretty rude. My interior lights are still broken to this day. I would not recommend Ralph to anyone.

I've dealt with a lot of mechanics and had bad experiences. At Ralph's Auto Center you have knowledgeable people who make your car problem their problem. He is so talented he works on both old cars and new ones I was lucky enough to see a few older cars like a 1968 mustang and a challenge which you don't see at any mechanics really. Overall best mechanic in Brooklyn.

Been bringing vehicles to Ralph and his team for over 10 years- I live in NJ now and still bring the vehicle to Brooklyn for them to check out. No matter the car or issue, the vehicle is ready the same day- they communicate with me, go above and beyond, and have always offered a fair price

I have to say that it s hard to find a good mechanic... Thank God I found one . I have 2000 Nissan Frontier.. I took my truck to Ralph and man are those guys good .. they did all 4 heads in my truck ... They did an awesome job ,Thank you guys ... Go to Ralph s.... you will be very happy ....

Ralph and his team are thorough, honest, accommodating and fast. I have been through a sedan and an suv with Ralph and have always left the shop feeling safe driving in my vehicle. Thanks, guys! The BEST in the entire city!

Its a good place. Honest mechanic and good service. Gives you good feedback and isnt simply trying to get your money.Highly reliable and will definitely recommend! Its hard to find a good mechanic and I will say Ralps is great

I have a '76 Stingray Corvette and finding someone with experience and trust is really hard . I'm happy to say I have finally found that someone with Ralph. Just be mindful about parking on the street, you'll get a ticket. Simply pull up and let someone know you're there.

Ralph is one of the best mechanic i have ever met. Ralph knows his busness. I hightly recomend Ralph Auto Shop. Treat people with courtesy and respect. Ralph is a down to earth guy and so is his brother's.
