Took my car in after being involved in an accident, and Mike did not disappoint! My car had terrible damage on my passenger side, but now it looks brand new! I would like to thank Mike for their professionalism, patience, and their work in the detailing of my car. Once the job was done, they even took it to a car wash for an excellent thorough detailed cleaning! I can not thank them enough for bringing my car back to life! I can vouch to everyone that their car will be in the right hands no matter what problem they face!

The Quentin auto center is a model of excellence. It s a model of confidence. It s a Quentin auto center is a model of caring, a model of excellence , a model of confidence, an organization that epitomizes the word trust. most recently I was dealing with Gerson who is an assistant manager, or some position like that. He was fun he was friendly. He was competent and he made sure I got the right result. It made me very very happy. And that s true of all the people I work with at Quentin auto. They are competent fair and you can truly truly trust them!

I've never had such a good experience at an auto center that I felt the need to write a review until I discovered Quentin Auto Center. Auto shops have a negative rep for taking advantage of people who aren't experienced but not this shop. I came across this place by pure chance when looking for an auto shop and I'm really glad I did. The way this shop makes us feel is unmatched - they are professional yet casual, helpful, insightful and extremely hospitable which is extremely rare for me. This auto shop is a gem and will always be our go to because of their customer care and thoughtfulness (even though it's kind of out of our way).

Very professional and friendly staff. I was greeted as soon I walked in. I went in for a photo inspection and it was helped right away and completed promptly. Would definitely recommend.

I had to get a photo inspection for insurance. When I got there they asked if I had an appointment and I didn't because the website hadn't said that I needed one. But they still were able to squeeze me in and did an amazing job.

I was in a 4 car fender bender a month ago and the insurance company that had my car fixed sent me to this location nice people friendly keep me informed on my car job well done. So if U looking 4 a spot Quentin Auto Center is the stop .

Amazing service I came in to get some front bumper damage fixed I spoke with a gentleman named Mo and he was nothing but great. He gave me a quick estimate with different options the service was extremely quick and professional. Plus he even went the extra step to fix some scratches free of charge. Mo was extremely friendly and nothing but helpful. I would recommend for anyone in the future. He was a life saver

I was rear-ended and the right back quarter of the car was pretty crushed, including the gas tank fill port, lights, etc. Allstate sent us a list of 5 shops they deal with. We went to the first one in Bay Ridge and just didn't like the too-busy vibe. We then went to Quentin auto center and met Mohammad, the manager. I knew right away that we were dealing with a well-organized, honest guy. The shop office was clean, and the files on the walls spoke of staying on top of the work. We left it that day, with an estimate of 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks Mohammad communicated with us about what was happening, and we had it back in 2 weeks with all the paperwork done with Allstate. It was a dream. Two more things -- when we left the shop Mohammad and his assistant saw us out, and were genuinely proud of their work. The other... was that the INSIDE of the car was totally detailed like it was a new car. They didn't have to take such good care of us -- I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. So rare these days to leave a place so totally happy. The work was beautiful.

Brought my car to these guys via insurance companies request. So far they are a lil late.The guys here will immediately try to push a car rental offers on you and try to up sell you.They did a good job on fixing the door lights and side panels, everything looks new.ONE THING IM ANGRY ABOUT IS THE BLASTED SHOP DUST THEY LEAVE ON MY CAR. NOT SURE IF THIS IS A MIXTURE OF PAIN AND DUST BUT IT CANT BE REMOVED. I TRIED WASHING AND IT DOESMT WORK! ITS EVEN ON THE GLASS. BECAUSE OF THIS MY CAR IS ALL SCRATCHED UPShop is small but they are about their business and are certified by my insurance company BUT THE SHOP DUST IS ANNOYING!

Among all of the body shops i got service for my car, Quentin is definitely the BEST. Mohammed was very helpful. After the accident, I was very concerned about my car but thanks to professional guys at Quentin, now it looks like a brand new one.
