Jerry and his team have helped restore my car several times to my great satisfaction. My passenger door was kicked in. Other time my driver side front wheel. Then there was a front hinder bender that I brought to Jerry. Each time my car( LS 460 Lexus) was restored, painted shinny like new! Of course I hope I don t have anymore mishaps. If I do Jerry and his Crew of professionals are the Best in the field of Auto Repair!

Jerry and his crew took all my fears away from beginning to end. First time I ever had to go to a automotive (body and fender)shop. My experience was effortless from beginning to end. I'm glad I was referred to him to fix my car . They did amazing work and beautiful paint job .Customer service was top notch. Giving a shout out y new auto body shop. P.S they work with major insurance companies. Thank You for everything.

Jerry and his team did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. I was in a vehicle accident and Jerry was my good Samaritan on that day. He was there the whole step of the way and I am grateful for the help and service he and his crew provided. From rescuing and comforting me that day to getting everything done in a timely matter, I highly recommend his facility and services.

Took me a minute to write this review for personal reasons but I most definitely wanted to leave one. A while back I stepped out of my house to find my car in pieces a delivery truck smashed my the front of my car and left the scene. Nieghbors gave me the perps number and a guys who got his license plate for me also gave recommend me the family own shop he works at. Justin mom lives near by and he was visiting her when he saw what happen. When I decided to take my car to them. They towed my car in and the Nephew drove me home after seeing the shop and meeting, Gerry the owner was so amazing in helping. This horrible situation had me so under the weather but they took car of everything. I didn t know this wonderful family from a hole in the wall and they helped fix my car in a timely manner and kept me up to date if a piece was delayed. I definitely found my forever shop and recommend everyone especially females to go here. They did a wonderful job in fixing my car and making it new again. Gerry and all his staff were amazing and so lovely people to deal with. If I can give 10 stars I would. So if you looking for one of or if not the best shop in Brooklyn look no further this place is amazing and honest.

The team did an amazing job on my SUV. Professional and courteous staff. At end my damn insurance did not honor the claim, but the manager was very flexible and helped made it possible to affordably fix my SUV. Thank you guys XOXOXO

My car was side swiped while parked on the street and Jerry and everyone at his shop did a phenomenal job! It looks new! Jerry also treated me like family. He finished my car before the holiday so I could drive home and then let me bring it back afterwards to finish waxing it. Gonna bring my car to Jerry now over anything and I recommend everyone do the same!Service: Body & Trim

This is my 1st body shop I can highly recommend, I received great quality, honest body work. Plus!! it's a Professional Family business. Jimmy and his family has a golden heart to their customers. Thank you for making our family vehicle brand new again after being struct.

A truck took my door off and I didn t know what to do. I researched all the shops in the area on YELP; Prospect Heights Automotive had the best reviews! Jerry showed up immediately towed my car back to the shop for Free! He handled dealing with the insurance company since this was my first accident and I didn t know how to go about it. My car was ready in about a week! He kept me posted on the status throughout the entire time which made me feel comfortable. He even personally drove me to enterprise to get a rental. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. Johnny and Vinny his sons were so pleasant. Small family business :) He also fixed a dent at no additional cost.

I had to get my bumper fixed after a hit and run and my vehicle looks like new. Jerry and his crew did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them.

My car was stuck here for four months, and I had a hard time getting in contact with the owner for just a status update, mind you! When I finally got the car back, not only was the interior dirty, I was also missing a few items, and, wouldn t you know, my check engine light was on. Instead of going back to that shop to rectify those said issues, I decided to take the L and pay out of pocket at another repair shop.

My Car was towed here after an accident and my biggest mistake was not doing research, and looking into other auto shops. The owner was unprofessional with everything lying to me when my car would be finish. Everytime we communicated it was me reaching out to him almost as if he was doing me a favor. My car was in the shop for 4 months and is still having issues after they said they fixed everything. People please do your research anytime you do anything. My experience here was horrible if you get into an accident ask your insurance company where to fix the vehicle I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I care about the shop. Save yourself the headache of coming here and go to a better shop.

When I got into an accident a guy walked up to me to see if I was ok and if I needed help. I was shaken up but he made me feel better and offered to fix my vehicle. I had a place I dealt with before but when I saw his place and met his dad who co owns the place I felt at ease leaving my car. My 300s was repaired so good it looked better then before. He even buffed out scuffs on my rear bumper..Thank you gentlemen!!

I had a accident with my 2020 Honda Accord i didn't know what to do a young gentlemen named jonathon showed up he said his family owned a body shop he was the owner son he towed me to his shop they helped me put the claim in with my insurance company got me a rental car and in 2 weeks my car was finished like brand new . i do recommend this body shop to anyone they did a great job.

This place was nothing short of amazing. I swear they were heaven sent. I just bought a car not too long ago when someone hit me I am a single mom and I was devastated the drivers stood with me during the accident kept me calm talked me thru the process and made everything easier. They went out their way to drive me to the rental place. I was in and out and my car looked better then before the accident. I recommend this family business to anybody they work in the local community and they work with and for you.

I would highly recommend this place at first i was apprehensive due to some previous bad reviews but they exceeded my expectations everyone was hands on i got a ride to the shop & to the rental place the owner was very hands on. when my car was finished it looked better than before. i recommend all my family and friends to get their vehicles fixed hereServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

I appreciate them fixing the car but they also kept the car for a week and a day, they put another 1000 miles on the car, also took the car charger (adapter) out of the car. I mean come on, all this just to fix a bumper?
