I was assigned to sales rep Munthir, who was great. I spoke to the finance manager who gave me numbers on a Bronco I was interested in and they just didn t make sense. I received a follow up from Troy (another sales rep) and when I asked for a breakdown of the numbers, he said he didn t want to break it down for me. I explained that they didn t make sense, and his response was they don t need to make sense, the numbers are the numbers . Don t like the way they treated me here.

Whenever I am in Premier Ford of Bay Ridge I feel part of the Ford family all the staff is very friendly and attentive with me they help me with all my questions and needs so that my purchase is satisfactory, Mr. James' work is very efficient to close the purchase. Until now, I was always happy with my new vehicle .

I ve purchased 2 vehicles from Premier Ford Bay Ridge: a Mustang in 2011, and a Bronco in 2022. Both times they were extremely helpful in explaining the various options/packages to find the right car for me. They communicated clearly and often, and answered any questions I had immediately via call, text, or email. 10/10 will buy here again.

The manager is the crook. Make sure you go thoroughly through all of your paperwork. And if you're ever extorted for additional money, call The Ford Corp, and they'll help.Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. 1 star is too much.

Most , if not, all of the dealers in Brooklyn are pretty awful. This dealership was no different. The only thing 5 stars was the cars. I made a phone call and arrived at around 5:45. The woman on the phone seemed very pleasant. I got to the dealership and it was raining but I didn t mind. I looked around for about ten minutes before I was even remotely acknowledged for being there. I had to ask reception for a sales person to assist me. I tested the sales person by asking him details about the blue GT 350 on the lot and asked to look at the interior and he was nice enough to let me do that. I asked about the pricing and not once in our conversation did he ask me anything personal. He didn t even remotely try to sell me a car. He seemed like I wasn t worth his time or dime. I asked to see a brand new Ford Edge ST but he said they were in storage and I would have to schedule. I had to ask the sales guy for his card, and the card he gave me was hilarious. This dealer is definitely a 1 star dealer.TLDR: awful service, unhelpful employees, nice cars. Avoid this spot. Go to Dana Ford.. theyre 100x better.Funniest part is that I actually drive a racing red GT 350 and I m glad they didn t get my sale.

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. They are understaffed and do not communicate properly. My Expedition was there for 3 days and they never diagnosed it. They never called to tell me its delayed. They are horrible.

A bunch of crooks. Had a deal in place even went and got a bank check as they told me. Dealt with insurances exchanged my social security (which by the way do not give it to them, they look shady) and driver license. They called me 15 before I got there and told me hope you didn't get the bank check yet because the owner doesn't want the deal we made. They basically wanted more money even after the deal was made.

My sales person Ilnis was very supportive and pro-active when it came my wants and needs of purchasing a new car. He was a very skilled and knowledgeable person. He even made it easy for me via text to keep me posted on all the things they were doing prior to finalization of my new car. My purchase was easy and made me feel like I was in the driver seat. Also a quick shout out to the manager for the experience of making me feel more like family rather than just talking to us trying to make a quick sale. I was excited about the deal that was made and how we worked together to come to an understanding. New Ford Explorer owner now. Thank you.

My car leasing experience was excellent. I met Troy, a senior consultant, at Ford of Bay-Ridge on 86th street. He was professional, honest, and friendly, which built a sense of trust immediately. He and his manager Nelson worked to get me the deal I could afford without any games or cheesy, time consuming sales tactics. They provided honest and professional service which I really appreciate. Everyone at Ford was extremely knowledgeable, gave me good guidance and made me feel very comfortable, including the financial consultant. Buying or leasing a car can be a time consuming and intimidating experience. If you want to feel comfortable and deal with real people who are there to help and service your individual needs, go to Ford of Bay-Ridge. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Like many other reviews stated, this dealership will try their best to rip you off. I was a returning customer trying to renew what would ve been my 5th lease with Ford. As such, I had a $2,500 incentive from Ford to remain a customer and I was putting down an additional $2,500 out of pocket. After I decided on a vehicle, and switched my insurance policy I m told by the finance guy that I told my salesman I was putting down 5,000 out of pocket in addition to the 2,500 incentive from Ford which I NEVER said. I was there for almost 5 hours and left with no car, upset and frustrated with the way this dealership does business. I took my $2,500 to another dealership and signed a lease on a luxury vehicle for the same monthly payment Ford was trying to get from me for a 2023 Edge! Save your patience and take your money anywhere else. Avoid these scammers by all means.

09/02/22 - Went to the dealership to purchase my first car the Ford Maverick and was very excited about it. The person who helped us said that it will take 6 months to a year for the car to be there which I was cool with regarding the shortages etc. !!! Bare in mind if you go to this dealer they will charge you over MSRP!!!Waited until March 2023 to go to the dealer and see what is going on with the order as I never got an e-mail or anything for my order no COVP nothing and the people at the front desk asked the manager and he said "Ohh dont worry Ford will send you the e-mail". Went there at the end of June right before the order banks for 2024 were going to open and hoping I would get my order rolled over and was told that I will get a 2024 one soon and no need to worry about it...07/08/23 After the banks closed went there for another time to see what is going on as again no one would follow up or anything, and there happen to be I think it was the managers or owners and started talking to them about the order and then when investigated said "give us 30 minutes and will give you a call about it", in the meantime one of the sales person showed me a fully loaded Maverick in stock but it was way too high in price. 2 hours later no call no nothing!! Called them back and found out that after waiting almost a whole year nobody put my order EVER and was told that if they get anything soon they would take "care" of me and give me a good deal. 1 hour later the sales person calls again and tries to sell me the Maverick they had in stock for $34K + $4K overcharge and told me for you we will do only $2K overcharge !! I told them that first of all you completely messed up the order now you wanna try and make money of me and then he tells me "then we are wasting time on the phone then if you dont wanna take this deal, because my manager has to make something out of this, and we cant afford it to go lower". After that I told them that Im going to pick up the $500 deposit as this was getting too much.08/11/23 Went to Subaru and got a deal where there was no over MSRP charge or anything of that nature and were very professional where I got to test drive the car. After that picked up the deposit right after at Ford to close their door once and forever.Just wanna tell people dont come at this STEALERSHIP and save your money and go somewhere else as they will do anything to charge you over MSRP and in my experience I never even got to see my car. Hope people dont fall prey to this stealership!!!

The finance officer with which I had the pleasure of doing my transaction with was the best representative I have ever dealt with at any Ford dealership. His professionalism, presentation and clarity as far as the financing contract were outstanding. I would recommend my friends and all who read this, if you are looking to buy or lease a Ford. This is the place to go. I cannot remember his name because it was difficult to pronounce. But if the other employees have the same work ethic. I need say no more.
