The mechanic was straightforward and really nice. Took his time to show me everything that was wrong. What needed to be done and the prices is very reasonable. I've found myself a new honest mechanic that's not just in it for the money and knows what they are doing they always have updated equipment.

I had a great mechanic but he switched shops and his hours are 9-5, M-F, which is so inconvenient for me as I work those hours and use my vehicle for work. So when my brakes failed, I googled the best mechanic in Brooklyn and Poly Auto Repair came up. Upon reading the reviews, I decided to try them, and thanks to William who was kind, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to; I found a new and honest mechanic. The service was phenomenal. Try them you won't be disappointed.

My co worker spoke very highly of this shop considering he s a man I thought he over rated it. But to my surprised when I first visited the shop last summer I was truly surprised and satisfied with the service from the entire staff. They took their time to show and explain to me about was needed to repair my car( speaking from a woman point of view can take some time lol) very patient and the atmosphere was comfortable.

I have been a new customer with Poly Auto Repair when the company has moved to Ditmars Ave. So far he s been reliable, honest and efficient. He s someone you can call anytime during his working hours and he will address all your concerns. My vehicle has always been repaired properly and never returned for the same problem. I will not exchange this repair shop for no one else.

Met these Guys few months ago after I had it with Lincoln on a fail water pump after 11k miles... polly auto first job for me was taking care of that Lincoln bad water pump after it fails in such a short time on my MKZ , William made me feel comfortable, he knew it was a big job replacing the water pump. My car was ready in 3 days Lincoln tec took 2 weeks, poly Auto Repair became my shop I've went back few times for other jobs example,oil change replace rear shock Rear stabilizing bar bushing, replacement of clockspring replace new buttons on steering wheel and troubleshooting airbag light on Dash...I m always happy with my service William did a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly..I'm so sorry I couldn't give these guys a 10/10

I had an issue on my 2014 BMW 535i, were-as my antifreeze coolant tank n the hoses were finish and my guy William had it taken care of. within time for me to receive it, right after work. not to mention I brought it on my lunch break. If that s not efficient I don t know what is. Could not complain, also the care they took on my car, the beneficial information that made me see things clearer because of the issue that was happening. They showed me what customer service is. Words could not explain how appreciative I am on what he got done for me. You know how bmw s are and his prices were extremely reasonable.

Awesome service. I had an issue with my window; it wasn t rolling up. He fixed it quickly and explained everything to me. He even gave me some advice if it were to happen again. He also answered my questions about another issue. He was efficient, knowledgable and helpful. I would go back again. Thank you!

For many years, prior to Poly Auto Repair being at 9325 Ditmas Ave., I was a loyal customer of the prior auto shop at that location (MG & Sons). Well, after having the "Check Engine" light suddenly appear on my car, I decided to stop at Poly, and in the same tradition as MG & Sons, they gave me honest and quality service at a fair price. I told the owner, William, he now has a new customer.

William, Poly, Alfonso, and their team is great. I have been coming to this mechanic for a long time and their work is always fairly priced, high quality, and fast. William is super responsive to questions and easy to speak with by phone or text. He explains things clearly and always give great options to get your car back on the road. If you need auto work done in Canarsie, Poly Auto is the place to go!
