Scammers.. Make sure you double check your engine oil after you get an oil change from Plaza Toyota Service center!!! I had an oil change here, waited 2 hours and was told it was completed when I got home to check oil levels the oil was pitch black as if it was never changed before. I went back and complained to Manger Berf who checked my oil color and said it is good and said the oil is new Clearly he has no idea what new oil should look like. I then demanded to drain the oil from my car and look how black this oil is guys They Never Changed it and Acted Like They Did. BE CAREFUL Very sneaky and shady business.

I am waiting already 3 hours for oil change. I said that I have to go before 12:00 they said definitely. Seems like I will spend all my day in place.I understand you guys doing money hourly 200$ per hour but people time are valuable too. Definitely never gonna come back here. Better to spend $70-80 out of pocket do all that job in 20 minutes. The most important thing i will miss my dentist appointment because of toyota service super fast service

Service Advisor Kelly Ann Jacobs is the best to ever do it. Her ability to handle tough situations is unlike any other. Not only can she get the job done but she will do it effectively and have a smile on her face the entire time. She really looks out for her customers. Highly Recommend!

Service Advisor Kelly Ann Jacob is undoubtedly one of the best. Her compassion, professionalism and dedication are just some of the exemplary attributes she displays consistently. Kelly Ann s energy and ability to coordinate in a simplistic way the intricacies/complexities of service related issues is amazing. I love her personable manner together with her unique ability to show empathy. My visit is always a pleasant experience.

I came to service. The guy named Tyler met me and took my car for diagnostic. I signed a paper which was a service charge for diagnostic car 200$. The did not fix my car but charged me 200$. Dont trust them they all are scammers I am gonna report all of them to the main customer service of TOYOTA NORTH AMERICA

I have been bringing my vehicles here for 4 years and Kelly Jacobs has been my service advisor this entire time. If you want great customer service, she is the one. If you want someone who actually cares and takes the time to explain everything to you about repairs, services, prices and etc; she is definitely 100% the one. She is the main reason I am even comfortable coming here instead of finding a cheaper alternative. I am happy with the overall service here from when I enter to when I leave. I have had no issues here. Thank you Kelly!

I went there originally on a Friday, ordered and paid for the a part. I asked the parts rep what time they close on Saturday to which he responded 5pm. On Saturday @ 4:30pm I arrive to pick up my part and saw no parts counter rep. I enquired with a gentleman in the shop and was told the parts rep left early. So I wasted my time, gas for my vehicle and money I had to spend to feed the parking meter. I then go online to check on the price for the part I bought from them and found out that they are charging 3 times the price that the same part is selling for online from dealers in other states. It appears that this dealer makes up its own list price for parts. Their list price is different (more expensive) from out of state online dealers. I wanted another part for my car so I called in to the parts department with part number I researched and found online and as I stated before their parts price is 3 times the amount it can be purchase for online. I strongly recommend that if your situation allows you time to order online and wait for the part(s) to arrive then do so. Online prices are like a breath of fresh air when compared to this dealer prices

I made an appointment for oil change and safety recall at 10:30 in the morning. I was told that it hadn't been done in an hour and a half at 2 o'clock. They called me and said it would take another hour. I didn't expect that it was 7 o'clock in the evening when they got off work and they hadn't even done the basics. I don t know how long it will take to open a store. What are you people doing? I won t go to a garbage store again.

Excellent service. I brought my 2021 RAV4 in to Plaza Toyota service for a bad sensor problem. 2 other Toyota stores could not help. My advisor Tyler Adams and his team fixed it! Error light gone, drives great!

I have a Sienna 2022 checker showed a problem in the hybrid system, but when I brought the car to Toyota of Nostrand they told me that I had to pay $900 even though the battery had a 10-year warranty. Ronny Rozales who served me offered me $700 in cash which he wanted to put in his pocket. After paying $1028 they didn t do anything to me. because I didn't give him cash. I went to a private mechanic and fixed the problem for $65
