I ve been going to Paint Masters as many as 8 years with the time I ve had my car. John is the only person I take my car to for any body work and he has kept my baby well intact. I appreciate his services and he is a pleasure to work with, he makes everything a breeze and worry free. Any one that needs their car done I always send them to him and let them know they are in good hands and never disappoints. Recently my car was hit and it was major body work that needed to be done. Of course he nailed it, executed and went above and beyond measure. Forever grateful he is around to help me maintain my first car.

Honest,Professional,Trustworthy and knowledgeable is the words I would use to describe John the owner of PaintMasters.From the moment I entered his business to inquire about my Car I knew I found the right place to have my car painted. I described how I wanted my car to look in the future as I was buying new parts for the car and John was more than willing to work with me his knowledge and experience was highly appreciated as my car roof and hood paint was severely degraded to the point of which they started to rust and flake off. John also suggested a few other changes be made to make my car look enhanced and much more stylish that when it first came in. Now to be fair I like to be honest the paint job was a breath of fresh air to my car and the shine really distinguished my car from the same models on the road John even took the time to clean and polish the inside of my car which was really appreciate and awesome of him That being said I ordered part to be replaced which were not installed as they ARRIVED LATE and one didn t have fully functionality I pointed this out to John after he asked if I had any concerns or comment to which he immediately apologized and agreed to fix the issues at a later date as I NEEDED THE CAR for a weekend trip. Overall exceptional service and superb customer service. Thank you John.

I was referred to Paint Master Auto Body Repair by my uncle after my rear door got dented and my side bumper got scratched. And I'm glad I did because John exceeded my expectations.From the start, John handled everything smoothly. I provided him with the estimate from the insurance company, and he took care of the rest. His craftsmanship was truly outstanding. He replaced the door flawlessly and managed to achieve a perfect color match, which was a concern for me since my car has a unique grayish-blue shade. It was evident that he took his time to ensure the repaired areas blended seamlessly with the rest of the car. What can I say? . A good friend of mine referred me to Paint Masters ..and that s exactly what was done .mastery. It s as if nothing ever happened to the car. It was a great experience! I brought my car for a minor scratch and rather than being money-hungry and recommending a major fix to please himself financially, he cleaned the colored paint for free and was truthful in telling me that I could simply get a buff to improve the appearance of the scratch. So noble of him. It was very refreshing and I'm very grateful.

I've been hearing great things about John at Paint Master for years. It was recently that I experienced everything that was being said to be accurate, after someone wrecklessly hit my jeep. The incident caused several dents and deep scratches. From the moment I called John to the time I picked up my repaired jeep, he has been nothing less than professional, experienced, exceptional, reliable, honest, skilled, thorough, and thoughtful. He painted several panels of my jeep to perfection. The color match was superb. My jeep looks sparkling new again. Additionally, my interior was vacuumed and cleaned. I had a roof wrap that went bad so I took my car to Paint Masters. He remove the roof wrap and paint the roof for me. Also touched up the paint on my rear and front bumper. I am a person that s very particular about the details and this shop doesn t miss a beat.

John is very courteous, professional, and has an overall good energy. As a female, I didn't get the run around with John. He was transparent and honest. My car looks brand new. I will surely be back for some other minor touch-ups.

100% gloss 100% real....I brought my car to paint Master Auto Body Repair after being hit in the front. I had a matte wrap that needed to be token off ...not only did he take it off by hand, he made sure he took his time and did a great job....now My car looks 100% like a brand new car. I was definitely impressed ....please bring you car to paint masters you will be satisfied.

Had my first minor accident in 18 years of driving with a sideswipe along the body of my new, year-old SUV. I was really anxious about what to do and was scared of having to deal with everything involved with getting things taken care of, including finding a shop I could trust. I finally came across Paint Master after seeing their stellar reviews and after taking my car there, I have found that those 5 stars are absolutely well deserved.John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the very first phone call, he kindly answered all of my questions, helped me navigate everything and updated me every step of the way (which, for a first-timer like me, was very much appreciated). It has been a seamless, wonderful process until the very end. My car looks brand new, like it had never been in an accident at all everything was repaired incredibly well and done pretty fast (my case took a little under 3 weeks!). The shop also works with and is recognized by many insurance companies. Top-notch work and top-notch owner. I would give 100 stars if I could, and I'll be recommending everyone I know to take their car to Paint Master for repairs. Ain t gonna lie the work at Paintmaster auto body is unmatched I m a run to the dealer 1st typa guy idk why but after seeing his wrk I had no problem taking my 2017 E300 for a sideswipe repair from a DUMPSTER TRUCK and I tell u wen I got my car bck it looked better than it looked when I 1st got it almost 2yrs ago .John is a boss at his craft easy to wrk with n very fair with his pricing I recommend him to the world!!! Got my car fully repainted down to the bone .was worth the timing did an excellent job on painting my roof and also installing body kits. Got my baby painted by John last week and it was an amazing experience. He was referred to me by my boyfriend who also had work done by him. Originally I was nervous because I've never had any work done like that before but John was super nice and patient he really put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me step by step and he kept me updated with his progress by sending me videos while he worked on my car. I also liked that he gave a certain time for pick up and stuck to it, honestly can't get any better than that. Not to mention she was so shiny!!! Looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. John is an excellent individual who is very professional as well as he is friendly.... with a taste for high quality incense (who d have thought).He was quite informative of my situation and what needed to be done. From start to finish, he was able to communicate efficiently by providing me knowledge of what he could do for my car and the best part? the pricing was negotiable as well. He also went out of his way to add in some missing screws to my car for it s bumper. Now the car looks amazing!Really lucked out on finding a good car body parts guy here, highly recommend!
