These guys are the absolute best they took my car after someone hit my car and left and within 2 weeks I had my car back looking as if I was never in an accident!! The tow guy Roody was so professional and kind I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone!! I would like to apologize to PA collision concepts for my bad review. I was being very impatient and I acted out of emotions and let it supersede my intelligence. This company is very professional and does great body work. They get five stars from me and if I or anybody I know needs any kind of work done to your car check out PA collision concepts. Once again disregard my last review that was my fault for jumping the gun and I apologize. You guys are awesome!

Hit a giant pothole on NYE at like 2am, and these guys towed my car and brought it to the auto body shop where Junior took great care of my car. They made the process smoothly and fast turn around time. Highly recommend!!!!

Did an excellent job with servicing my car. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. Adrien and Junior and their team made the process so easy and by doing so they always kept me updated on anything whether it was delays of parts, they stayed in touch. I would definitely recommend them !

The rear bumper on my car was messed up from somebody backing into my car and i was referred to this place snd they did a perfect job. They even detailed my car after they fixed it. My experience with this shop is outstanding, I had damage to my car s fender, headlight, and front bumper. Now it looks like nothing ever happened. Junior worked with me in getting the car fixed fast.

Please be careful. I gave my car on oct 4th for repair and i paid cash. I was told i will get the car back in 3-4 weeks. Today is Jan 20, and i have been given 4 delivery date prior. Every time i went they were like we are waiting on parts your car was hit bad , then why give me 4 dates weeks apart from each other for delivery. I am yet to receive my car. I have never been treated so unprofessionally at a business.They barely pick up calls and call you back. The run around is crazy. I think their repair volume is too much for them to handle which is why they will slack with your car. I just hope they do a good job after keeping my car for 4 months. Idk if i ll ever get my car back lol. They still cant give me an etd its a run around ever week. Never gonna do business with them again. 5star in unprofessionalism.

DONT GO HERE!!!! They had my car for more then 4 months after a front collision.. My bumper and my body panels did not line up when I went to pick up my car.. they said they needed more time.. and I would go back every month and see they have done nothing... They're telling me new issues every time I go... And now they're barely responding to my text and phone calls.. so please go to a better place... They are going to waste your time and money..

Y'all if I could give negative stars I would have. They are horrible. Do not go there! Rather pay a bit extra and go to a different place. I took in my car to get fixed and paid thousands of dollars only for them to keep my car for over 4 months despite telling me it would not take too long to fix it. When I went to pick up my car, it was FILTHYYYY! They told me they'll have it ready before 5pm and I am still here waiting. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICES.

Happy to have been connected to Junior before someone blew off my sideview mirror. Junior was easy to work with, got my mirror in within the week, and the visit took all of 20 minutes to pop on. They even buffed out a scratch and put air in my tire on my way out. I hope that I don't need an autobody shop any time soon but if I do, I know where to go. These guys are the worst they give your a run around about when your car will be finished when they know dam well they are just taking in as much car as they can to make as much money which i get but don t work on a car and than stop working on my car and work on another and than come back to my car do what your work load can handle in this case they overload them selves which causes cars to take forever to be done i took my dodge in and it took foreverrrr to be done good job on finish but you ll be waiting forever to get your car back paying insurance and car note every month with no carService: Body & Trim

BEWARE!! THESE ARE ALL FAKE GOOD REVIEWS! NEVER DO BUSINESS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. TOOK CAR IN WITH 87,000 MILES and I RECIEVED IT BACK WITH 89,000 MILES. I WAS CHARGED $500 TOWING FEE THAT HE DEMANDED I PAY CASH OR I WOULD NOT GET MY CAR BACK!! I WAS PROMISED CAR IN 3 WEEKS I KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I GOT IT BACK IN 8 WEEKS!!! ONCE YOU AGREE TO LEAVE THE CAR , THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS AND GIVE FAKE EXCUSES AS TO WHERE THE CAR IS!!!! IT IS HIGHLY SUSPECT THAT THIS SHOP KEEPS CHANGING NAME OF ITS BUSINESS. PREVIOUSLY NAMED GILS COLLISION. OWNER EVEN GAVE HIMSELF A 5 STAR RATING ON HERE HIMSELF : GILBERT. I PICKED THIS PLACE AS IT WAS CLOSE TO PLACE OF ACCIDENT BUT TO RECIEVE MY CAR BACK WITH USED PARTS AND 2,000 MILES ADDED TO IT IS A SCAM ! PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. BE CAREFUL .
