This is your everyday Brooklyn type of shop. Don t come here expecting a hand shake and coffee. Owner is older and pretty much just has no time for nonsense but just because he didn t respond to you doesn t mean he didn t hear you. They will absolutely help you of they can. And you re guaranteed to get what you need once your straight to the point.

Very unprofessional. The owner has a terrible attitude and has no sense of urgency. All the other mechanics on the block are more professional and work fast.

Took my 2017MercedesE300. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, there was no wait , the older gentlemen was very nice and we spent time talking about cars. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming here for all my inspection needs. Thank you !!

The service here was great upon arrival to the end of my inspection. Sean is always ready to share knowledge with you about your vehicle. He breaks it down in layman s terms for the driver (especially females) to understand. So ladies if you are looking for a mechanic with integrity, Sean is your guy.

Made an appt over the phone for a car inspection. Was given a time to come in which was Saturday 9:30. I arrived at my appt the owner looked at me and gave the dirtiest look. Didn t think anything of it he was on the phone. When he was done I informed him that I had called and made an appt. He then tells me no I can t do it I speak to a lot of people so no. Super unprofessional

If I could give them 0 I would, that s the worst car shop that I ve been, dirty guy seats in the car, smoking and doesn t care about anything. Very poor quality of their work- DO NOT USE THIS CAR REPAIR STATION!

I'm here now. There's a hanging sign that says New York State Inspection. The outer door is down. I'm standing here peering in. A woman comes. I tell her I need a car inspection and she says no and walk away. I'm a bit confused as I have a new car and the sign says they do inspections here.

The gentleman when asked If he could do a photo inspection said "NO" in such a rude and disrespectful tone, didn't even look up until I asked him again...

So they lie about the closing time. I m here right now and the guy there told me they close anytime around one when I spoke with some just before saying that I should come in two hours. Not accurate . I m going to report this to the BBB. No regard for paying customers time.

This is the most unprofessional place I've ever visited. I called for a photo inspection on Sunday. Was told they were opened till 4 pm. I traveled a great distance to the place and once I reached the man was SO RUDE!!! I said I called for the photo inspection, the man just ignored me like I had two heads. I never got the inspection done. What is our world coming to? Is there no more decency? SMDHOne star is too many!!

It was pretty quick and painless about 15-20 minutes. Car has been inspected and I'll see you next year. I think that the price is mandated by statute - $37.

They were quick and friendly. Cash only and there is no working ATM so bring cash or there is a 7 eleven down the street.

They are pretty good and very cheap but you wanna give them a call to make sure they can inspect your car model before you drive down there.

HE TOLD ME TO SPRAY WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID ON AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW. I LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS PLACE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The job was done but it was frustrating getting 2 cars inspected. The owner threw his weight around and delayed the second car getting inspected. The wait was unfair.
