Thank you NYC Wheels Professionals for installing a complete Body Kit on my car and for the Chrome Delete. It looks SICK . They truly focus on perfection and to detail! The color matching was done to perfection. The communication was great and I was informed step by step about the process. All sensors work! I m very happy with it. I would recommend this business hands down

NYC wheels is my family! Great people! I had my first car wrapped in satin black by them and they killed it! ! And now I got a new car and just did ceramic tints 5% on windows and 20% on windshield. The workers actually care, they make sure everything is done right and looks good before you leave. I m going back in a few weeks to get my car wrapped and chrome deleted! Super excited for that! Make sure yall go check out NYC Wheels professionals. And also make sure you follow them on IG because the owner is always posting up some GREAT deals!!

I wish I read the reviews before going there! Scam artists! Stay away!I had a cracked rim, they claimed they can fix it. The tire they claimed to fix was bleeding air immediately after leaving the shop. I went back asking them to do it right and they wanted to charge me again for the same botched job without offering any guarantees! Luckily, I paid by credit card, therefore, I was able to dispute the charges.Use their service at your own risk!Most importantly, NEVER PAY THEM IN CASH or you won t see your money again!

Horrible customer service!!False advertisement!!Overpriced for average work!!They advertise that they can match any color, so only my front two rims needed to be refinished so i decided to give them a try, they told me i should just do all 4 wheels (double the price) cause they couldn t match my color even though my rear rims was perfect i decided to let them go ahead n do all 4.. they did them and told me it would only take 2 days i didn t get my car back for 8 days and the wheels where a completely different color.. they made them two shades darker i didn t complain because they all matched.. two weeks later i bent one wheel n brought it back to them since they made them this color i figured they will be able to repair it and keep it the same exact color, they told me one day it will be ready, i didn t get my ONE wheel back for 2 weeks and when i got it back it was painted the original color they told me they could not match.. i showed them it was wrong and they said bring ur other wheel so we could match it so i brought 1 of the other wheels that they did and they told me it would be ready in one day, 2 weeks later not ONE call from them about my wheel so i went there and they didn t even have my wheel there i had to come back the next day only to find out they colored my rim wrong AGAIN and they told me if i want them all to match i have to bring all 4 wheels they couldn t even color match the color they did THEMSELVES and when i asked for a refund they told me no refunds so not only did they charge me for work they did NOT do they had my wheel for a entire month and i was without a car for a whole month and they wouldn t even attempt to make it right greedy money hungry businessThey don t do right by the customer at ALL i would never recommend this place!!! This place is a nightmare. They are not professional at all. I m lucky to have found a place that has good service and does quality work . But that has been at the expense of going to nyc wheel professionals trying to fix the mistakes they made. They messed my car up! Going back to them to fix the mistakes they made would have just been a waste of my time and money. Especially since I had to go back twice after I got work done. By far the most expensive mistake I ever made was going there. If you re thinking about getting work done with them, I d advise you do more research. Good luck!

The team at NYC Wheel Professionals were true professionals. I got my wheels powder coated, a paint correction, and windows tinted. Didn t need an appointment and it was done in a timely manner. The owner himself gave me the prices up front and explained the process thoroughly. He gave me updates as well and gave me a proper ETA on when things would be done. My experience with NYC Wheel Professionals was awesome!.Met the workers and even saw some of the other projects they were working on at the time. I went in for rim powder coating and caliper painting and the results were great!. SAME DAY ASWELL!!! Everyone knows their craft and are helpful in every possible. I am totally satisfied. Going back in a few weeks for a Chrome delete!

I NEEDED a new wrap badly on my roof. Tito made sure, even tho they were really busy, to accommodate me. it was a difficult job, and took some time, but they made it possible.One thing I can say in regards to the negative comments.. if you dont have TIME, and you re rushing? if you dont have the patience to wait for your car to finish this wont be your place. Quality takes time. prepping your car takes time, drop it off and they ll take care of it. Just communicate well and thats it. whatever service you need they will accommodate it. Will definitely be back for the same service with my other ride.

BEWARE!!!! Please do not waste your money to do any service with this business. Not only do they sloppy horrible jobs, they get tickets on your vehicle and feel that it is not their responsibility to tell you or to pay it! I wasted 3000$ on this place when I could have bought a new purse instead! Now I m left to get the job done over by a more professional business as well as correct all the errors and damage they caused to my vehicle! I will be contacting better business bureau as well as small claims court to get my FULL REFUND!

Got my wheels coated, windows tinted and car wrapped, wheels and windows came out looking amazing really great job. The wrap had a small probably manufacturing issue but sorted it all out and the crew over at wheels professionals took car of it and got me back on my way. Great work, took time but nothing good happens quick. Thanks guys

Came to NYCwheelPros for a full wrap, Rim and brake pad installation, calipers painted and tints. They called me about a small dent I had and said they'll fix it for $250, although I knew that was super expensive I figured they would do it right at least. Which was not the case. U can clearly see it through the wrap.The work they did with everything else was satisfactory although I ended up paying significantly more than expected. $2.5k to $3.6k.I sent my mom to them for a powder Coating that was advertised as $400 and ended up being priced at $750 when she got there for no apparent reason. Don't expect to pay the displayed sale price.I'm not saying Don't get work from them, just know it's gonna be more than u thought.

Needed a new set of tires + some body work. I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service along with the quality of the body work done to my vehicle. Their prices are very fair in my opinion . Would definitely come back

I d highly recommend NYC Wheel Professionals. I came to get my roof wrapped a part of their Black Friday deals and let me tell you, it came out beautiful. I was recommended this place by a family member who told me they do deals for wheel painting. The instagram said 400 dollars for wheels. When I got there they wanted to charge me 700 dollars because the 400 dollar charge did not include same day service. They do not properly advertise. After my wheels were done my alignment was all off so I went to lexus. Lexus told me there were no weights on my wheels. so I had to pay extra to get all 4 of my wheels weighted and balanced. After mentioning it to the staff they have been ignoring me. People pay attention to your wheels. They are no as professional as you think. Will not do business with them again.No, the lexus mechanic personally showed me the wheels and they had no weights. The job was not complete. They are not professionals.

I had a great experience with the team at NYC Wheel Pro s. I was able to make an appointment online & when I got to their shop, they started on my vehicle right away. They repaired the curb rash that I had on my wheels along with professionally powder coating my wheels gloss black all in the same day. I live in the Bronx, NY & they are located in Brookln, NY so I m glad that they were able to accommodate me all in one day. I highly recommended them & I m sure I ll be going back for some more work on my X5 in the future.

honest review here: never been to this business, don't know this guy Tito, but I can tell you this, don't go there if you care about your car, I know I won't go there.terrible communication to try to get my rims coated, I gave up. There are so many bad reviews stating all about the same, and when the reviewers show pictures and proof of terrible job the owner does not answer. Other time instead he answers "Fake review, don't listen". I am glad there is Google review to save me time and aggravation. Don't need to experience their service to know a bad one.

It s a hit or miss. My first time here they were great. Second time was like a flip flop.I had a bent wheel in November 2022 and they did all the wheels and powder coat and that was fantastic. That experience was 4.5/5 stars.Came back May 2023 for another two bent rims (same car, same wheels) and the wheels weren t even straightened. They didn t even balance the wheels properly. I went back again to let them have a try to fix it (2.5 hours waiting) & they came back about just as bad. I took them to another mechanic (which doesn t fix wheels but they do balances and alignments) and the wheels were showing as bad as 4.5 Oz off. Videos included show how the wheels look after I got them back from NYC Wheel Professionals (notice the black weights). Picture included shows the damage when one of their staff tried to jack up my car in the middle and not at the jack points. Whomever they used for my wheels in November 22 was great. In May 23? Horrible.If they d like to fix this, they can respond. Already texted Tito and their IG account but no response.If someone knows a place that s great and can guarantee the work, lmk. Thanks.

After my local Powdercoat guy told me my motorcycle wheels were too far gone I decided to give nycwheelprofessionals a try. I originally contacted them by instagram direct messenger, they gave me a quote, and then I visited their location. From the moment I walked in the showroom I was treated like a king and was assured I would be happy with the results. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the results and will return to them with all my powdercoating needs. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for powdercoating or any of the many other services they offer.Service: Painting

Brought my jeep to the shop on Friday explained to the shop that I could not pick up till Sunday due to my travels they accommodated me very friendly n kind staff. I am very articulate with work being done on my jeep Wrangler from just any one I came across there site on Instagram and looked at there work so I wanted to redone my rims that s had curb rash n damages to the lip of the rim plus change the color to give it a different feel l. So I contacted the shop Sunday morning and they had advised me that the jeep was ready. I arrived and seen the jeep and my smile was of amazement on the job they did wow they out did them selfs rims look like they where just bought new no scuffs or anything I would highly recommend them they also do many others things at there shop east to get to right off the bqeService: Painting

My brother broguht his brand new Lexus there got same day service on his wheels. They did not put the weights back on his wheel nor balanced his rims . Why would a Lexus mechanic bring us to the back of a Lexus shop and show us that no wieghts are on the rims . Why would a mechanic take the weights off of a brand new rim to create more work for him self . You guys are sopposed to be the wheel professionals and left my brothers rims un done . So your job wasn t done let alone done correctly . I called many times and texted many times to the 646 number and no one called me back all they texted me and said bring the rims back bro we will balance them so there for there job was not DONE . They didn t call me back like a professional business owner would. Highly disappointed because I ve broguht 2 cars to them and never had this issue and now I referred my brother to them and this is how he s treated his first time there . When we asked for same day service they told my brother 600 and the girl tried to tell us 700. They posted a post saying $100 per rim for rims from 15 - to 20 and falsely advertised and wasn t specific for drop off or same day . DONT GET YOUR CAR DONE HERE . They are not the THE WHEEL PROFESSIONALS
