Spoken with Daniel regarding my RV and where it is out of state. He was so honest to tell me that the state it is in get the repair done there. Simply cost of living is lower and you will get a better rate than driving in back here then do the repair.Honesty, sells. I recommend using them.I appreciate it+

Daniel is the man! He went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my ac leak even on his day off. He was responsive with the replies, so the communication was excellent. He was also very patient and knowledgeable to explain the problems and what he proposed to be best course of repair. Included me to participate every step of the way so that there were no surprises. Without a doubt I will be coming back to see Daniel if I ever need more repairs!Service: Air conditioning

I own 2 mobile dog grooming vans, staying on top of maintenance and getting repairs done in a timely manner has always been a challenge. I finally found NYC Mobile RV Repair. I was looking to get some furnace and water heater issues taken care of before winter.I could not be more pleased with the excellent service and follow up to questions we had. Daniel is so knowledgeable about all the systems and was able to explain what the problem where and come up with solutions that kept us working while we had to get some replacement parts . We will definitely be working with them whenever we need repairs or seasonal maintenance.

I hired Daniel to install a Propex unit to heat my Toy Hauler. A unique job that I had a hard time trusting other RV contractors with due to safety, reliability etc. His professionalism & knowledge sold me on the company from our first conversation and it got better from there. He installed the unit with great care, attention to detail, and workmanship. When we ran into problems inherited from the manufacturer/distributor he took the lead in dealing with the company on my behalf and was able to solve a daunting problem and stand behind his customer when representing the situation. Going even further, when a complication came up down the line, to no fault of him or NYC RV, he again proved his dedication to customer satisfaction with lightning fast response time and put forth such effort in the resolution that you would expect from an old friend, not a hired contractor. I truly appreciate his expertise and work ethic which can be very hard to come by in todays day and age. A gem of an outfit and I highly recommend NYC Mobile RV Repair to anyone looking to outfit a complex system in an RV or trailer. Obviously you get what you pay for, but I found his pricing to be value added 100%. He will be my go-to RV contractor going forward and I suggest he be yours also. Great Job and thank you.

Daniel is the man! I was looking for a reliable and experienced contractor to work on our sprinter van. After talking to a number of individuals (many who disappeared or took days/weeks to return calls) Daniel stuck out as a true professional. Not only did he do a great job but he actually cared about the quality of his craftsmanship. On top of that gave realistic timeframes and expectations and delivered every time. Daniel is out of this world amazing! He squeezed us into his schedule at the last minute, he was honest, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, and moreover he was professional and friendly. I would recommend him to work on any RV at anytime and he gives a very reasonable price for stellar work. He even took my husband s frantic phone call when we needed immediate advice about something. He is the real deal!

Working with NYC Mobile and Daniel was a great experience. We had some water issues and after a quick checking of all the connections and hoses, it was clear what needed to be fixed. On-site and fixed all working within 75 minutes. Having NYC Mobile team come to us was so stress free and we would definitely give them a ring if we are back in the NJ/NY area. Thanks again!! Daniel was not only extraordinarily helpful, but really honest! He helped me with my RV and allowed me to stay within my budget. I have a non-profit animal rescue and was so grateful for help! I left a voicemail with Daniel at NYC Mobile RV Repair asking some general questions about converting my van and he called me back within a day and was kind enough to speak with me for about 15-20 minutes. He was able to help me with my issue and potentially save me some money and headache. To be clear, he did not work on my RV but from talking to him I would not hesitate to if I have a need in the future. He was very knowledgeable, generous and helpful. Thanks Dan!

I own a new Mobile Dog Grooming Salon Van and having issues with my batteries not holding a charge. After 10 days of everyone instructing me on how to keep it going and no resolution, I made an executive decision to find someone to come and find what the issue is. I googled RV repair and found NYC Mobile RV.Daniel came to my house, and not only did he find the issue he was very educational and used metaphors in making me understand all about the problem. The company I purchased the Van from sent out a 70-pound new invertor/converter (under warranty of course) and Daniel came out again and did the instillation haven't had an issue since.Now although people come on and put reviews about companies, let me say that the frustration of having a 9-month-old brand new conversation 350 Ford XL Dog Grooming Van and a fully booked schedule was nothing to sneeze at when this was all happening and "No One" to get it done after 10 days!! Daniel pulls up in his White Van and after testing everything on my Van made a solid diagnosis :)Daniel is not your regular service type of guy; he is VERY knowledgably Savy, and professional (did I mention funny) He was worth the money and when he pulled up the second time to come do the instillation, I stood on my porch above and said to him 'My Guarding Angel Has Arrived" and so he is. I will be using Daniel services moving forward, I trust him and know that he knows his stuff blindfolded!!

Never fails...you get what you pay for. Premium price for long distance, emergency same day service got me Daniel and extreme professionalism and expertise. Outstanding experience for a new 1 year owner. More expertise and tips than you can find on all the blogs and websites. Convenience is amazing and price is totally fair. Unethical. Do not do business with this company. NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC bought a $4,727 Sawstop saw on 10/16/20 from us and did a charge-back with their credit card company in which, he unethically has received a saw thus we do not have the funds for the saw that we sent him. We are disappointed to see a small business so unsupportive another small business.It isn't often that customers run into issues with their products, but when they do, we do everything within reason to make it right. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we tried to understand the situation and provide a resolution. NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC were unwilling to share the details of what happened or documentation that was necessary to provide the solution that NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC requested. After we spoke with Daniel at NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC , we called Sawstop tech support who had been in contact with him.The first request that NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC made was for $350 because they paid someone to help assemble the saw. Neither we nor Sawstop made this recommendation. From our understanding and documentation of the call, there was nothing wrong with the saw, but we requested a receipt to see what we could do to help offset some of the cost which is outside of our regular terms and conditions, but they refused to provide additional information. Sawstop had already sent them a replacement of an insert for the router table, so we are confused as to why they insisted on returning it for a refund from us, as they were allowed to keep the original and a new replacement.We are always willing to hear our customers out and try to do what we can within reason to satisfy them. Unfortunately, NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC didn't want to follow the process that we have in place to allow us to rectify the situation but instead did an unethical charge-back on their credit card, putting us, another small business out $4,727.Daniel at NYC Mobile RV Repair LLC- send the saw back to us or give us a call to pay for the saw that was delivered to you.

I just got my first RV last week, an Airstream, after patiently waiting 60 years. And as a builder, fluent with most systems, still, do consider this: do not leave home without Daniel. Do not drive your RV anywhere until he gives you a detailed walk through of all its systems. Get this guy in your life if you want to enjoy your rv to the max, have the most knowledgable fellow out there (I really searched and searched) who does work the old fashioned right, the right tools, the right methods. If you want to waste time and money and get stressed, try anyone else. Whatever he costs, it's worth it. Don't walk, run. Mitchell Cannold, New York.

I got my hot water heater replaced within under a week I called Tuesday. Was seen Wed water heater was replaced Sun after part came in on Friday. NYC Mobile RV Repair is defiantly going to be my go to for any future repairs .
