I had a check engine light come and then my stopped working. I asked them to fix the issue with the check engine light. It was a (P420) error code for a catalytic converter issue. They said had to replace my fuel pump which was bad because i ran out of gas. They kept my care there for OVER THREE WEEKS. Never gave me an update, I had to call them every time. When I picked it up they said they fixed the check engine light by replacing the fuel pump. I drove the car about 60 miles and the check engine light came on AGAIN with the same error code !!I spent about $1600 with them and I STILL have the same issue.Even if the fuel pump was a separate issue. They still didn't fix the check engine light which is what I originally went in there for.Over three weeks they kept my car, and its still broken.What a waste of time and money !!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I've been using this shop since 09'. First on a 08' Audi S4 and now on my on 12' Porsche Cayenne Hybrid. They're the go to guys in the area for any quick fix, the service has always been reliable and the pricing fair. Very good and efficient service. They helped with state inspection. Straight forward to make appointment, brought the car in, and the inspection was done in the promised window. Will continue to visit them when needed.

1. Water Pump, Timing Belt, Brake Shaft Belt, Oil Sending Unit, Gaskets - gave me a fair price and haven't had any further problems with it. Great work2. Brake Pads - brought in my own pads, they changed them out for a fair price*3. Passenger Side Ball Joints - gave me an OUTRAGEOUS price. Got it done somewhere else for about 1/4 what they quoted meAll in all good guys, but get quotes from other places before you decide

As a customer one isn t valued or respected at this auto body shop. I do not recommend this auto body shop when it comes to collision. If you want to take your chances go ahead but be forewarned that their timing is horrible, they don t get you the exact parts on time or correctly, which delays you getting your car. Beware that you were warned about this auto body shop by my review. There are better auto body shops to search for.I just want quality honest work in a timely fashion because I work alot. Bought my car in to be repaired and painted after a collision.I get my car back and the front bumper looked as if it was half wet with finger marks as though the guy only spray painted it. Plus the side door panel was also with finger marks. The paint chips off with any little bump. Terrible job!Come to find out, they dont even paint at his shop. They take the cars somewhere else to paint. So he prob charged me the price to get painted, plus added his own fee for delivering my car. An honest shop would have said "Hey.I don t paint at my shop, but I recommend this place for you".This is just another shop that rips off people who don't know about cars.

)K - read the reviews here and thought OK - and brought car in for repairs it was making a moaning noise....they kept my car for 5 days and then told me it needed about $1000 worth of repairs. I looked at the components they said my car needed online - new they were $55....add some labor let's say $150 max? I was suspicious and took it to another shop. They took the car in for 4 hours - changed the oil and topped up the fluids - guess what - they charged me $45....Do not be deceived by their unassuming manner. They are deceptive and dishonest.Not to be trusted - look elsewhere.

This is a great place. Honest quotes and great service. I get my oil changed here regularly, as well as my annual inspection. In addition I also had my alternator repaired and it was done in a timely manner and with a good price.

Asked for quote to have brakes replaced. Son told me one number. After repairs were done, father insisted that the quote was wrong and charged me $200 more. Would not budge. Second visit, came in for state inspection. Father did inspection and stated that he also did an oil change because he thought the car need one. Would not budge on price even though i didn't ask for oil change and the car was not due for one. There will not be a third visit. Very disappointed. No integrity.

Told me $144 for parts replacement + $40 for tire alignment. Charged me over $300 (including tax) when I pick up. Made an appointment on Thursday, and was told will finish in 2 hrs. Waited 2 hrs there and they couldn't make it. Called on Friday. Was told that the car has been fixed and I can pick up on Saturday anytime before they closing. Went there in the morning on Sat, and I was told they didn't fix it yet. Waited another 2 hrs before they fix it. That sucks.

I got a tpms sensor put on one tire after the metal threading broke, and they did not recalibrate the tpms system in the car, so my light has stayed on. Pretty annoying.Update. They first told me they didn't have time to calibrate. When I called back asking for a refund in the amount it would cost me to do so, they could only refund me the installation fee, they said I never paid for calibration even though I paid $122 for parts and installation. I was told the light would go off after 50 miles, something I wasn't sure of. So, quite a different story than me not paying for calibration. Now I see on my bank account instead of a refund, they've charged me the amount instead.This place is a headache.

Great local mechanic - provides honest estimates and depending on the job can get your car back within the day. I've taken my car there 3xs and is now my go to to get anything done on my car.

They took a little longer than expected, but did a great job replacing my mini cooper's clutch and flywheel. I definitely recommend this shop. I will be going back for car maintenance.

I have been going here for a couple of years with my Nissan...Jr. and company have always been honest and accommodating. A great neighborhood fix it shop especially after going to the dealership nightmare shop in Queens.
