I recently visited this shop for some maintenance work on my vehicle, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done promptly, and my car feels great! Thank you

Went for a wheel alignment and was swindled of 75 dollars.Their alignment computer doesn't work but put on a show installing the wheel alignment apparatus on the wheels.Alignment mechanic uses a yard string to visually align my front wheels only.Dishonest indian mechanics. Would not recommend going here for alignment.

!!!!!SCAMMERS!!!! Fathernlaw came in for an inspection they told him he needed rear brakes. He paid them and drove away. I look and they didn't change anything. Showed him brake pads off another car and took his money. Verify all work before you leave.

Got inspection done , catalyst gaskets and front break pads installed super fast . Super professional consultation about my front suspension , all my questions were answered. My prius drives like new) And we're opened saturday 5pm.. everyone in ocean avenue and sheepshead bay were closed I guess for shabbos even though they all speak spanish

Amir is very professional, friendly . You can talk to him he will explain issues with the car. Fast service. I went there for window lock issue, .inspection, Air conditioner issue, the Freon was leaking after he had done service on Air conditioner. I think the charge is little over priced . Great service! Did my inspection in 1..2..3..!! Lol of course I passed and was happy to pay the great low price!! Definitely recommend! Pulled in, got it done, & left ! All in less then 20 mins!

Mr. Waqar is a very nice person and well experienced. Many time he didn't charge for some minor works. He is so cooperative with his great attitude.

I had a rental vehicle and noticed a warning light came on and a funny noise. I thought I'd end up losing a few hours to deal with it but within 40 minutes I was back on the road and without any issues. And the manager was really cool and chill.

Very fast and efficient service. They do mechanical repairs, oil changes and NY State Car Inspections. Did not need an appointment!!! I came dropped my car off, went across the street to eat, came back... car was ready to go. Extremely easy on the wallet =) If you're looking to save a few $$ def check this place out. Worth the trip to Brooklyn!

I am a female and I have been going to NY Auto since they open and they never failed me. Amir, the owner, is super honest and responsible. He does not overcharge and doesn't rip off anyone. I highly recommend the NY Auto shop.

Took my Tahoe in and they gave me a decent estimate. As it turns out the issue was not what I was quoted for but a much bigger and more expensive problem. Amir and his crew had my SUV up and running in a day. They did not even charge me more than my estimate! They were able to fix another mechanic's screw up. This will be my go to place from now on. Thanks New York Auto Repair you guys rock!

Great place and the employees are very flexible. They took my car for alignment late on Friday evening when everybody else around the area was giving me an attitute. Good job guys and I highly recommend this place.

Went in for a window issue, would not open or close. Had 2 mechanics look at it and both said what was the issue. They made me pull the car inside the the garage. Another guy came out who may have been a manager started to give me a run a round, said the I would have to pay $80 just for diagnostic cause he said it maybe different issue, one of the mechanics asked him what he was talking about, he gave him look to the mechanic like shut up lets see if we can get over on this client. STAY AWAY form these thief's.

Not a good service. My car still having the same brakes problems after it was repaired here. Expensive as well.
