The worst customer service I ve experienced in my life time, the owner knows they did something wrong, no apologies but yelling. They use a low grade liquid battery for my Volvo instead factory required AGM, after driving for a couple of month, I couldn t start engine, cost us a tow truck and another battery replacement done elsewhere. Guys, DMV form VS-35 auto repair shop complaint is the only way to go. Filing one on Monday.Again, the worst, grossest, the most ugly human being I ve ever seen in life time.

be prepared to get scam by the FJ guy (one of the owners). I always come to the shop only on the weekdays because the canto owner is there (bobby). he is very honest and gives fair prices, this FJ guy is a scammer and overcharges me for everything. He charged me double for the work that bobby would have charged me. (how do I know?) came last time for the same job and bobby gave me a fair price. this FJ guy is rude and disrespectful, waste of time. I would only recommend coming on the weekdays because the owner bobby is there and is more fair.

This place takes every chances to scam people. My engine light was on , so I checked out this place . They told me that they will charge me for $500 to solve it. They said no explanation, either u accepted the price do it Or walked out the door. Then I checked out another repair shop , just only $30 (Amazon price is $6) for replacing the gasoline tank cap, and problem solved. By the way, the very first time I visited this place , the owner and the staff were secretly talking in Cantonese, the boss asked the staff to secretly changed some parts while they were doing a steering wheel adjustment for me , luckily I understand some Cantonese, lol. Never ever come to this place AGAIN !!! JESUS !!!

Awesome new find in Sunset Park. This place has friendly staff who you can chat with and watch as they work on your car. The best part was how they can duplicate car keys for just a fraction of what the dealership asks for. Five stars.You can also bring your own oil and filter. Only $15 for the labor. Awesome.

Great place, they were very helpful despite the language barrier. I went in bc my check engine light turned on and they didn't charge me for the diagnosis. And gave me a great price to fix it. :)

Update: one of the former mechanics told me their wall of fluids is mostly bottles the customer wants CK to use. They fill them up with generic stuff and put the bottle on the wall afterward as a trophy of sorts. That's why there's only one copy of any given bottle.this place is ok for oil/fluid changes/flushes...and that's it. there's a reason why it's always empty while others are packed. when you first walk in, a wall of various fluid bottles greets you on the right. why are they all so dusty? top shelf holds coolant...Hmmm$45? I can get that brand for $25 at napa... oh I see... opportunistic predatory practices aren't appreciated when it's so blatantly displayed. labor is around $100/hr even though sign says 50...appears to be a defunct spray paint booth in the back(looks like they couldn't get hvac passed). caveat emptor

Asian owner is racist. I am brown skinned not of the same ethnicity as majority of the people in the neighborhood. I walked up to the owner and asked if he could check my car due to a misfire. Arrogantly said no and I asked why he just looked at me up and down and walked away. Felt embarrassed and humiliated because other customers and shop workers were there. Don t go here

Skilled workers are professional and fast. The charges are fairly reasonable. But even if the service attitude is relatively average.

The day before my inspection last year, I read Google reviews and came here for my annual inspection with the attitude of giving it a try! did not expect! They also asked me to change the brake pads! Brake pads! Brake pads! The old guys there were rude and acted like I owed them money. You have to believe Google reviews, the Chinese really only cheat the Chinese! The Chinese only lie to the Chinese! The next day I went to the foreigner's place and there were no problems! ! ! And it s cheap! It costs 21 yuan for annual inspection. It is better not to come to this kind of garbage place. It affects your mood and wastes time!

There is a younger and short master named Ayi who is good... the service is also good. Okay... I'm from Taishan... But I don't always meet him for help every time I come here... So it depends on the person... Generally speaking, it's ok... I used to drive an Audi to change the oil and I tried it but another technician didn't help me. This black shop is very rubbish. My private car was inspected according to Uber inspection standards. They forced me to change the shock absorber arm before I could pass. It seems that everyone is being tricked into replacing the brake pads. I only replaced the brake pads ten months ago. It turns out that I still need to replace the brake pads after my inspection last year. The fenders are dented and other repair shops can suck them out and even use the sheet metal. They said they need to replace them, which really made me laugh.

I knew from reading the reviews that this car repair shop was a scam, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Many car repair shops are closed on Sunday because the screws on the license plate are rusty and cannot be unscrewed. I want to come here to borrow an electric screwdriver to unscrew them. I called a few masters and they would only tell me to call the boss. The boss just took an electric screw and tightened it and told me that it was stuck and needed to be removed. I asked how much it cost, and he said 4-5 yuan, which I thought was quite reasonable. Then a master directly changed to an electric drill and unscrewed it in a few seconds. I asked the boss how much it cost, and he told me 15 yuan (yes, not 4-5 yuan). Thank you so much. It costs 15 yuan to tighten a screw. If you want to be cheated, just come here.
