This location is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Depending on your gender and race is what kind of service you will receive. I called a different location with same part request and they were helpful. This location is very nasty. I will be posting experience to all social media platforms.

Workers are just nasty,harass women vocally when they walk by the store. Made me feel sick. Please educate your workers to respect women.

Probably the worst business I've ever been to. None of the staff actually work nor do they care. Fake storefront photos on google maps -- don't be fooled. Who knows if their parts are fake or not too.

When you arrive, try not to distract the place holder standing behind that counter, this person will only manage to bring his eyes away from the smartphone firmly gripped in his hand when a disruption happens in his habitat. Eventually this person will manage to give a customer some attention, non verbal cues and attitude are all that can be shared; the look of disdain is clear from his eyes. The disruption from the activity he achieves any success comes with a price:Any business including yours is hardly welcome.Don't waste your time, plenty of other places parts stores with an actual helpful employees, you deserve better.On the positive side....mask compliance was high and the overall establishment was not as dirty has the gazes that are shared. -

If you have time to waste this is the place. I waited for someone to come to the counter for over 30 minutes and no one ever came. There are people stocking the shelves walking around but no counter person. I check their website before coming to see if they had my part which they did so while waiting I called the store to only find out that they do not have it in stock. I always hated NAPA but this one by far has the worst service I have ever seen in my life.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE until they hire a new counterperson,after calling and confirming that they have the part I needed I arrived at the store 5:15 (45 minutes before closing) I found 4 people in the store hanging around one of them thecounterperson, after ten minutes waiting he calls out "there is no one to serve you" so i called the store number (which is redirected to a different branch) and the guy on the phone told me he will get someone to get me the part, so i waited, after 30 minutes waiting (5:45) the counterperson refusing to get me the part , i was send out of the store and the employee refusing to help locked the door 15 minutes before closing time, this my second encounter with this same counterperson refusing to serve me with parts he has in stock for no reason at all, store with careless employees, blasting rap music, unprofessional, look for another branch in the area.

The staff is always helpful , if I call ahead for pick up my parts are ready when I get there and when I call for parts to be delivered , they are sent quick.Always a pleasure here

Went here to buy some windshield wipers. Good price. Just ask the guy in front for whatever you need and he will help you find it.

The worst ever , DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE !!! Very very very rude people very very disgusting customer service, it says online the close at 6pm ! At 5:45pm he closed the store and left me outside without a battery for my car , I told him to give me 5 min to remove my old battery and literally left me outside with a car not turning on !!! Please avoid this place , very very very bad and stupid service

Called over the phone to ask for a car part the guy was like sure I tell him my information then he s goes like I m not gonna have it I ask hind where can I get it from he hangs up in my face
