super helpful and friendly. they let me come last minute before closing on a Friday night. and still gave a top level of care with no rushing; and they showed me what they were doing every step of the way. super clean shop. family run. you can tell they care.

Best auto repair shop. They do a great job with great pricing. My favorite part is they don't find additional issues with your car at every visit like my last mechanic. I highly recommend them.

If you're reading this, run from this shop. Abysmal customer service. Called ahead to see about stopping in for a vehicle inspection. Guy on the phone tells me no problem, they close at 6pm so as long as I'm there by 5:30, he can take care of it. I drive across town and pull into the shop at 5:10pm, 50 minutes before close. Older guy walks up to my car and says, "You're too late, we're closing." When I mention that I just spoke to him on the phone and he told me to bring it by 5:30pm, all he does is shrug his shoulders and walk off muttering something about how I should just bring it in tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are absolutely right! I ve been there for the inspection, and yes, the guy also asked me to change couple of the parts in my totally functioning car and he said otherwise he s not going to pass my car. Then I went to Toyota service, my car was 100% okay, passed the inspection! This is not okay, I will file some complaints. If you have the same experience with these people, you can call 311 to complain. Apparently, they don t know about the WORK ETHICS so some officials should teach them. This is unacceptable!!!

I brought my 14 year old Subaru in for a suspension install. It needed a fresh set of struts and springs that I purchased in my own and had Munoz install. They were very efficient and they stand behind their work. Being that I have an older car, some of the bolts needed to be retightened after driving the car around for a few days. Munoz did not hesitate to have me come in and retighten everything. Their service is top notch and I recommend them to everyone. They stand behind their work and guarantee you'll leave happy.

Came in for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They were quick, and professional. Clean work shop and workshop floors. Will definitely return next time my car needs work.

CROOKS! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my car in for an inspection. They convinced me to change my tires and brakes, and when I drove it home, my car started vibrating! I brought it back in and they found a bad bearing and convinced me to change my rotors. I spent $1350 with them. When I drove my car home, it was vibrating EVEN WORSE! They tried to tell me it was a bent rear axle. My car was driving fine before I brought it in! How did my rear axle get bent????? They completely ripped me off and made a fool out of me. Don t let them do the same to you. I ll be calling 311 on them for sure.

My husband and his family have been going here for over 20 yrs. I have been here countless times and every time they are quick, honest and fair priced. I recently purchased a vehicle from major world and I would still rather go to Munoz for any and all repairs. They are doing my transmission right now in that vehicle I have all faith in this repair shop they have been doing all the leg work with my warranty. They have been nothing but amazing as always.

Not disappointed by my second time at Munoz since my regular guy couldn t fit me in. (In fact my regular guy referred me to Munoz.) the first time, I needed new rear brakes. They got the job done in one day.The second time, needed shocks replaced. Se�or Munoz went above and beyond to get the parts needed despite Chevy discontinuing the shock/spring assembly for my 2013 Sonic.The work is done well. And Sr. Munoz is reasonable and honest.

I just moved around the corner from Munoz Auto Repair and feel lucky that they are so close. I walked over to ask if they could fit me in as I needed a few things looked at. They took my car in immediately and within 45 min, Washington texted me a video to show me what needed to be fixed. We discussed pricing and parts over the phone and he even texted me options. Everything was fixed and ready to go by the end of the next day.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

DON T GO THERE!! THIS PLACE IS NOT RELIABLE!!! They are unlawfully failing your car or not letting it to pass the inspection unless they change some parts of your car. I went some other inspection place and my car passed the inspection without changing any parts!! This is not ok, this is not acceptable! Now, I am seeing also other people have similar experience with this place, I can t believe they are still in the business. You re solid liars!

CROOKS! RATEROS!! STAY AWAY Becareful with this shop, the prices for there parts are over priced, $590 is what they quoted me for a control arm for a 2021 ford Transit connect, they told me the dealer didn't have it, but they never called the dealer. I called the ford dealership and the price the gave me was $279.00. they must pocket the rest. They also wanted me to change the stabilizer link, which had no damage quote me at $120. Dealer price was $50, as well as the inner and outer tie rod don't remember the price for that but dealer was giving me $25 and $40 for those. They gave me a new Starfire tire that pepboys sell for $78 and they charged me $130 for it, and an alignment for $80, that was the only fair price. They gave me a quote of $1000+ plus for all this. I new this wasn't right as I always fixed my own cars, just came in for an alignment, but they did find the bent control arm that I missed. I decide to order the part and changed it myself saved myself more then $750. That wasn't included labor cost. These guys CROOKS(RATAS) taking advantage of people that don't know much about cars or prices they told because it was a newer vehicle it would cost more. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Our 2009 Toyota Sienna works better than ever after Mr Washington Munoz and his team replaced all 6 cylinders for a very reasonable price. Excellent craftsmanship, outstanding service, honest prices - what more could you ask for from an auto mechanic? Highly recommended!

NEVER GO THERE FOR INSPECTION!!! I went there for state inspection they told me that my car wouldn t pass if they don t change the rear breaks, and one of the tire. Ofcourse I didn t believe them. Went to another inspection place with honest people, my car pass it without changing anything. Shame on you Mu�oz family! SHAME ON YOU! You guys are thinking you re smart, you re nothing close to the smart, you re just miserable people! Who tries to trick people to make some more money.

Came here for my car inspection and received wonderful service! Great prices, everything was thorough but fast, everyone was super polite and helpful. Always a crapshoot as a woman going into a new mechanic shop and worrying about them trying to upcharge you on unnecessary costs, but this place was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I ve been a loyal customer of Munoz for ten years. I usually call ahead, but I dropped in today with an urgent repair. Although they were busy, my car was on the lift within 10 minutes and the repair was completed in 20 minutes and done for a fair price.

I needed a help with a quick fix with an O2 sensor install. They were able to take me in right away and I way out in 20 minutes. Fair price, friendly service and good work.

Nice people and fast service. They call you before making any repairs and tell you the costs along with the warranty they guarantee with their work. The prices they quote were below a quick Google search of average repair costs so we were pretty comfortable moving forward with their services rather than pricing around. Additionally, they let us know what was likely coming next in terms of repairs (our car is pretty old) so I would highly recommend this auto repair shop - they seem honest and reliable and we will be back!

Got stuck on the side of the Prospect. Had the good fortune of finding this repair shop nearby. Dealt efficiently with the extended warranty company on the vehicle which is always time consuming and was able to secure payment from the company to replace the radiator. Timely and excellent work! Was on the way home with my family when my car started to act up. It wouldn't come to a complete stop after I applied the brakes hard. Munoz was my second opinion shop I checked out. The first shop told me I needed to change my brake booster,master cylinder and new brake lines and had to leave it for a few days!! I was immediately welcomed by the guys at Munoz. The problem with my car was diagnosed after only a few minutes on a snazzy high tech computer system and a drive around the block. It was a bad brake vacuum hose which Munoz was able to get from the dealer in less than an hour. I was about to spend 1900 at another shop to change parts I didnt need. Munoz fixed my issue and saved me $$$$. I am grateful I found a mechanic that wont try to rip me off. Thumbs up to Munoz!

I've been going to this shop for years and couldn't recommend it more. Good prices, customer service, and quality work. Most importantly, Washington is always honest and fair. I moved to a different neighborhood and still go back to this shop.

So I called Munoz based on a referral because I was in a super weird unique bind. We had an important weekend school repair to get heat in a particular room, for which we needed to replace a 600-pound radiator. Only mid-repair did the plumbing crew realized we needed a flat jack. We were all-hands-on-deck to reach anybody in the neighborhood willing to lend/sell/rent us a flat jack to get the radiator mounted. With Covid reduced hours, it was small pickings as to the places that were open so I was so relieved to find out Munoz was open.I explained our predicament, that we were in a pickle, that we need this repair so that the room can have heat on Tuesday, and that we d do anything, *anything(!)* rent the jack, buy the jack, whatever! Just a neighborhood school asking for a solid from a neighborhood auto shop. The lies from the person (who refused to give their name) but referred to them as the owner s son went as follows:- We don t own a flat jack at all. (When I said, Really? At an auto body shop, you don t even have one? Then, a few seconds later...)- Well, we have one, but just one. (Then immediately afterwards...)- Well, we have one but there s a transmission on it right now.Ok, so first you didn t own one at all, but in 5 seconds you realized that there was *one* and it had a transmission on it...It was clear I was not going to get any help, even when I said it was to help a pre-school, and that we d be willing to pay anything. Clearly, the layer of lies was clearly just going to continue. So, I just politely said thanks for trying, and left it at that.I don t own a car, but if I did, just on principle I probably would not choose to get it serviced at a place that doesn t care if kids don t have heat in winter....

Do not leave your car over night they got me by tightening my oil draw bolt on so tight I had to use a impact gun to get it off.
