I arrived to fix my mom s car earlier this month (March 2024). Her BMW 2009 convertible top had issues opening and closing, and the back windows were the problem. The car also leaked from the roof. The owner temporarily fixed that for free until she's ready for the official work, which can cost over $2k. I will return soon. The staff were courteous, and the wait to be helped was immediate.

Got my sunroof and windows fixed here, only took 4 days, also got my glove box fixed here when the lock broke off

Nasty Russian lady bang on my already broken windows and make glass falling over my car. I tell her not to touch and she keep open and close and open close the door adding glass everywhere. Be aware of this company do not go there.

They fixed a rip in my car seat. Everyone was very nice. Service was fast, had a 9am appt got my car back by 12 same day. My seat looks great, stitching appears tight. So far I'm very satisfied with results.Service: Upholstery repairService: Upholstery repair

I had my sunroof gutters cleaned out because they were clogged and were leaking water into the car. This place is in the middle of Brooklyn and there's a lot of traffic between Manhattan and Brooklyn so it took me quite a while to get there. I had mistaken the price they gave me on the phone and it was probably higher than any place I had gotten a quote from before. Also they didn't want to even do anything because it was late in the day for them. But it was only 1:00! So I pointed out that I live in Manhattan and I really cannot get there at earlier really because of the terrible traffic which is mostly in Brooklyn. They relented, they gave me a discount and I waited till they were done. Meanwhile I had a chance to watch them as they worked on other cars. They were meticulous. They have a lot of helpers there for the guy who does a lot of the work. The bathroom is clean and everyone there is very pleasant. I also felt that the job was well done. They showed me their upholstery section and it seems that they are meticulous in that as well.

Went twice to get a price on some work and 1st time told to come back on Friday because they could not give a price since the boss wasn t there. This was Tuesday. Ok so now I come Friday and was told again the boss wasn t there to give a price and if I can come next week Tuesday. I politely said no and would not return again. I can not think of a business that must rely on giving a price only when the boss is there who he himself doesn t seem to ever be there. It makes no sense and to me unprofessional and for that I would not trust them to do good work and would not recommend them to anyone.

My Car roof liner fell apart and it was literally on top of my head. After shopping around and calling a lot of different upholstery shops. I went ahead with Mr. Auto Trim. At first, i was bit nervous, because of some reviews i read online, but after speaking with Miss Helena who was very professional and gave me a reasonable price, I was convinced. They replaced my entire roof liner, matching the original manufacture color and material. I'm happy with the service i received. Job was well done!

I went to many shops and this shop my auto trim is the best I drop off two arm rest and in a few hours it was done very clean great work great prices the lady who help me was very nice and helpful and very fast the guys at the shop all clean guys with there mask on due to covard I felt good walking in there I recommend this shop to everyone should go and get work done I am going to tell all my friends that work with me I work for the nyc the city of New York I will be doing business with them againServices: Custom upholstery design, Upholstery repair

Asked for diagnostic, and to let me watch what they do to my car. Old man gave me an attitude, said i cant watch. Said to trust him even though first time meeting. Definitely did not trust him.

Mr. Trim has the finest automotive upholstery and trim-parts (headliners, mirrors,seat materials,door handles,window electricals,carpeting) shop in the South Brooklyn area.I have been bringing my vehicles here since the early 1990's.He also does alternators,belts,painting and some mechanical work.His prices are reasonable and he is SUPER easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.The shop vibe harkens back to a time when customer service was paramount.I highly recommend Mr.Trim's shop if you are in need of such services.

These people don t know anything. If you ask a question they say I don t know . And they charge more prices Than the dealers. you are welcome to waste your time here.

The repair on my sunroof didn't work. Overcharged on the repairs and never available when needed. Didn't honor their guarantee.
