The owner is extremely nice and welcoming. I had a problem with two screws that weren t coming out from my fender.I get charged $30 for an employee taking out two screws and filling air in both of my tires.At the end I was told that I was using the wrong tool.Filling air should usually be under $5 or for free.Ask for prices before!!!The employee just made up the price after the service was done. Very upset at this. Should ve told me before.Happy with the quick service but very disappointed with the price.

This is my second time coming here and I will never go anywhere else. Vinny is awesome! Knowledgeable and will do the repairs non-rushed and straight to the point. Unlike, some places that try to push services Vinny won t! As soon as you enter you feel welcomed and treated more like a family member than another customer. Apollo is my first scooter and I m absolutely happy to have found a place I can rely on for anything: from fixing a flat or adjusting my breaks. If you have an e-scooter and need a go to place this is it. There is a reason why this place has high reviews. Good luck and happy scooting.FYI I never do reviews like never. But this business deserves the praise.

Wow!! Lighting bolt fast service!!!! Went in to service my nine bot and had the tire swapped out for the hard tires in like 10 minutes. Vinny is a Pro at what he does. Thanks again, Joe

I came in for a tire repair and potentially a new motor ( Another shop told me my motor is damaged and might need a new one), but a guy names Vinny checked out my 9ineBot Scooter and found out i only needed a new tire and just some screws tightened. He saved me money and provided a great service. Im gonna recommend this place to anyone i know with a Escooter easily.

Had an issue with my brakes on my Levy scooter and they identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. Quick turn around and fair prices. Definitely going to come back again for future issues.

Vincent, Greg and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. I brought my Cycleboard Elite Pro in to have it looked over after an Uber did me dirty. They are trustworthy and absolute gentlemen. It s hard to find a good and reliable team like they ve got.

Hooked me up with a phone case and installed it for less than I would have paid on Amazon. Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable on all things scooter. Highly recommend.

I literally discovered this spot because my boy swore by it; And he was right to swear by it. The realest staff are working there! And I really had Chris work on my scooters each time (by coincidence). He is Great dude, and professional. Overall, this is the flagship of E anything. E-bike, E-scooter, E-the wave.

Dishonest, shoddy work.Quoted one price online. When I come, almost double the price, starts making excuses.The battery compartment panel on the scooter is not put back in all the way correctly. Screws are missing.I don't know who are all these people leaving good reviews... I guess it's a rich area there so people don't realize how they're being ripped off.

If I could give ten stars, I would! I stopped in to purchase a Dualtron Thunder scooter, and the owners Greg and Vincent were courteous, friendly and professional. You have to realize this was a big investment for me, but they explained all the options available and the different models and their features. I wanted some extra options added on, but it took only one day for the installation, and the bike was ready and all hooked up exactly when they said it would be! This place knows how to take care of its customers. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a quality product from highly knowledgeable people! GREAT. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

I bought my Thunder 2 scooter here!!!! The owner was super helpful and thoughtful in explaining how the scooters work. The staff is extremely insightful and go out of their way to help you. The scooters here are more on the high end. Very cool place with very cool people. If you visit, you will learn a thing or two about electric machines designed to get you where you have to go FAST and SECURELY,

Love this place, I come over here alot (sometimes just to hang out with the employees). Rickey, Vinny, and Greg are great guys and take their job seriously. They get repairs done really quickly and well. I haven t had any complaints about them even after the numerous repairs they have done on my scooters.

I kept getting flat tires and my charging port broke on my apollo city. Greg s team is very understanding and nice and they got my scooter fixed within hours at a good price. I strongly suggest going to them if you have any problems with your e scooter

Had an awesome experience here, Greg was very professional answering my call and Rickey was able to get my micromobility device fixed in a few hours where nowhere else bothered to look and their team was super helpful. I would definitely come back again for purchase, and recommend anyone who is in need for repair to stop by.

I went in today. Everyone was really nice & helpful with my dualtron mini. I called them for an update. They were very responsive. Even when I called early they returned my voicemail. I had a flat on my rear inner tube for my DULTRON MINI. Ricky helped me out so much. He even took the time to help me out some slime in my tires. & then tighten my breaks for me. They definitely know what they are doing I used to go to a bike shop for maintenance on my scooter but this shop has REAL PROFESSIONALS. Loved coming here !! Thanks Ricky

They have a huge collection of scooters. Many parts and skilled service man. I went to that for my scooter service. Very Convenience Place. And the shop owner Vincent is very nice and outspoken. Do they really know what he is doing. It s my Honest Reviews , I was happy to be there.

They fixed my front wheel motor by replacing it in a timely manner, that's the only reason they get 2 stars.When they called me to tell me my scooter was ready to pick up, they informed me my rear wheel inner tube was flat and needed to be replaced. Simple enough fix so I obviously agreed, and didn't bother to check when I picked it up. *That's my fault for not checking.*2 days pass by before I realize the rear wheel wasn't fixed, I didn't want to go back to the store because it's pretty far from where I live. So I decided I would buy a solid rubber tire and fix it myself, little did I realize that the store didn't fix my rear wheel because they stripped one of the screws. So now I can't even fix the tire myself. They also didn't put back the reflective light housing that covered the screws.This place reminds me of a car mechanic that fixes one thing, then messes with something else so that you have to go back. It's a shame because all the employees were nice.

Great repair shop! Took care of my E TOW U scooter that hadn t been used in a while. They were able to diagnose the issues, take care of the repairs, and made me feel good about it the whole way through! Vinny and Greg will take good care of you!

If you have a minimum charge you ve to inform your customers before. I brought my own tube and tire and you just put tube inside the tire and added pressure.I m not agree to pay $40 for this.
