While I was on my way to an appointment I notice a weird sound. I pulled over to check and saw that my tire was flat! I searched for the nearest tire repair and found Mike s. It was literally 5 blocks away so it was super convenient. They found a nail in my tire & patched it up. Excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Had an unexpected flat, googled the nearest tire shop and I ended up here. Timmy is a wonderful character. The most entertaining tire change, I've experienced. He was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place, based upon my experience today.

I've been going here for 13 years. Recently had a flat tire. Cost $15 for two plugs. Great service and prices . The owner has been in business for over 30 years so that speaks for itself.

I have to give this shop a great review. They went above and beyond for me with my tire situation, and even went an extra mile in ensuring my tires had the correct pressure. And the price was so reasonable, and that's why I'm giving them a five .

Standard story, flat tire and went to the closest place. They patched it and for a great price and quickly. Greatly appreciated their work. Would absolutely return.

They have different brands and size tires for cars and suvs. They have different locations and there service is excellent.

My light came on the dash board for my tire this morning at 8am. Went there and it was checked out. A little air in and light came off. The gentleman said if the light came on again then I have a slow leak. When I asked how much he said nothing. It was relieving, cause this would have been money I would have to use from something else already planned for. Jehovah knows it well. So I'm fully satisfied especially since it have come on yet and its two mins away from 6pm. Thank you!!!!!

I ll Give Them 2 Because Of Fast Service And I Didn't Have To Wait They Got Right to Work. BUT The Spanish Guys Are Rude. They t Dont Use Words When U Speak And I KNOW They Speak English, Just Hand Gestures. I Don't Play With Ppl When It Comes To Customer Service. Im Giving Your Business $$ Be Polite.

I have been going to Mike's for years and I have seen the slow decline in the way they do business. The customer service is definitely gone and it's all about taking your money and not honoring their work. It's a damn shame I want to support local businesses but it pisses me off when I have to go to mavis tires. It's a damn shame.

So i recently visited this tire shop .. after passing it multiple times on the way home .. i stopped it and spoke to someone named tony ) i told him my tires are spinning a lot lately and i think i need new tires .. he walked over looked at my car told me it isn t the tires it s the car . I own an sports car and they shouldn t be driven in the snow ..and walked off .. i then went to mavis . For. Another opinion .One of my tires indeed had a nail in it and the back two was bald no threads .. i would never give this shop my service ever again . Being a hardworking female i wouldn t support this establishment very unprofessional and sexist !!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, GO TO THIS PLACE. they are crooks. I went for a wheel alignment and they were trying to get me to buy new tires. one guy even tried to poke a hole when I wasn't looking.. caught him before hand. I reported them to the better business bureau, they have a tremendous amount of complaints

Went there because I had a slow leak, one of the guys told me that the patch would be better. He was done in about 20 min and I was gone happy.

They always take very good care of my need whenever I'm there, whether I'm getting wheels aligned or balanced, or I'm fixing a flat or slow leak.

They tried to charge me $200 for 2 used tires and I went to Citi field changed 4 rims and 4 tires for $300 smh but the Alignment place next door is good.

Very helpful, definitely not trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I thought I needed an alignment they told me I had A-flat tire and a tire that was defective .Then they showed it to me exactly that they werent trying to bs me. RIP Mike

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE. I went there for an alignment and the only thing I left with was a headache and insults from the worker.# 1. I wasn't sure if I was at the correct shop because the sign has more colors on it than the actual name and address of the shop. I pulled over a little past Lenox and called to reconfirm address. Guy picks up and tells me address and when I asked for him to repeat the phone went dead. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that the call was just lost and I hadn't been hung up on....That phone call was at 4:58 per my cell phone log.#2 I made a U-Turn went back 1 block and double parked in front of the shop. For first minute I stood beside the worker but he never addressed me. I followed him into the shop and asked for help on an alignment. Man says the guy who does that is at lunch. I asked when will he be back...he said to give him 15 minutes. At around 5:20 a guy in a van pulled out from the curb and motioned for me to take his spot. I reversed into the spot and a spanish man comes over to the car. Assuming that was the guy I got out and took my stuff. Confused he asked what I wanted. I said "Oh, I'm waiting on an alignment." He tells me the guy isn't back yet so I get back into my car and continue waiting. At 5:38 PM I get out and ask if the guy is back and does he know there's people waiting for him. Same older black guy I originally spoke to tells me "He'll be back soon" I said well what's soon? Has anyone told him there's people waiting?" The guy tells me well he has to take his HOUR lunch so no we're not telling him anything. I said "well you told me give him 15 minutes and I've been here 40 minutes" This guy starts arguing with me telling me it hadn't been 40 minutes. I said "Sir, I got here at 5. when I texted me friend to say I found the place it was 5." He says " I know when you got here and you haven't been here that long and you didn't get here at 5. It hasn't been 40 minutes." Rather than argue and fuss with the man or try to kill him I walked back to my car, got in and left. No one tried to interject. No one tried to stop me. No one apologized for the wait, told me what the real waiting time was or anything. Instead they tried to argue with me about how long I'd been waiting. The customer service was terrible and having people sit in their cars waiting while 1 worker per task is on break is ludicrous.

They were very busy, but they made sure to take you in order of when you came in and they moved quickly and price was pretty reasonable

Had my tire repaired, by the time I got home it almost flat, had to go back a second time. However I still like going there to my tires fix.
