The staff were very nice and personable each time I came. The place is clearly busy, which leads to very long wait times to get an appointment, so I came in on an emergency basis. They did move some items from my trunk while servicing my car and placed them on my light-colored seats, but they forgot to place them back in the trunk. They also left one of their spray bottles in my car. On the bright side, they did clean the exterior. Overall, it was a good experience, but could use a bit more attentiveness to detail. I still give them 5 stars despite the minor issues because the staff is welcoming, and they did some courtesy things for me, which were appreciated.

Horrible service. Literally told them that I would need the car the next day. No update till I called the next day. Was told that it wouldn't be worked on till the following week. Had no car for business travel. Didnt get update in time to plan accordingly. No loaner available as well. Simply terrible.

I had no appointment but decided to go in anyway and see if maybe they could take my car. Brian Molloy informed me that they were very backed up and likely would not be able to take my car. After explaining that I only had that day off, Brian helped me out and took care of me. He gave me an initial wait time of roughly 5 hours before the car would be seen, but I was out in about 2. For the past 3 years, I've only had my car serviced at this dealership, and this has by-far been my best experience. Thanks Brian.

Another visit another terrible service. First Come in for a tire change. Usually should take 3 hours max. I get in ask the advisor what gonna be wait time and they say 3 hours max. My wait time ends up being 5 hours and nothing is being communicated to me. Everytime i go to them they keep saying 30 minutes. if you are gonna take 5 plus let me know so i can plan my time accordingly, But this location still seems to be the worse. I wish i had a closer option because i dread going here for my car. It such terrible service and wait time. Communication is terrible. I please tell you guys try to stay away form this service area!Service: Auto tire replacement

I purchased a maintenance for my 2017 e 300 which cost me almost $2000. My car was totaled due to flooding in a hurricane last year. I purchase the same exact e300 and tried using the maintenance I purchased again almost $2,000 spent and all Mercedes Benz personnel told me I lost my money because the maintenance I purchased can not be transferred to the new car. How is this professional or even fair to a faithful Mercedes Benz customer. I will never purchase another Mercedes Benz. This is literally stealing money. If this is stealing money then what do you call it?-after the managers reply I stand on my review and double down on it. I purchased this maintenance at this location. I never asked for a refund. Nor do I want a refund. I simply ask that the service I purchased in this location which once again is worth almost $2000 be provided to me. Instead this service center is stealing my $2000. Is this fair? How would you feel if I took $2000 out of your bank account? This is not right at all and you know it.Service: Auto maintenance

Went there with friends who end up bought a car. The sale person name Ken is very nice and answeres all the questions and find the car my friend want. We did spoke to the manager to discuss the price, regular practice when buying a car and he is willing to makes the deal. Per my friend, the price he paid is on his budget. Over all the experience is nice.

Great service we got 3 cars from them soon getting number 4 you can negotiate. Service and accident senter is top of the line would not take my Benz to any other place. But to each is own great section of vehicles

Everything from the initial pick up of the phone call, to the scheduling of service with loaner was a fabulous experience. The day of service, everyone greeted me and timing was very accurate. I have been to multiple Mercedes Service centers and this is by far one of the worst. Do not, i say do not trust the good reviews. They are diligent on making sure people that some in leave a review, so I want to do my diligence and let people in this area to make this Service center your last option, only in emergencies. I would recommend the closest one to you in Long Island Mercedes Rockville.1. The service center is one of the most outdated place i have seen. They have a few couches and coffee. No comfortable place to sit, wait, work etc while you wait for your car.2. They do not trust there customer and pull anything possible to make money out of you. Yes a lot of dealerships are full of crooks and liar but you would expect Mercedes being this high end brand to try to be great with the customers.3. Another thing is I'm just comparing my experience to Mercedes Rockville center is that they are super slow with your car. They wait for the whole process to go through to release your car in the Brooklyn location. In Rockville once they get your car and they have the labor they get on your car and fix it as soon as possible and allow the financial stuff such as insurance to be done after you are gone.4. Most of the people their are liars, one example one time i visited here and ask them for stock on tires on other Benz locations they said no one has it. i called another location few mins after and they had multiple of the item on stock and said do no trust the the Brooklyn location. They treat all their customers as if we are there to rob them.All I really want to say is til they get better PLEASE GO TO THI SERVICE CENTER AS YOUR LAST RESORT. PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.Service: Tires

The service light on my husbands vehicle came on and I decided to take it to Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn to have it done. We originally bought it in Manhattan but the Brooklyn location was closer. I didn t make an appointment and decided to walk in. I was greeted by Keyla and she told us that they were only taking customers by appointment but I was assured I was going to be taken care of. She checked me in and walked me over to my advisor. We waited for our vehicle because unfortunately loaners are only by appointments and our service was only 2 hrs so we didn t mind waiting. After our service was done, Keyla helped us check out and called for our vehicle to be brought back up. We also got a complementary car wash and our vehicle was disinfected when I checked in and out. I had a very pleasant experience at Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn and I definitely will be coming backService: General repairs & maintenance

Went to get my coil replaced ray catena told me will be 500 these guys wanted 800 and they didnt tell me till i got there. When i would ask on the phone they would keep me on hold for almost 40 mins both times. Then they call me to get the battery and the fuel injection needs cleaning gave me a bill of almost 2600. Could have gotten this small work done from a local shop for a forth of the price. Rip off!

Money stealing, I was there for regular maintenance that I prepaid ( never do this again), they tried to push me to replace brake rotors for rear wheels for $1200 , I refused and took it to three independent shops, every one told me the brake rotors are ok and no need for charging. By the way this is was 2 years ago, I never came back.

Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn Service department were so helpful they even gave me a loaner and my service advisor Bin Chen is one of the best he kept me informed every step of the way until my service was completed, my vehicle was washed & ready for pick up also thanks to the Service Manager Michael Hoehman for answering all my questions , can t wait to visit you guys again

Hit or miss on the service adviser, mine is good. Cannot say same for service, but this time I complained and the Service MGR was very helpful, with correcting, explaining and recommending- but who has time for that.

Brought in car for service and Bin was excellent, took care of everything. He explained very thoroughly what needed to be done and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic only and paid the fee after they brought my car back to the front I told the guy I thought you guys give a complimentary wash the guy with so much attitude told me you didn t get any service done like I just paid over 500 for a diagnostic I just asked if they gave a wash never coming back for anything
