Terrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. I took the car to be serviced for an oil change and other maintenance issues. The VERY next day, my car stalled in a very busy intersection. I had the car towed back to the garage that day to be told I need to wait until they can figure out the problem. A full day later they never called or answered the phone when I called. My car is now being held hostage until I can get to it. I am yet to still have a diagnostic done with any details. Never ever again!

It was very easy made the appointment for a Saturday 8am they called me at 1 pm said the car won't be ready until Monday due to the ordering of the part so they asked did I want to come pick it up and reschedule when part comes in or leave it and it will be done Monday so I left it till Monday picked it up early afternoon very pleased with the communication and the upfront information! And first and foremost the repair very pleased and satisfied!

I came to check my car. When checking, they broke the lower protection. it was manager Brian Stein himself.He started screaming that it was not his problem and broke the whole bottom there. then he started yelling that he wouldn t do it and tore out all the parts of the plastic. after that I started saying that I came to check and fix the car and not how not to BREAK IT WITH YOUR HELP. to which he remained silent. As a result, he tore out this plastic and screwed it on at random, the dials held on. he is the manager of this store and does not behave PROFESSIONALLY ! He was RUDE and raised his voice for no reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place under any circumstances. In my experience, I came to these guys to repair my car if necessary. but in the end they DID DAMAGE to my car!

I have a 2005 Chevy equinox LS, I purchased the vehicle new.. I take good care of my car . And I appreciated the service at Brooklyn Coney Island avenue Meineke shop.. (it did cost me .and .with a one year warranty) it was a Nice experience, manager answered all my questions, professional, completed job in good timing, comfortable waiting area, clean shop.. and a job well done .., I will recommend them to family and friendService: Auto exhaust system repair

The audacity to charge $33 to replace a Light bulb for a license plate and then to charge us $10 after we did it by ourselves. Very disappointed. You can look and see that I was a returning customer for many years. you lost a loyal customer. And why? Because of $10. Because you have no value for your customersGood day to you

I m ve been going to this place 4 times already and plan to go back because I always know what they re going to do and how much it s going to cost before they start working on my car. I like the fact that they are honest and professional. Besides that they have good customer services

I've had 2 experiences here. Both were terrible. Most recently, I brought my car in to get an inspection. They told me I needed $2500 of work done. $1,500 of it, I could take care of another time, but if I wanted to pass inspection, I'd have to do $1,000 with our repairs. I said no thank you(thinking it was just overpriced). The next morning I brought to my local mechanic. And I passed inspection without any repairs! Previously, I had a similar experience and they told me I needed to replace something for $800. I called another mechanic who said they would do the same job for under$300. I called meineke and they said it i brought it in they would match the other mechanics price! What a rip off unethical place!

Meineke shop is like Coney Island hospital in the old days. You walk in to do an oil change and you walk out on a wheelchair with IV hydration without the filter and a discharge paper with someone else name.I don t not recommend.

My most recent visit to Meineke was great! The staff is polite, friendly, and truly cares that my repairs are done correctly. I made appointment in advance and it was honored. i payed 350$ for my muffler and in 7 mounths it break again and i payed 500$ again for repair second time. the reason is this guys replaced my muffler wrongly. they didnt masure well and hand removed rubber. so anywhy you guys just care money. hope not see u again

This was my second trip to this Coney Island location and they did a great! Job they were very quick, organized and efficient with service. Even though 155.00 per hr of service was expensive compared to what I pay at my mechanic I trust this location when it comes to my exhaust system. I recommend this place 100%

We have used this spot for several repairs both major and minor. These guys are clear, kind, and consistent in their work and communication with us every time. We trust them completely and highly recommend them. So thankful to have found a trustworthy auto repair shop.

Got my car inspected and got home to see they scratched the entire tint all over my windshield. Now I have to replace it. On top of that they also left a chunk of the old inspection sticker on windshield. Very careless job.

The manager Bobby listened to me and understood what I wanted done with the power steering hose. In 1 hour the job was completed. Bobby and his staff worked accurately with close attention to detail!I came back on 3/9/2024 for an inspection. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent and prompt service received at the Meineke Car Care Center located on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn. Highly unprofessional and verbally accosted my father as he was pointing out issues that were non-existent with the car when he first took it in. The codes were checked and the mechanic didn't give me a name when I asked as I pointed out his unprofessionalimsm. Yelling, screaming and cursing. You need to screen your employees better for handling stressful situations.

Came in for a synthetic oil change and to check on high temperature of engine. Found out water pump belt was broken and it was an easy fix. Some places could have squeezed out for a new water pump as well but the crew at Meineke revised after replacing the belt and pump was fine! Been going to this Meineke for some 7 years. Top-rate service. The mechanics can repair an assortment of problems. Brian is always available for help with any problem, including emergencies.
