Had a wonderful visit with Mavis today. Their customers service is phenomenal. From the time you walk in and inform them what you plan on working on, they gave me a full detailed breakdown of the process and what my estimated wait time was until I received my car back. Talha was a great help in also letting me know what my price may be for future projects that I was planning of covering this year. Thanks for a the wonderful work and the civic is looking & feeling alive once again.

Came here to see about a nail in my tire and Rishi took really good care of me. I could tell he cared about my safety and my vehicle. Will be definitely coming back and I recommend this shop highly! Everyone seemed to be in a great mood and enjoyed helping their customers!

Thank you Mavis your team went above and beyond to get me new tires, brakes, and rotors. They even helped me install wiper blades and put on my front license plate. Shout out to Bernard. 10/10 I will recommend and come back again.

Went in to get my brakes and rotors changed, as soon as I entered right off the bat I was greeted by Mike. He then got Ritchie from the back to go over everything with me. Mike and Ritchie worked with me and even gave me a decent price . Very good customer service from both of these gentleman. They were profession , and caring and the mechanics that work at the back do quality work I will be coming back.

I am so glad that I came to Mavis Discount Tires. I ended up getting all of my tires replaced and aligned at an amazing and fair price. They made sure that I got the best tires for my car and most importantly that I understood each charge I was given. Service was super friendly as well!

Come here if you have any tires issues. Got a set of 4 tires installed. Staff is incredible. Quaran greeted me and took care of me at the front desk while Darnell worked on my car. Tires were installed properly and quickly with no issues.

I m convinced some of these reviews are completely fake. This place is a total joke, and the workers there need to be fired. I went here for a tire package I purchased from Amazon. The appointment was supposed to be from 8 AM to 9 AM. It ended up being two hours and 45 minutes long. Before I got there, I asked them to do a wheel alignment after putting on the four new tires. The gentleman in the front desk said OK no problem wheel alignment. I m sitting there waiting. The men that are supposed to be working on my car are blasting music, dancing, going on coffee breaks, etc. Then after two hours and 45 minutes they tell me that my car is finally ready, so I said OK great is the wheel alignment done? The gentleman in the front, then respond to me, saying What? What wheel alignment ? Like are you kidding me? What do you mean? What wheel alignment, at this point I have smoke blowing through my ears, and after being there for more than two hours, I just took my car somewhere else and got a wheel alignment done, and it took under 40 minutes. I would not suggest for anyone to go here to get anything done.

It was my first time at Mavis and I didn't know what to expect. Marlon was very professional and helpful at the help desk. It was overall a great service. I will definitely come back for additional service.

Excellent service at Mavis. Max ,Marlon & Bernard was incredibly attentive and professional. To have my car serviced right away was amazing.Literally in and out in no time ! I've been to Mavis twice, and both times have been excellent. My mom Alicia usually takes the car in for service instead of me . No wonder she comes here, everyone goes above and beyond to get the JOB done . The staff at this Utica location are friendly and helpful. I will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Things didn't start out to positive for me initially. The cost of the tires originally quoted by one of the reps was way over what I was able to pay because I was a victim to a nyc pot hole. Well by the grace of God Assistant manager Mike stepped in and and looked at all options to see he could save me on 4 tires that I needed. I would like to thank Mavis for a positive experience today. Please have more employees like Mike, he was concerned and went the extra mile. The other associate that will remain nameless was unconcerned and I would assume every customer ask for a discount but I really needed one at this moment.

This is my second time coming here and it s been a positive experience both times. They re honest and will work with you to find the best solution. I had a flat and ordered a brand new tire. Instead of just taking my money, they tried to fix it so I could save and replace multiple tires at a later time. I came back when I was ready for a replacement and they were fast and efficient. The manager Rishi was friendly and explained my options to me. They are also patient and willing and available to answer questions via phone if needed.

A few months ago I paid for my rotors, struts and brakes to be replaced. The same day I left the shop my axial broke just as I was getting off the highway with my child in the car. We could have died. Vehicle was towed back to there shop. Do you know they left the cracked axial on the vehicle and paired it like that. Found out from another mechanic who told me to take it back and make them fix it.Now my car sounds like I m playing a broken CD whenever I hit a bounce or make a turn. It s literally like I had nothing done. So I m bringing it back April 10th 2024 .As if the first near death experience wasn t enough. Hopefully they will fix the problem.( email corporate the regional manger was supposed to reach out but nothing)

They fixed some work that another Mavis location did poorly. This location honored the warranty with no problems, they were super helpful - fast turnaround, quality work, responsive, etc.

Process was easy and smooth, staff was respectful and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I also found the tires cheaper elsewhere and the good folks at customer service honored the price match. Will continue doing business here, do recommend!

They are lazy it s not busy at all they close in 1 hour and they refuse to do a 15 minute oil change. It makes no sense. Quit and find another job if you aren t going to do you job. There are plenty of people looking for work

I had an exceptional experience at this location. I came in with some concerns about my brakes and the manager and staff looked at my car and throughly explained the replacement parts I needed and had me in and out within the hour. Will definitely be going back.

I was there all day due to my insurance company. The staff here made the phone calls. Stayed on the phone for hours reassuring me things would get done. The manager Richie and manager Quaran did everything to move things along. I appreciate those guys and the staff for their hard work!!! My go to for Mavis.

I come here for one reason, the customer service. People make the difference. You can get your car serviced practically anywhere however you run the risk of being overcharged, and recieving faulty repairs. The people here know what they are doing and they take the time to explain it to customers. If your car is in need of service, stop by and ask for Q. He will make sure that you get the service that you want, need and expect. Highly recommend this Mavis service center.

I needed new tires for my car before driving my grandmother down to Florida. Talha was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He made sure I got the tires I needed and that my car was all good to go for my road trip. I ll definitely be coming back again!

Excellent Service, Highly recommended to not make an appointment, instead just take your car in when you feel like it, because they work as first come first serve, however, Talha at desk was very eloquent and very helpful in providing the service. These people know what they are doing.

I took my car to another Mavis location and purchased 4 brand new tires and I got a wheel alignment. Felt my tires slipping less than 2 weeks later. Took it to the Mavis on Utica and Winthrop and they swapped out my tires for brand new ones and serviced a wheel alignment free of charge. Great customer service from this team!
