The best local mechanic around , he is the most honest and trustworthy guy. I ve been going to him for about 8 years now and he s fantastic!! Knows his cars and does not overcharge you to make a quick buck! I will always have him service my cars when in need. Thanks for being so loyal and trustworthy!! My next visit will be to paint my hood and bumper. I ve had my last few cars painted there and let me tell you the paint on them still shine like new, good quality materials and fast turn around time!! Thanks Mandalay Bay

Not sure how Robert does it, but it s impressive to see a mechanic not only survive the jungle-like location, but to continue delivering honest and affordable service to the local drivers and car dealers. If you had a bad experience, consider that it could have been a misunderstanding before jumping between shops looking for someone to give you a great price , while they silently beat you over the head.

Very good mechanic who is very knowledgeable in cars and has very good rates and prices. His name is Robert. I love how he s located in my neighborhood too.

Avoid this place!!! I came for an oil change, and the manager told me: "No problem, wait 5 minutes and I will take your car in." After I informed him that I have my own oil, his attitude immediately changed: he responded to me in a rude fashion and advised that he didn't have time to deal with an oil change. I was denied service only because he wanted to make a few extra dollars selling me his oil.Service: Oil change

The best mechanic I ever had! Honest, reliable, hard working, efficient, fast and best prices in town. I've been coming to this place for several years and couldn't be happier. My car is a Chevy Trailblazer, an older model with over 200K miles and admittedly I ride it like a sports car, fast and hard. So naturally it needs repairs every once in a while. I've been to many mechanics in my day and I know a good one when I see one. I am a loyal customer to this car repair shop and I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good mechanic. Mandalay is the shop owner, he is always busy but makes himself available to talk any time I call. He always gives me a great price (trust me, I've checked around with other shops in the area), and he never makes up problems that don't exist like some other mechanic shops. I am a super satisfied customer. Highly recommend Mandalay Bay Auto Repair.

I called this shop when I had an issue with leaking wheel fluid and a leaking sunroof. Robert explained to me what needed to be done. The price was reasonable for what I needed to get done. I did not shop around as I wanted to have the problem resolved. They were done in less time time than promised. I am happy with the quality of service and will definitely be back here to service my car. I would recommend this shop.

These guys are honest mechanics.. As far as I've been dealing with them. It's very rare you come across that. You can sit right there as your car is being worked on and he'll when call you over to look at any concerns and explain to you to see with your own eyes what's the issues or what he fixed.

Robert is on point , went in for some work with my 02 sensor & had a mis fire took care of everything plus had a rattle sound in the bottom of my car he even took care of that .. Only place I take my car "Services: Electrical, BrakesServices: Electrical, Brakes

Friendly guy. But not the best mechanics. Also did some dangerous and dishonest rigging on my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. 3 issues. 1. Back in 2015 they changed the brake pads on my previous Mitsubishi which was a 2014 mirage. When I reversed out the garage and hit the brakes there was NO PRESSURE! I had to pull my handbrake and pump the brakes several times then it worked.2. My AC condensor had a leak which they found. They tried to get me to spend$400 on repairs when my vehicle is a 2016 Outlander and the condenser was under warranty. My service center replaced it.3. They did a total brake job replacing calipers, etc. Mitsubishi service center had a recall to replace my emergency brakes. They found one of the calipers on my wheel the wrong length and zip cord used to secure it further. I was told if my emergency brakes was executed during an emergency my car would've slid all over the place if the zip tie broke. They put my life in jeopardy and I have a wife and 14 month old son who travels with me

I have 99 Explorer and has electricial problem, everytime I put my door lock fuse no18,the reverse light is always on and battery drained dead,I stopped three shop and nobody take it and they said I got big electrical problem and finally I stopped this shop and the owner Robert, he checked and found it 3 wires burnt out under car mats and he fixed it.He is really professional ASE mechanic,the best shop in Brooklyn...honest,experienced mechanic,good prices and best warranty ..highly recommended.....I read the comment the guy,Martin Sz who gave bad comment to Mandalay Bay Auto....He should checked it before he comment that is right shop or what because Mandalay Bay Auto,they don't do alignment service or they don't sell the cars either,what a idiot! he comment wrong shop,may be he comment to Net Partner auto service next door who do car sale and alignment service,same address. Mandalay Bay,my friend, he will never do that customer like that and he is the best guy I know.

Very professional staff tells you what's wrong with your vehicle how long it will take to get it fixed and tells you the price. Very reasonable prices.I would strongly recommend this place.

Great job, completed timely, honest workers who told me what I believed to be wrong with my car (damaged ball joints) was not really damaged (just dried up due to water from salt and snow on ground) and offered a more affordable option when they could have done and charge me the more expensive option
