This shop is the only one I trust to care for my vehicle. They offer a wide range of repairs, from top to bottom, and their competence made me switch from the Mercedes dealership. MajorTire is an excellent car mechanic shop, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

They gave you price for service , and after you leave they call you and Telling you that's something else broken ( not they fault ) if you don't want to pay for it just took your car without anything placed it back . I needed oil change but they told me after I let that engine cap and mount broken , someone did it before and they won't put it back at least you pay extra 300$ .

Had such an incredible experience. Brought my 2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE for the first time to get all 4 tires mounted and balanced. Also got my alignment and inspection done. The owner Nick is very respectful, friendly, welcoming and cares so much about his customers. He makes his customers leave happy. The prices are the best I've experienced and they didn't judge me based off my car like other mechanics do and try to over charge. Their mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy I found these guys and looking forward to maintaining a long term relationship for all my car maintenance needs. Thank you again!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

it took me 15 minutes to ask a question to a main guy.Nick said to me , i don t want to do doors , they are too much work. I asked him politely to take a quick look at least maybe its a quick easy fix or recommend me someone close by who does doors, he said no sorry. This is what i don t appreciate it. Thats why i gave 1 stars

Horrible service.1.Had to come back several times because of unprofessional Job.2.Most of the things promised to be done were not done.Which caused me to come back AGAIN and AGAIN miss another day3. I left my car there for them to check in the morning and let me know of the broblem.They never called and when I did call they said " yes the car will be done soon"Without even telling me the price or letting me know ahead.And still, after they "done" - problem not fixed fully.Once he got payed you're not a person no more.Treated me like he don't care about my complain or my time in general.And he is not cheap either.had to go and pay again in another shop.Could not cancel since he asked cash.Lesson learned .Very disrespectful.Very unprofessional.I Do NOT recommend.

I had to replace a set of 4 tires on my subaru. I brought my own Continentals, bought from tire rack. This guy right there, his name is Floyd. He is the reason I came to this shop. He is a Vietnam Veteran, with 35 year experience with tires. Floyd is a very nice guy, explains everything on what is he doing. He doesn't like when people are scammed by other shops. He wants the customer to follow him around and watch what he is doing. I learned so much from him, and gave me a lot of tips that could save me money in the future. Before you go, call the shop and ask if he is there.

Recently, I visited this auto shop with a problem related to a malfunctioning seat sensor. After a computer scan, I was told that the problem could be fixed without the need for a bypass device. However, the next day I was charged for a job that had not been completed and was told that a bypass device was necessary, despite it being unsafe. After arguing about the situation, I decided to cancel my order. I will never go back to this shop again, as it seems like a scam.Service: Electrical

It used to be a very good shop, when Sergey run it. I went there not too often, but as needed and almost always had positive experience.After he sold the place, I still went there few times, even though quality of repairs could have been better. But, hey, I m used to the place.But not anymore. About 7-8 months ago I was there to adjust the brakes, I had speed bleeders that I purchased and installed previously.They did the work without much of improvement, so recently I decided to bleed the brakes myself (you can do it alone with speed bleeders, typically it s a two men operation).So I was up to a very unpleasant surprise that both of my front bleeders where switched to the standard stock bleeders. And that s without even telling me!Even leaving the money part out of it (the set of 4 cost about $75), it just plain dangerous to open break lines knowing that you can do it alone with speeders, only to find out that you have regular ones Apparently mechanics just didn t know what they where doing. Some of these shops employ people with very limited experience, and it becomes very difficult to find trusted mechanic these days.On the positive side: Floyd and alignment guy, are still ones of the best there.

This is the best mechanic in town! Nothing beats their prices and quality hard work. Definitely going back for all my problems, oil changes and tune ups! The mechanics are all so great to chill with and really make time fly by and Kolya is such an honest and caring person. Thank you so much for such amazing visits my first two times.

One of the best shops in South Brooklyn to go to for any of your car service needs! They took my car right away, gave me a free estimate, and took 24 hours to fix and be ready for me to pickup and checkout. Unlike other shops that will inflate the prices and keep your car forever, this shop differs from all the rest in only positive ways. Will continue coming back here if need may be.

Horrible service. I came because I got tire pressure light on and I m a girl - I don t understand anything about cars. So that day the guy told me that my sensor is not working and he changed it and charged $85 , he did not check if I had any pressure on tires nor did not check if I had a hole in my tires. So the next day I have the same problem and came back to him - he says YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECK YOUR TIRES - THERE s no air - and I replied him that it was his job to check it. I come back home and the next day again have the same problem. I told him to check if there s are any holes in the tires - he wanted to take more money to get the hole fixed . So turns out my sensor was fine and the first day the guy just lied . NEVER WILL I BE EVER COMING BACK TO THE PLACE. Not professional , lying to you to get more money.

Definitely avoid taking your vehicle to this shop!Firstly, there are a lot of other reviews about the integrity of the staff, and my experience adds to the complaint. On State inspections, they don't inspect the car. They made up a problem with break pads, on my 38k miles vehicle, which was simply made up. After they convinced me to pay for the replacement, my breaks became noisy and felt strange. When I came back, they said it is transmission issues and told me it will be thousands of dollars to fix and that they might not even be able to do that. The issues came as soon as they replaced my breaking pads (With no breaking pad problems at all). Now I need to find another mechanic to take a look at the new issues they caused.Secondly, my experience at this shop was terrible. Not only that the staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude, they hit my car by backing into it with another customer vehicle. As soon as that happened, they jumped at the other customer, who was male, and began promising him everything to prevent any consequences. To me however, a woman who doesn't know much about cars to what it may look like, they did not even apologize. In fact, the first thing they did was driving both cars away from each other, as far from line of sight as possible. When I confronted them, they asked me "Well, what do you want?" in the most rude way possible. Upon looking at the damage done to my bumper, they began trying to convince me it is "not a big deal" and only after I wanted to call the police to get a report, they offered to order the part they damaged. The man said it costs him over a thousand, but he will still order it for free "because you are our customer". weeks later, after I called to ask if they received the part, which they did and never bothered to call me about it, I was told to come over so they can set it up. When I arrived, They tried fitting it, the man was having a hard time, and I noticed the part doesn't fit, so I pointed out that it is a part for a different model, they stopped working, checked part numbers and admitted I was right, in fact is was a part for a different car model. The man who was dealing with me became angry, pulled out two hundred dollars and told me "here you go, it was nice to have you as a customer, we are even". Basically, the part he told me costs him over a thousand, apparently costs two hundred now, and he refused to do anything else about it.My experience was horrible in this place, they exploit customer ignorance, overcharge, their attitude is horrible and unprofessional.Avoid this place if you value your time, money and vehicle.I'm planning to write a complaint to BBB followed by another to the DMV, about their shady practices and customer fraud. After seeing all these negative reviews around the internet on this shop, anyone who plans to do the same should do it with me, because they can lose their license.

Nick is beyond professional and helpful. Superb service and very fairly priced. Employees are knowledgeable have always done a competent job. Floyd is a neighborhood stalwart and has a large loyal following of customers. Highly recommend this place!

These guys were gentleman from the first call I made to them. I spoke with Fred to ask him if he accepted my tire insurance which he said he did. Once I have the car towed there Nick looked over my car, ordered the tires, had the rim repaired and kept in constant contact with me to let me know how long the process was going to take. The car was ready in a day and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Fred and Nick are two of the nicest guys you wanna meet and although I hope I won't need them again anytime soon, if I do I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my car there and to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. THANKS GUYS!

I strongly agree with the people who rated this particular shop with a one star rating. The owner is a real jerk. No respect whatsoever. Doesn t follow his promises. I can assure you he was placed back on his spot immediately. This used to be one of the best shops when it was under the old owner s craftsmanship, not to long ago. I wouldn t recommend this shop even if it was the last shop on the planet earth.

This guys are good. They found problem on my BMW and fixed , I tried too many places they couldn t find what exactly was wrong . They gave me list of parts which I have to replace it . But this guys did it in two visit (1st diagnostic and next day replacement. Thanks Kolya and his team.

Totally ripped me off and lied to me. Tried to get NYC emissions test here and they wouldn't do it unless I did suspension work saying it was the "law" due to safety reasons. Wow, what a scam. I also tried to get my rear power windows fixed. Took them the entire day and it was clear to me the mechanic had no idea what he was doing. Inner panel he removed was loose. He says he can "glue it back". Something tells me glue is not the real solution but he couldn't even do that because he says he doesn't have a glue gun. Worst part, I notice a protruding dent outside on my door below the window looking like someone was hammering a nail from the inside and it went too far. I angrily point it out and at first he pretends as if he doesn't know the dent exists. Then he says it was already there on the car. Like I'm that stupid. Then he says "you have so many dings on your car why does it matter?" I am getting infuriated at this point he says come back tomorrow and I'll bang it back into place. I come back the next day (my third trip to this dump in as many days) and he grabs a HAMMER and tries to bang it back. Clearly he doesn't know what he's doing and says he can't do it because he's going to likely damage my car even further. I angrily took off without even negotiating a discount or anything as after 3 days of being scammed I just wanted to get out of there. Don't trust these guys with anything.

Fast, not very expensive but not professional. For engine and transmission repair you should look for someone else. Please be careful and double check everything that they do. These guys can do job for you that you don't really need. I have to get back to them 2 times to fix job they did...

The best shop in Brooklyn and Specializes for German cars BMW Mercedes Audi and etc... and the best prices you can get in NYC !!! Specially with two of the best mechanic in all New York that they have ENO & YASHA and the Best owner NICK that he always taking care our Problems issues with the cars .

I wish Google could mark places as do-not-go shop due to customer reports. Nick is a disrespectful owner who has no concern for his customers. His employees intake drugs during work hours and do not work on the cars as one would expect them to. And my car left with damage and more problems than it went in with. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Save yourselves time and money

This shop is under new management now. I used to go there for 3 years before and was really concerned if the service becomes worse. But after few visits there I can surely say now that place didn't get any worse. Thanks to Nick I got all my problems solved quickly and in proper manner. And I d like to point out the prices they do. Really competitive! Of course bad things happen, but these guys do deserve you give them a try! Good luck!

Beware of driving by this mechanic shop. They leave broken cars that roll down the street crashing into cars on mcdonald avenue blocking traffic and creating dangerous situations for drivers and bystanders. one of their broken cars crashed into my car. On top of that the mechanic who claims to be an owner was using foul language on me for calling the cops to report the situation. Anyone who uses foul language and disrespects anyone instead of apologizing cannot be a master in their craft. If you have children DO NOT drive by there.

When I was there they had a bunch of young mechanics, they're come highly recommended at wheel alignment by my mechanic. The rest I don't know. But, I saw one of them who is impatient and can be rude, even though I didn't need to talk to him.

Dont! Dont! Dont! Go there!Save your moneyI almost never review things, but this is an exception. This Russian old grouch is a piece of work. Extremely unprofessional, rude and tries to rip you off on any chance he gets.Alot of good reviews he got looks very fraudulent.You get the picture!Dont waste your hard earned money here!

Came to this shop to get a few tires replaced floyd is amazing later on got my wheel alignment done by one of the mechanic and that s another story I m not sure if the guy is new but I feel like he rushed the job due to how extremely busy the shop gets I had to come back several times before the job was done properly

One of the most reasonable prices in NYC.I did change my tires and brakes for my Audi for an incredible low price and amazing service. Most of the workers a very nice.

Came for wheel alignment and nearly lost my life as a result of their complete incompetence. Indifferent and rude owner. The best advise I can give is to stay away as far as possible!
