Worst tire shop everThis old Spanish guy who works there has a attitude an had me waiting outside for 10 mints while he s watch info tv and then when he came out he took forever to fix my flat tire and he when I got home I realized he lost one of the tire screwsAlso has a card sticker in the window and don t accept cardsThis guys should be replaced with someone who wants to work or close down

For fixing leaking without removing the wheel on the space asked 20$, I wanted pay with credit card, because did not have cash with me. He did not agreed take credit card, forcing me to go to the grocery across the street for withdrawing money from ATM to pay him cash.Worst service ever seen! Do not recommend this place to anybody.

Great tire shop!!! While having to double park on 4th Ave. until a space is available, may be frustrating to some, the professional service, friendly attitude and reasonable price clearly makes up for it. Recommended by my mechanic and now my go-to tire shop.

Since my office is close by and I found my tire completely flat when getting off work I decided to come to this so called 24 hour Luna s Tire Shop to find no one to assist me. Called numerous of time and knocked on the door to no answer. Even waited at least 30 mins hoping someone would come eventually. Thinking they might have been occupying the restroom or something. No one showed. This is ridiculous. At least put a sign up advising service is temporarily unavailable.

I went to Luna s tire shop on 1/30/24 and got a spare tire put on. The person who replaced broke my wheel lock and did not inform me of the damage. I went to another tire shop and realized that Luna shop broke my tire lock

No longer 24 hrs as the signs on the storefront say..Whoever working Friday December 17 2021 let me sit there for 20 minutes with a flat and watch him fix other flats then when it got to me he said they're closed.What a waste of time, highly unreliable and unprofessional since Google says they're open until 12am and I was there at 11pm, I left at 11:21 when he said that he was closed.If it wasn't laziness then I'm not sure what it was.Don't rely on them for a late night emergency fix.

I had a patch put on, and it failed after two weeks. After taking it to a reputable yire shop, they advised me that the type of black patch that was installed was poor, and a bad choice by luna. I d keep looking for a better shop if i were you.

Good. Service. Tire blew on outer bridge. After a quick google search on 24 hours tire shop. Got the car towed here. First impression by the tech on the rim was its not repairable. After a few minutes he said let me try something. He did try his best to get the bead of tire to sit on the bent rim and was successful. Really pleased with service.

I walked out of church and saw my tire was flat. Of course this was not something I wanted to deal with on a Sunday! I googled tire repair shops and this one popped up. I called and asked if they can fix a donut for me and Martin said Of Course be there in 20 minutes. I was so relieved and promptly, in 20 minutes, he arrived. There was a nail protruding out of my tire!! He was able to put my donut on in less then ten minutes. After checking the pressure on my donut he advised me to follow him to his show because the air in my donut is low and I may get stuck again; he mentioned he may even be able to patch up my old tire! I followed him, and within 20 minutes, my old tire was patched up, put back on my car - the donut was refilled with air and placed back in my trunk, and his assistant even filled air in ALL my other tires. I m fairly new to Brooklyn and experiencing this type of kindness was so refreshing. My flat was found at 1:00pm, by 2:20pm I was back on the road going about my day. I will always appreciate your kindness Martin!!! Thank you!!

Had low air in both of my back tires and came in at 11:35 on a Saturday morning. The wonderful staff immediately helped identify the problem (seal issue) and fixed both tires for $40. I was in and out in less than an hour. Easy and professional. Highly recommend this place!

If I can give negative stars I would, to start off the hours are completely off, it says they re open 24 hours when they re not. On google it says the open at 6am when they opened @7 am. And the cherry on top of the Sundae I waited 30 minutes for them to open and when I talk to the guy he say I m going to get my breakfast . Totally unprofessional and horrible service.

Quick service, took about 40 min to get my tire changed. Cons: cash only now apparently (despite what their signs say) and no atm onsite.

2:30 am hit a pothole managed to crawl over to this place. Jose was the sweetest man. Calmed me down on the phone, told me how to find my spare all while in a panic on Staten Island. Decided to just put air in a cracked tire and prayed it stayed round until Brooklyn. He replaced it at a fair price and checked the others for good measure. Good people still are out there.

This place was absolutely useless. I have a totally flat tire. I waited outside for approximately 10-15 mins. A guy comes to the door and waves me off. He refuses to help me, exits the building and then closes shop. The time is now 1108 p.m. EST with a closing time listed at 12a.m. Wow! Thanks for absolutely nothing! Please everyone, avoid this place. That was horrible for a supposedly essential business to deal with a potential customer this way...especially when your business is one that is particularly necessary when people are in dire straits with a tire problem that you can resolve in less than 20 minutes. You might win some but you just lost one. As for the shop that took care of me, I bought a new tire and the mechanic got a $20 tip. I m good now. No thanks to this worthless, non-essential shop. If you re reading this, please, do yourself and me a large favor, avoid this place.

Got here about 6:00pm and went in the shop with complaint of a flat, the guy told me give him a few minutes. 6:43 here I am still waiting so I go in to address that I m still waiting he s like take it easy it s lunch time. As professionals two people should not be eating at the same time when running a 24/7 business

It was probably 10 degrees at 11:30 pm and the poor guy was out there putting air on my tires. The first time ,they helped me with a flat at 6:30am. I love this place,its 24 hrs open! I keep going back with my unfortunate tire issues.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My dad had a flat and I came yesterday to ask for the prices on the tire. I was told that they had his tire and it was $60 for a used and $125 for a new by a short Hispanic man. I came back today with my father and a older taller man with glass said the guy I spoke to wasn t working yesterday; that he was and I was a liar. Then the man that I spoke to said that he told me they had the tire but never told me the prices. Then the older man with glasses said that he made a mistake and gave me the wrong price and the tire is $160. We have to pay $100 more than expected and we don t have a choice considering my dad can t even drive back home. They are unorganized and a rip off. Rather go down 4th ave to Danny s tires.

Went to get a tire patched from these guys, and they swapped my good tire for a bald tire. Two weeks later it was giving me trouble and I had to go back and purchase my own tire from them. Don t trust them, they re criminals.

1 star for being somewhat friendly. I brought in my Audi to get 2 tires changed. They only had new tires, and charged me $170 for each, plus tax. I looked up the same exact tire and size online while I was waiting and they are $65 each at multiple sites, with free shipping. This place is a ripoff. Stay away.

Honest shop - found a screw in my tire and stopped to have the tire mended. They could easily have recommended plug and what not to drive the bill. Instead they took the tire off, removed the screw and some other spikes that got caught earlier, tested thoroughly for leaks and put it back on. Total charge $5. I'll be back whenever needed....
