I stumbled across these guys by accident. I drove past and saw the environment inside through the open gate, everything looked very decent and tidy, so I decided to ask the guys to fix my car. I didn t have to persuade, they quickly responded and provided a replacement car, and they took mine away for the duration of the repair. The work lasted more than a month, but I understand that it was necessary for the quality, so in the end I was very pleased! Thank you for the quality work, I will definitely recommend to friends. By the way, this was my first experience in New York, I was satisfied with their service!

I m very happy with the service I received at Lev s Auto! Everything from estimates, interactions, financial aspects, and final results was smooth, easy, and super professional. I was impressed with the speed too. Alan was very courteous and had my interests in mind. He was able to lower the price from the estimate initially given which speaks volumes of his high integrity as a business owner. I ve always had trust issues with bringing my car to a new shop but right off the bat I knew that alex and Roman were genuine and trustworthy people. Great guys that do great work. Definitely gained a new customer. 100% recommend to bring you re car hear for any type of work that needs to be done they do an incredible job!

I have a very positive, worry free experience with Levs Auto. My car was repaired within promised time frame. The quality of work was excellent. The staff was friendly, answered all my multiple questions. I recommend this auto shop to anyone without any doubts.

Some criminal bashed into my passenger window and the first shop I thought of was the shop I pass every day on my way to work. I can say with confidence that Roman and these individuals in this establishment exude professionalism and respect. They gave me options on pricing and educated me about how people typically people do in these situations. They made this process as easy as possible and I can say that in the wake of distress , this is all anyone can hope for. I was recommended this place by a friend after my vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident. I was clueless what needed to be done, but Alex and Roman calmed me down and helped me to get through all the steps from filling a claim, to dealing with investigator, as well as dealing with adjuster. Afterwards, they did a great job on my vehicle. I am very grateful to them, therefore, I will definitely recommend them to my friends.Services: Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

this place truly deserves a 10-Star grade. I had been to this shop multiple times and every experience was a high satisfactory ! I was granted a professional and rational approach, all repairs had been done at a very a reasonable cost and quiet efficiently,. I want to extend a special Thank You to Alex, the shop manager, Absolutely honest guy, with a friendly attitude and desire to help at all possible levels. Specifically, I truly appreciate his input with a timely arrangement for a rental car when I was in a critical need for, addressed all tech issues super quickly, coordinated with the insurance company, and eventually managed to return my car with no delay, which is very uncommon in this industry. More impressively - they have no intention to rip you off, they rather deliver excellent service at a fare cost. I strongly recommend this team for any auto needs and highly recommend to see Alex!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought in my car after my accident to Roman, and truthfully this shop was the best shop i have dealt with in a while, been through a bunch of bad shops who always took way longer than agreed on, and always wanted to rip you off. Roman was very honest and professional and got my car fixed in a week just like we agreed on. I already referred a few friends of mine to use their shop and all were very satisfied with the work and professionalism. Thank you Roman.

I walked into the shop after I got into a fender bender, and the crew came up to me and told me the whole process from a-z. They were very professional and knowledgeable about everything. They informed me that my vehicle will be ready within 2 weeks and they also provided me a rental car. When I picked up my car it was excellent and you couldn t tell that my vehicle was in a collision. Amazing job!!

My vehicle was involved in an accident where my trunk and bumper were completely destroyed. Roman is the auto mechanic that repaired my car. He is extremely professional and responsive to all your questions/concerns. He is easy to talk to and pleasant. He did a sumptuous job on my car. I am pleased and I would recommend Roman and Lev's Auto Repair for all your car troubles.

I was recently in a bad car accident. They took complete ownership of the situation from the beginning. Roman and his team helped me with a rental, along with the insurance company to ensure everything was being done in a timely manner! I was skeptical to wire a big amount of money but after talking to Vlad he gained my trust. It was a smooth transaction. He always answers me every time I have questions. He never left me hanging. He's a very honest man. Will definitely recommend Vlad everyone.

id never go anywhere else they fixed all my cars that i needed body work done and i was suprised cause i came there with some serious damages . there paint jobs are the best also they match the paint up by serial number . i trust them very much they fixed my sports car. steven always made me feel welcome when i came to visit. one time i just got my car fixed and crashed it again few days later was crazy but i came back and they took care of me as always. when u own a car and drive alot you need to have a place you can trust and i proud to say they never let me down. and when my gf crashed her car i said dont worry ill make your car like new hunny and i took the car here and came back a hero after it was all fixed.

The only place in Brooklyn I ll go for any service. The quality speaks for itself. Honest and straightforward, everything on the table with no surprises. That s what I like the most. And the quality. ****FRAUDS**** THEY HAD ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT & STOLE $500. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MONEY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. DON T BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS ONLINE INCLUDING EBAY MOTORS. THIS REVIEW IS IN MY OPINION. ****THIEVES****
