They only do Mercedes. My brother was going to offload his 2010 C300 because of a pricey sensor part, so we contacted Kraft who gave us an estimate over email. Winds up the car required other repairs, but their knowledge and expertise convinced me the car was worth the investment. I recommend.

Pablo was great! I needed to do regular maintenance with my vehicle and he was able to help. At one point I thought my breaks wasn t done correctly and Pablo called me to come back in to re-do my breaks. I also needed the lower control arm to be replaced and he was also able to fix that as well. Pablo is honest and very efficient. Thank you again!

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my classic 450 SL. Pablo and his team of mechanics did an excellent job going through the car and fixing exactly what was wrong with it. Everyone was polite and very knowledgeable in Mercedes-Benz repairs. If you need your Mercedes fixed, this is the place to go

I have been receiving service from Kraft German Auto since 1995 at the time with also my family! I continue to prefer going to Kraft for services because they get the work done! The most aspiring is that the owner - Pablo is on his toes working alongside with his crew to ensure the work is done to the fullest!Good job guys! Keep up the exceptional work and long live- Kraft German Auto! I don t know any place better than your service shop!

This is quite simply the best experience I have ever had in a repair shop, in my 50 years. They are kind and helpful before you arrive, but when you DO arrive, they are even better. The car was fixed in hours and when I returned to pick it up, it was getting a courtesy clean, and polish. When I left the garage there was a problem with the car so I went straight back and they fixed that too - it was a completely independent problem and they did becuase they are decent people. I can not recommend this shop enough, if you are a Benz owner this is the ONLY place you should think of going. Less than half the price of MB of BK, and ten times better service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Car waxing

Great place to have ur Mercedes maintained! Everyone who works there is excellent and friendly. Appointments are always available if you are a customer. I ve been using them for more than 10 yrs. Owner is most accommodating and honest. I recommend them highly!!

Thanks Pablo and team for excellent results. The price transparency was a key factor in conjunction with explanation of parts required to restore car to optimum performance. Kraft has kept my 35-year-old Mercedes 420 SEL in perfect condition for the last 16 years, and has even recommended mechanics for emergency repairs all over the country during my many driving tours, totaling over 100,000 miles since then. I couldn't do without them.

These guys are life savers, the only shop I will ever let work on my Benz. My car was hit from the back while parked and my entire subframe was damaged. Even after the body shop repaired the damages every time I rode over a bump I heard a squeaky sound coming from the back of the car. My wheel alignment was completed off also. I took my car to Kraft auto and they were able to realize that my car was in an accident without me even having to tell them. They knew exactly where the problem was coming from and they gave me a diagnoses and estimate in less than 30 minutes. My car was fully repaired in less than one week and it rides like new. My wheel alignment is perfect and the rear of the car feels strong as ever. There is no more noises coming from the car. They also gave me a service B for half the price that Mercedes Benz service center would ve charged me. I will never go to any other shop to service my Benz except Kraft auto.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very rude attitude for no reason - It is wildly strange how you loose a client for no reason. It seems you have to prove your ego to your client. It is just absolutely strange.

Service here was excellent. Steve and the rest of the staff was very informative and helpful. He was really thorough and walked me through the options, giving me the most bang for my buck. I have an older molder Mercedes (96' S500) and after visiting a few shops this was the only place I felt comfortable having them work on my car aside from the dealer. He took the time to answer all my questions and even checked out some other things I didn't ask for to let me know what my options are. What I appreciate most is that it didn't feel like a scam where all of a sudden "this, that and the third" needed to be fix, but genuine guidance on what needed to be done. Moving forward this will be the only shop I bring my car to.TLDR; Dope spot that I highly recommend if you own a Mercedes and want dealer quality work at affordable prices.

Brought my 2014 s550 here with a motor noise they diagnosed it and called me back. I explained I am a dealer and want to get my own parts at a discount they refused. I don't want them making money on the parts too I wasn't born yesterday. :-/

This place is like the dealership part two. The price is not worth the consultation nor the service. There's way better in Brooklyn. The owner likes overcharging because he has experience, but there's people with enough experience that will offer you a much fairer price. I paid over 2K to get some problems with my engine fixed, only to have more next week. The owner said the new problems happened because the old parts couldn't handle the new installed parts. So shouldn't that have been something you experienced and advised me about? I honestly feel they put holes in some pipes to secure additional business from me. Advice to the owner: Think long term gains from loyal customers, not how to make a quick buck by screwing people.

The staff are all very professional and responsive to your needs. I was particularly impressed with how the owner is actively involved in assessing my car. Even during his absence the high level of performance is noted. I am very pleased with this business servicing my vehicle and highly recommend anyone to use their service. I had a check engine on because my was misfiring took it to the shop and it was well worth it not only did mr Pablo fix the problem but he also informed me of future issues I might have, listen Pablo is tough but his honest and that s what I m looking for in a mechanic the price is a little high but you getting good work done in your car my first experience with the shop is his all business and he doesn t take three are four days with your car I made another appointment because I like how he work. This is a very upscale shop for Mercedes definitely bringing my car back to him.he knows he s thing in cars

I have been a regular customer for a few years now. Steve maintains my 94 E320 wagon, knows the model inside out. You get what you pay for - high quality professional expertise. For years before finding Kraft I took my car to other mechanics, though cheaper I never felt good driving away. I am confident with Kraft and as long as I have a Mercedes in NYC they will be working on it!

I must say the work and quality is superb. I have issues with their pricing as stated by them, they are the alternative to the dealership however I was given aftermarket shocks for my s430 at a price close to the dealership cost. I was not happy with that. I also was charged for a new battery full cost and my battery was a diehard with a 36 month warranty and less than 15 months old.

Your long knowledge of mercedes is nothing without making the customer feel like their dime is worth just as much as a regular customer. Came for a diagnosis for 1 thing and they diagnosed something else and also took 4 days to before they called me to tell me about a problem I already knew I had but not about the problem that I brought my car in for the. Charged me more than what the diagnosis really cost because the mechanic had to go back to look at the problem i originally brought the car in for. The excuse for this was not worth me spending another dime in this establishment. Honest mechanics are hard to find for these types of cars so your better off getting some type of warranty to cover your payments or bring it back to the dealership.

I have been a customer of Kraft German Auto since 2014 with a 1991 560SEC and 300SE and have been extremely satisfied with the service, care, and knowledgeable staff. Steve is thorough and amazing at diagnosing issues and the mechanics are top notch. Definitely recommended!

The team at Kraft are fabulous. They are knowledgeable and professional. At Kraft they know the customer comes first. It was the best experience I had. I had major engine work performed on my 2012 diesel GL and the job was completed fast and well. Since repairing my car, my car has broken down twice and I have lost money and work. After having my car "fixed," my car stalled on the Jackie Robinson Parkway leaving me stranded on my way to work. My car has been in this shop twice in a month and I have lost work and money as a result of being "fixed." The explanations for my cars issues are extensive, but unresolved and I feel hopeless. Thank you for your response, Pablo. Please note, the initial review I gave you was stellar, but when my car broke down TWO days after you fixed it, I revised the review to reflect the work. Yes, I returned until the problem was fixed and yes you reimbursed me for a rental that I would not have needed had you fixed the car as promised. There is no intentional omission of the truth here. My car was towed back to your shop three days after you fixed it, and I returned to you twice because the same problem arose. Eventually the issue was corrected but not withoutany tries and challenges. You kept the car through the July 4th holiday, although I initially brought it to you in June; that was the second time it broke down after you fixed it, sir. Both can be true, you tried to fix the car and told me you did and I was stranded on the highway because you didn't. I lost money and work in the process, but eventually you found the issue and resolved the problem. I hope this review gives anyone reading it a clear view of what happened in totality.
