I m only giving one star because thats the lowest. This place is the absolute worst. My car was barely there for 10 hours and they still charged me a daily storage fee. Then they stored my car at a nasty junk yard not to mention the customer service rep attitude. I hope I never have to use this place again

Although our tow truck driver was an Angel, the truck took over 2.5 hours to come to us on the highway. We called repeatedly and customer service kept saying the truck will come in a few minutes when indeed it was no where near us. Worst experience ever. Apparently this is the only company that is legally allowed to take cars off the highway to local roads so another local tow truck company can get you. This is ridiculous

I was at JADE restaurant in queens and a guy name Cory who works for this company literally watch me park my car mind you there's no sign saying no parking, and booted my car. They are scammers. They get their money off of hard working New Yorkers. Watch out for this tow company. They only care about making money. This guy literally had the credit card machine in his back pocket. Horrible!!

11/18/23 a deer pounded my Trailblazer. Knights Collision & Auto Care, from the tow-JIMMY, the ladies answering the phones, and the repairs manager CHRIS, and EVERYONE WHO WORKED getting my car back on the road by 12/29/23: AMAZING COMPANY! I am so grateful! Thank you.

The driver chased me to the place where I parked. I told him that my car was fine, that he should leave me alone, but he refused. He stayed parked next to me against my will. I did not ask for any towing service. The driver is about 2 meters tall and that's why he tried to scare me since I'm a woman. I asked him to please leave but he didn't want to. He threatened me. He was very rude to me. The police gave me permission to stop and he refused to listen to me. Apparently this man needed urgent money since he was willing to threaten me to take my car. I never called him. I did not require his service. The man is a dirty wolf who knows how to steal from people. Poor guy, he really needs to take the money from inocent drivers to survive. The guy does not know how to work ethically. I dont even consider what this company does a real job. Ladies, be careful !

If I could give it zero stars I would! The worst experience I've ever had with a towing service. My car died on the exist ramp on the Jackie Robinsom. I called them and they told me 5 minutes, 5 minutes became 2 hours!!. Then when I called back to find out of they're still coming they kept telling me 5 minutes . They are horrible!

I would like to say between Maureen, Yolanda and Dorinda I received exceptional service as my car was towed due to flooding. As you can imagine it was already a traumatic experience. I am extremely happy with the service I received, they were in contact with me every step of the way. I appreciate their professionalism and assistance. Thank you sooo much!!!

They lied to me for 2 hours straight and telling me we will be there in 10 minutes and would hang up every time I would call. Avoid them at any cost! Wasted over 2 hours waiting for them.

This company is heaven sent and was truly a blessing! They were well equipped to help fix my tires after I was stranded on the road and preparing to be overcharged by another company that could not even help to tow my vehicle off of the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

They're robbers... They charge me $200 for towing, $75 for labor and $60 for winching. How do you tow a car without labor or winching? I'll complain about them with the consumer affairs.

A week ago tow truck was called for my son. The driver was supposed to let him off close to home but, didn't. He was also rude. My son asked to get items out of his car. The driver let him out and locked the door to the truck. Then tried to take the car to the impound and with that charged $310 to drop it. Then called police on my son. Luckily when police arrived everything went smooth. I would NEVER use this company again. We still have to protect our kids (especially young black men) NO matter what.

Thief! The guy who towed my car said my credit card is not going through, so I had to pay $200 cash for a service that did cost $190.54 - later that week, I check my credit card and I see they double charged me on my credit card. I call the company, explain what happened, they put me on the phone with the guy. The guy lies on the phone and says he clearly told me that the credit card payment Did go through and I gave him that $200 as TIP!!!! That is LIE! Huge lie! I never tipped him $200 for a service that cost me $190!It is straight heart breaking that they supported their driver and did not try to reimburse me! Be cautious! They might do the same thing to you!

So I called up this company for a tow service. Guy told me he will drop me of the next exit. I'm like huh. He said his job was to get me of the highway and safe onto next exit. I told him how does that make sense. I'm a woman stranded on highway at night. Leaving me safe on the next exit will still leave me stranded all over again. But God is great and I convince this man to tow me 15 min away into my driveway for the same price.

Wow this is a REAL thieves place all of them are involved in steal your stuff from your car. My car got towed and this SCAMMERS steal all my belongings, I can t believe they really did it.They steal my JBL speaker $163.31 AirPods Pro $272.22 my Armani jacket $327.28. I m literally crying

Pray u don't need a tow from knights! Absolutely the worse place of business. Horrible and rude customer service. My car was vandalized in their 'SECURE'. Made a complaint and was told that the parts would be replaced. But was given just a complete runaround. Seems like one of the staff stole my parts since the new car radio and bass speakers were left for other personally necessary items were lifted. A disgrace company that needs to be taken off the city contracts that they now possess. While I was there several other customers were also arriving with similar stories of being vandalized. I guess business as usual for them smh. Making complaints with the city would be the better route since I have tried contacting the higher ups to no avail. Pray u don't need their service ever and if u do take lots of pictures of your vehicles to prevent theft.

Knights really did a great job with my car getting repaired after an accident . They were in constant contact with me to let me know of the progress . I worked with Elliesha and she made the experience so much better by being friendly and understanding . They handled everything with my insurance and made the process seamless so I was not worried at all! Really rude in the middle of a really stressful and unsafe situation. $180 to tow literally 3miles, which only got me off the highway and they were not willing to go any further or tow me to where I requested, which actually would have been closer. Extremely poor service all throughout, get towed from someone else if you can.

Had to dangerously limp car off GCP and call another tow company because I had been waiting 3 plus hours for a tow. They should have just told me straight up that they couldn't make it instead of lying and saying only a half-hour. These people should not be in business and they should be held accountable for their negligence. Why did the city give these clowns their contract? I will be looking into this fraud.

Do not call this company, I ordered towing service at 8:30 pm I waited damn 3 hours until 11:30 , every call they saying they coming in 30 minutes, nobody came I wasted 3 hours and now I m outside any tire store closed now , *ucking company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! ZERO STAR RATING!! They steal your things, stole my cell phone 11 pro max, a black shiny Michael Kors jacket, and my credit card info then they claim you left the car unattended so maybe someone in the Jackie Robinson stop and rob my car on the side of the highway and then use your credit cards and purchase items for a tow truck! They never return phone calls. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I was recently in an accident. My car was towed and then repaired by Knights. What could ve been a stressful experience went rather smooth. Chris has a great team. The ladies that handle paperwork and billing were always patient and sweet. Thanks Ms Stacy and Ms Dorinda. So my husband has a tire blowout while on his way to work. He calls AAA and they call this sorry company to respond. (All he needs is someone to literally take the rim off) After almost 6 hours of waiting, calling back and forth being kept on hold, being hung up on, and being told 30 min they respond and say they have tow it for a whopping $136.10! For just a tire change? The biggest scam ever! It s sad that these companies are allowed to get away with this. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Every good scam comes to an end. The city needs to take your contract away. Shame on you Knights Towing! I wish they had a minus number, because that s what you deserve for customer service and your tow drivers.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! By far the worst service ever. My dad, son and I had a blown tire on the grand central highway. Waited for 3 hours for a tow truck from this company that is only a few exits away. No traffic and several calls and still waiting. My husband came on the same exit to meet us and still no truck. Finally we left after another driver suggested we drive off carefully because the authorize dealer is just taking advantage of us and would charge astronomical prices for their lack of consideration!! NYS needs to allow other companies the opportunity to tow off the Grand central to give these jerks some competition!!!
