I Just Bought my car in with an appointment. I have been buying Nissan's all My life we never got treated this disrespectfully, we bought a extended warranty on the car and I came in the battery is acting up they said that's wear and tear I have to pay for the replacement understandable, than the knob and radio CarPlay is not functioning properly and the gentlemen in the front Nelson keeps on telling me it's not covered without even looking at anything the warranty that I paid for the car covers yet, but want to write up a bill..!! This is really unacceptable and it's 11am he's talking about coming back from lunch and their going to go lunch and it will take all day basically telling me ahead of time without even checking what s covered under warranty.. SHOCKED...Will be contacting cooperate Wow DONOT service your vehicle here.!!! Been awaiting to speak to the supervisor named Stefon since a Hr and half.. Not Buying. A Nissan Again

If i would have to list perfection I would not have enough space in this common box. I have worked with countless repair shops for over 20 years of my life span your professionalism excellent. Always on time with everything from the time of scheduling down to when getting the vehicle back. I have done work from as little as oil changes to major work engine, body, brakes, tune ups, catalyst anything you can imagine perfection is the minimum at this Kings Nissan Service and Parts Center 2887 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Especially thanks to Atnan G. and crew. Extremely satisfied. Thank you for an amazing almost a decade of service.. Thank you!

I brought my car for Service at Kings Nissan. From the time I handed over the car till I got it back, I was kept informed, by text, of every step, everything happening to the car. My Service Advisor Atnan is Amazing. He is a very special person, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He CARES about his customers. I would definitely recommend Kings Nissan for Service

Scheduled an appointment to do engine diagnostic, lady over the phone told me $180+ tax when I brought my car on Monday 2 weeks ago the service guy wanted to charge me $360 + tax. (Just spent time)I went to a different Nissan service and they gave me fair price.

All the staff that I came in contact with were very professional and courteous Mr Atnan Gauze is one in a million he is always very pleasant experienced gentle soul. Car maintenance took just over an hour... yep that's all was needed to INCORRECTLY performe tire rotation and mess up software. For God s sake, how hard is it to do the job correctly?? It s not a rocket science and good luck scheduling another appt.

Terrible service. For 3 days I can't even schedule an appointment to fix minor problem. Operators transfer me to Body Shop and... nobody picks up the phone in this body shop. I left messages, but nobody called me back.

I came to fix my rim. They told me my tire needs to be replaced. They repaired and replaced the wrong side, charged over $750. My car is a new car. It didn t need a tire or rim fixed on that side. It took 2 days to do. I came back, they told me I need to wait another 2 days but will need to pay an additional $850 because the sensor is broken in the rim. They wanted to charge me over $1900 for one tire and rim fixing. I went to another place. They charged me $120 plus tax to replace my rim, told me my sensor, and tire were fine as well. I expected going to the dealership would lead to the best results. I was wrong. I felt taken advantage of.

Took good care of my car. Went in for a tire rotation, Oil Change and a Battery replacement advised by them. Definitely was a great experience and will go back for future business

It s a very low job quality. I had an accident and all front right side of my car was damaged. When I got my car back and drove for 5 min I realized that my steering wheel with a big angle when I drive straight forward. I don t understand how it s possible to return a car without doing the wheels alignment when the right wheel is involved in the accident. I returned a car to the shop and the wheels alignment was done. Also the bumper which was changed is not flush with car fender. It s off about 1/4 . And today I realized that my fog lights are always in on position so it means that you connected them back the wrong way. I had a surgery right after I got my car back and haven t driven it for month. My fault that I didn t do the detailed inspection of your job right after. I will not recommend your shop to anybody.

When I contacted your customer service representative regarding an additional service I required, I simply inquired about the coverage under warranty. To my surprise, the representative abruptly hung up on me without addressing my question or providing any assistance. I was genuinely interested in purchasing the service, even if it was not covered by warranty, but was met with rudeness instead.As a customer, I believe in fair treatment and respectful communication. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and establish a pleasant and helpful atmosphere for their clientele. Regrettably, my encounter with your representative fell far short of these expectations.

I will never ever go here again I'm disappointed and how these individuals work 1st I was told by gentlemen behind the counter to pull my car up then once I did that was told to move my car so unorganized and disrespectful I would also like to point out that 2nd I can't wait for my car too get done so I have too leave my car why in no other mechanic business you can wait and see your car get done so please don't come here and if your insurance tell you too come like they did me tell them no there business is not worth the headache..

I ve never really had a bad experience here. However, after my visit today and finding out that not much is covered under warranty, my views slightly changed. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of money I spent to have my car serviced here! Oh, and let s not forget the parts employee, whom identified himself as dennis, told me that I was wasting his time after I asked if he had a way to look up my vin number in their system! Even if I wanted to give five stars for their customer service, that employee knocked them down by far. I will not be returning here!

I brought my car in this service for repair after accident. After service was done I realized that paint was overspray on my seats, on steering wheel and rim that was damaged in accident. There is coffee spill on a seat, start button has paint fingerprint on it. They fixed my rim, painted it (since rim has factory dark gray color) and did not match the color, so at this time I have a rim that does not match the color with other 3 rims. Spoke with manager Vincent DiBenedetto on December 19th about it, he told me to bring car on December 23rd, took a paper with a list to do , and promised that by the end of December 23rd all their faults will be fixed. Came to Nissan service as told on December 23rd, Vincent wasn't there, somebody instead of him said that this is the first time he hear about us, offered us to live a car for a holiday weekend. Interesting, would they be ok to live the car for all Christmas holidays? I couldn t even imagine that official Nissan dealer can let the customer pick up dirty, untidy car and nobody care about fixing their faults. I thought that they have to keep calling me and ask me to come for cleaning up interior, not me. Also i had couple problem with bluetooth connection that I asked them to fix (warranty should cover it) and that was not fixed.cIf even manager of service department is not responsible for the repair quality and doesn't keep promise, I don't know what else to say about customer service. Will complain to Nissan headquarter because this is unacceptable.

I recently got into an car accident and brought my vehicle to Kings Nissan through the GEICO s certified repair shop app. I m so happy Mike was able to assist me. He is such a nice, friendly and personable guy. My car was complete a week before the ETA completion date. I called once in between to check on the status of my car and Mike made me feel at ease that my car would look brand spankin new and we even had a few laughs! Great customer service and they gave my car a wash. Thanks Mike and the team! Y all are the best.Service: Body & Trim

Changed my brakes from here last month and paid more than 900 dollar for changing my brakes and rotors and this is what it looks right now. Told them about it they told me to wash it with soap and water but I tried that before and really disappointed at their customer service. They don't even have proper warranty for any parts you purchased from here either. They are so called dealership with a fake parts. Be aleart!
