John and the rest of the service crew provided excellent service and kept me updated on the work. Only complaint is that they no longer provide complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, or snacks-only pay as you choose vending machine.

They made me waste my time twice and never resolved my issue. All they are good for is changing your plate covers for free advertisement and pretending like they re working. I will never waste my time with this location again!

I have about 18K miles on the car. This place told me to change all four tires, all the brakes and rotors, plus more things. I thought going to a dealer would make it more professional in the treatment of female customers but they see a woman and rip off (personal opinion).I had an appointment, and they made me wait 2.5 hours past my appointment time to get an inspection. They gave me incorrect pricing for the oil, and I had to ask them to honor the rate given over the phone. They advertise a free car wash, but they only vacuum the front and second-row rugs- not even the back and nothing gets washed. In addition, I asked them to fix something. They marked it fixed on the receipt, and I didn't check it until after I drove off. I had to return and ask them to fix it.This wasn't a good experience, and I do not recommend them.

They replaced my oil pan but...that's not why I made an appointment. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to replace my driver side mirror and motor for the passenger side window on the infiniti website. As soon as I was asked what am I here for?...I knew there were going to be problems. I made an appointment on there system telling them in detail exactly what I wanted and they didn't have the parts for either hob requested. Since I had taken a day off from work...I just had them replace the oil pan. I was there for a few hours (8:30am to 3:30pm literally) for a service I didn't even want.

This place is a FRAUD!! I needed to change my alternator. They kept my car the whole day just to over charge me the hourly labor fees. Very slick people. I paid and pretend to be nice. But I will never come back!!

I stopped by this dealership for a concern I had with the turbos of my infiniti vehicle.They took their time and even asked me drive the car with one of their mechanics.Ultimately they did not find any major issues and they did NOT try to sell me other repairs/services (unlike your typical mechanic shop).I drove my car off vacuumed and washed for free!

Matt, Meghan and the crew are very responsive, even when things get complicated, as it did with my part sourcing this round of repair. I fully appreciate how informed, patient and reasonable everyone was in helping me get my car fixed to maintain it for optimal performance and longevity. As I am not a "car person," this is most useful for me to make good decisions regarding my car care. I also appreciate their highly organized coordination and their willingness to pivot in order to accommodate their customers.

I was very comfortable and relaxed in their hands they help me fill out all the papers, and they gave me when the carwould be finished and it was very simple. I was also given a car to get home with and I came back the next day with the car and mine was already fixed everyone I met there was very congenial and greeted me with kindness. The best thing was that my car was fixed perfectly and I will definitely go back there again if I need to..

I don t know how others have given themGood reviews when I ve had two situations on different occasions that I took my Infiniti Qx60 for the same reason. The sunroof leaks inside the car when it rains and they really don t have any solutions to try and fix this issue. They claim other car manufacturers have the same issue. I have yet to confirm this. The 1st time I took car for the water coming inside the cabin they cleaned drains but the person working on car left greasy fingerprints all over. I realized it after I had left with the car. They did offer to clean it but I was just too upset to take it back. The 2nd time I took car was just recently and the service agent wanted to charge me to clean drains to sunroof leak at a cost of $128 which is absurd to say the least when my husband does it in 5 minutes. Then he gives me estimates of over$2,000 that my car needed replaced like filters that should be covered under the Basic Warranty. I hardly use the car and it has approx. 8500 miles (2019). When he sends a breakdown of cost for each item I declined all and then calls me to tell me that they had cleaned the drains and I had to pay $128, to which I said how could that be if I declined the service and claims because I signed an estimate before they had checked my car that I was responsible for it. I told him this was not right and I would pay but dispute it with credit card. When I went to pick up car I was not charged for it but the guy was so angry. I will never be going there for any service. Scammers trying to scamYou out of your money. If your car is almost nearing the end of basic warranty they ll say that everything is wrong with your car and want to charge you ridiculous prices. Please take my advice and avoid a confrontation or stressful experience at Kings Infiniti. Don t go there and Don t buy any of their cars with a sunroof because you ll have water inside your car.

Great people working here, nice pleasant waiting room, was able to do some work while waiting on my car, all services were done in a reasonable time too with free car wash and they covered my seat and steering wheel to prevent it from getting dirty

The Service Advisor Mr. Mat, is the absolute best. The repair crew and service provided was and is outstanding. 5 stars is not enough. Great process. I called about my battery and they gave me times they had available. I drove to the dealership but the service center is about 3 minutes away. I was attended to promptly and told my car would undergo a fully diagnostic. They listed 2 other issues that I could choose to have serviced or not. No pressure is a plus. I did the other work and got my car back the next day. I had the dirtiest car on the block when I dropped it off. My car looked and ran like new when I left. It s an 06 FX35. I highly recommend these guys.Service: Battery
