Shopping for a new lease was never this easy. Kings INFINITI once again came through for me. This being my 3rd lease from Kings I feel like family. The professionalism goes above and beyond to make my experience getting into a new SUV effortlessly. A major thank you to Roman once AGAIN. He goes above and beyond to get you into your vehicle smoothly. You really are great at what you do and your just a nice person so thank you. Highly recommend Kings INFINITI for your new car needs.

Went to do a turbo replacement,they ended up messing up my rack and pinion and now also my antifreeze is leaking/spraying out all ova my engine bay told them about all this the day I picked up my car,they made me come bac to tell me they not taking responsibility.gave me the number for consumer affairs n for some strange reason they still won't believe a word I'm saying like it's not my car and I kno what was wrong wit my car,the manager at the repair section of kings infinite talked to me crazy and was asking like he was there when they was fixing my car and I kno for a fact he wasn't there cause he's always running from dealer to dealer. They need to stick the oil change and replacing wiper blades

After finally getting my recalls completed after 3x cancelation day before appts due to back order. Took longer then expected. After getting my car back I noticed some damage to interior leather and 1 missing little cover piece to my shift cover!! Dealer basically ignored my concern so I reported this to infiniti corporate. Always something!! Here are pictures to show what is missing and damaged

What a great dealership. We decided on the exact car we wanted. They had 1 coming in shortly. Mike took the time to make sure we were informed on the ETA..The paperwork was clear and upfront. Could not have been more helpful and honest. In a screwed up world where some dealers are taking advantage of their customers, Kings Infiniti made me feel like family. Could not have asked for a better experience (and we LOVE our new QX50!!!)

Came to the service center to replace the battery and oil change.Scheduling the appointment over the phone was quick and easy.When I dropped off the vehicle for the service advisor explained the charges and told the time when I could pick up the vehicle. Received the call that the service is completed exactly at the time as promised. The vehicle was returned like new. And the price was very reasonable.It was my second time here (the first was a few years ago when the car was under warranty) and it was the same great service.

I had a major problem with my front end. (QX 60) I spoke with Mr. Mat and he is a man of integrity. I m so happy with his excellent customer service that I gave him a tip which I never do. I 100% recommend kings infinity for the customer service and the excellent work they provide. 5 STARS in my book.

Im not a big fan of dealing with car salesman but this place was exceptional. Buddy (one of the saleman) made things easy. I walked in, told them which car i was interested in, they gave me an excellent deal, next day i signed the contract and picked up the car. No need for bullsh*t, no haggling. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Nelson Morales was a huge help and got a tire replaced for me with a warranty I had. Also honored a synthetic oil change coupon I had. Recommended but didn't try to sell anything. Very happy

probably my 10th car from kings infiniti. i love how easy and painless the procedure is. Michael is a pleasure to deal with and i never feel pressured or intimidated. I have gotten a car or two NOT from kings, and that reminded me to just stick with the best. KINGS INFINITI IS THE BEST.
