Please be advised, this place cannot solve any real problem with your car. The staff seems to rely on outdated methods reminiscent of post-Soviet practices, resorting to criticism rather than providing proper solutions. Despite assuring me that my problem was easy to fix, their attempts only worsened the issue, leaving it unresolved. To compound matters, they still charged me for their unsuccessful efforts. Upon seeking a second opinion from another mechanic, it was discovered that a piece of metal had been left in the engine due to the previous mechanic's improper use of a drill bit during a part replacement. This unprofessionally and is simply unacceptable. The staff should have acted responsibly and informed me of any complications. Instead, they returned my car to me without any explanation or demonstration of the work performed. This experience left me feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent wasting your money, time, and emotions.

The most trustworthy mechanics in town. They are absolutely knowledgeable, reliable and affordable.Because they are a great shop they do tend to get busy. I recommended to reach out to them ahead of time to arrange for your vehicle to be dropped off.

I have no words, replaced at this repair shop rear brake pads and mechanic told me that I need to replace also disc rotor for price $210 I said ok do it.He started to remove old parts and I asked him to check the caliper guide pin and mechanic told me you don't need to teach me what to do, I am 30 years in business. I said ok and paid Alex after he done his job.Next day I start hearing some brake noise and came back, Alex said no worries all brakes make sound.Few months later I came to different auto repair shop to check my rear brake, because it's started to make different sound. Mechanic asked me how long you drive with this brake pads, I said only 2 months.He remove my wheel and said brake pads are gone, disc rotor also need to replace. I was surprised how come once 2 months.Mechanic told me, previous mechanic probably not professional or had no experience.Before replace rotor and pads you need to check caliper, and very important guide pin and make sure put lubricant.So long story short your mechanic didn't even check what I asked him and didn't put any lubricant under pads I was standing next him.I replace in different auto shop all parts for $350 and now car has no crazy brake sound.Not recommend your repair shop.

The owner, Alex, is one of the last honest men in Brooklyn. He runs his auto repair business with tremendous integrity. His pricing is fair. There is always a wait here, but for me, it us worth it.

Alex and his team are the best. They have been helping me for more than 15 years at different locations. The recent oil change, tire rotation, wipers replacement, inspection altogether costed me almost 50 percent of the quote I was offered at the dealer center.

I highly recommend this repair place, I always take my Mercedes benz here and always get it fixed at a decent cost, the guys here are the most honest mechanics I know. They always give me fair prices and they are very knowledgeable. I had a couple breakdowns and after they fixed it i never had same issue again. it took me years to find good people like them.

Very good mechanics. Ive been going for 30 years to these guys. I take my GMC, LEXUS,NISSAN, HONDA to this shop only. They are honest and treat you right. Highly recommend.

I was just there with my husband to repair our car. We stopped the car in front of the repair shop. The old man from inside suddenly raised his voice and said move the car. My husband approached him to say why we were there. He didn t even let him speak a word!! Just kept saying move the car in a very rude way!! I realized afterwards the owner is changed and the name of the shop now is AMS repair I think. I will suggest avoid the place!

Had called before hand to explain what I need done , he told me okay to bring in my car . Once I got there they told me they don't do that. So why would you tell me to bring my car in then ?! Then to top it off the way they talk to you , like they are automatically in the right and give you in attitude for the simplest questions. Never again.

Over priced!!!! They want 3000-4000$ only just for the labor for (replacement engine)2011 Honda Odyssey Odyssey.Don't go this place if you don't want be overcharged!!!

My dashboard lights were on. I left the car. I picked up the car later. "No money today, there is nothing wrong with your car" The owner reset the cars computer. That's all that was required.

Don t trust this shop! They charged me $600 to lift and replace a belt that costed 10$. Less than an hour of labor. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
