My Family has been using Junior s forOver a dozen years with only great results. It s a real Family company. We have even attended their annual Xmas Eve bash in the garage. They are great at dealing with Insurance companies and Our car is always finished on schedule.

I really appreciate my interactions with the team at Junior's. Everyone I met there is very friendly, kind, and straightforward and trustworthy. While competent, I will never go back to this place again. The first time I went, the service was fine sincey my husband was involved. Junior (the owner) was nearly hoping and skipping around for this mans business. The following year was very different when I went alone. My car failed inspection, & I was told to drive the car a certain way to reset the computer. I did, and the car failed a second time. That's when Junior yelled at me in front of other customers telling me that I wasn't listening, heard what his son said, but was doing what I wanted to do. He spoke to me like a five yr old. I felt embarrassed, and shocked. I tried doing what he said a second time, because I already paid for the service, and the car failed again. He became even more irrate than the first time, and tried to yell at me some more. I finally put him in his place, took my car, and vowed never to return.I simply will never pay someone to treat me like garbage. A good professional relationship is as important as any other, but he doesn't seem to know or care about that. This guy doesn't know the first thing in treating people with respect - not women anyway. Ladies, unless your partners will take your car in for you - stay away from this place.

I am always working to keep a 1977 Chevy G10 (big hippy-hauling van) on the road and kicking. Junior's is a huge part of that. I have mechanics in the family back in FL - and this is the kind of place they recommend. The team here is fantastic. Junior and one other gentleman are usually the only guys who answer the phone - always excellent customer service and courteous even when busy. They have always been there for me when I call with a quick question and they've been there for bigger projects as needed.I usually call and check when they've got time to take "Clementine" in - but they have always been accommodating in a pinch. Work with them and they'll work with you. This is the kind of business where a bit of mutual respect will take you a long way.Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone - from safety inspections to major engine work - these are the go-to dudes!Services: Transmission, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery

Came in here to get my car inspected. Was blown away by the customer experience! Not only did they do my inspection, they topped off my window fluid and oil (I didn t ask, they just were kind and proactive). I will definitely be recommending to friends. Top notch everything.

I don t typically review anything, but I think this place is more than worthy of a 5 star review.Sean communicated the issue with my Lexus rx350 very clearly, explaining the costs associated with it as well, to where a person like me that doesn t know too much about the workings of a vehicle could understand. This man was extremely respectful and honest about everything, and treated me like I was family. Gave me honest advice and even took time out of his busy day to answer all the questions I had about my current situation. I can t speak highly enough about Sean and about Juniors Auto Repair. The 1 hour drive to get there was 100% worth it. I found my go to place for any and all car related inquiries.Service: Exhaust

Like many people, I often dread going to the mechanic because of long wait times, a lack of transparency, and them always trying to upsell you. However, the folks at Junior's are kind, honest, and speedy. I had to get a tire changed out, and it was such a friendly experience. They got back to me when they said they would, presented me with all the options, and got the job done expediently. Will definitely be going back!Service: Tires

I was happy and pleased with services recently completed for my 2008 Honda Pilot. Sean, explained everything to me that my vehicle needed to run properly again and extensive work was needed, (transmission, radiator, water pump, timing belt, etc ). I am happy I made the decision to have the repairs done at this business. I am back on the road happily driving. In an unusual set of circumstances, my older Honda Civic had its catalytic converter sawed off with additional damage to the electrical system (specifically, the computer). Junior s had done some work on the car in the past for my son, who lives in Brooklyn, and drives it. I still own the car and live in Cincinnati. As a result, handling insurance claims, communication about repairs, everything had to be done over the phone since I was the official owner of the car. Sean facilitated the process and made the whole deal proceed flawlessly. This vehicle is hardly pristine. One might have to stretch the term to say it s in fair condition but it runs well. Sean treated me like we d dropped off a 7 Series BMW he couldn t have been more professional. Next time I m in Brooklyn visiting my son, I m going to try and drop in at his shop and introduce myself. 5 stars from me!Services: Electrical repair, Auto exhaust system repair

Junior s was really quick and professional. They were able to get my NYS car inspection done on the same without an appointment. They even put my new plates and stickers on. They really seem to go out of their way. Five stars!

Went there for a quick fix and was lied to and extremely overcharged. The owner is very greedy and doesn t care about your car.

As a women you can't just go anywhere to get your car fixed. Junior's auto repair is the best. They do such a great job fixing my car They also guarantee their work. I have been going to them for years. I am very satisfied. I travel from queens to brooklyn for the best car repair This is the best place for anyone to get their car fixed.

I've had an excellent experience with Junior's all around. I needed a whole new wiper system on my Pontiac Montana, and when the first replacement part I tried turned out to be problematic, they installed the higher-grade replacement I should have gone with in the first place and didn't charge for labor. Straight-up, down to earth, and good vibes. Would recommend.

This shop deserves all the praise it gets the customer service was outstanding and their knowledge on vehicles is second to none they know what they're doing I took my BMW here thinking to myself I won't get it back for weeks and I was definitely mistaken they fixed my car in no time at all and I was back on the road Happy with the work done!

Absolutely amazing place with equally amazing people. I'm from out of town and my cars engine light started flashing. Junior was able to take my car right away. He explained every, found an unrelated problem and fixed it without even tells me, or charging me, for it. Again. AMAZING place. Thanks Junior. It's so nice to know that there are still good, honest and reliable mechanics out there

Sean took care of my leased vehicle that was damaged. He promised to take care of my baby and make it brand new. Not only was he finished fixing it earlier than he promised but it was good as new. I didn't want to even give him back to Nissan. Their work is quality . They give you a break down of what needs to be fixed . Professional and confident. Sean is courteous and not to bad on the eyes . Ill be referring my friends.

I purchased a used car and was told Junior should evaluate the vehicle. Brought the car in and Junior named the issues with the car in under 4 hours. He said if the items listed aren t repaired by the dealership return the vehicle because it will cause issues. He was spot on. In less than 30 days my Land Rover LR4 had a check engine light and the suspension light. If I didn t listen to him I would be stuck with a lemon. He s truly a engine doctor.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I went there because another mechanic from another shop told me to get front end work done and when I came to Juniors shop he said my front end feels amazing and only charged me for minimal work. He could of cheated me but he was very honest. I just went back for a Freon added to my Air Conditioner.

I was referred to Junior's after months of being fleeced by my neighborhood Meineke, which misdiagnosed the problems with my Honda Civic. Their referral was the best thing they could've ever done because when I ended up stranded on the side of the road with an overheated car, I called Junior's and was towed in. It took a while to repair what was wrong but I didn't mind because I felt they knew what they were doing and Sean communicated with me during the process. I appreciate their honesty. When that same car started giving problems again a few months later, Junior ran a diagnostic and told me straight up: I could sink more money into that lemon or put it towards a new vehicle. He didn't pressure me to make unnecessary repairs and after dealing with a few crooked repair shops, that was a welcome change. So me and my new car will continue to go to Junior's because they do good work, don't give you the runaround and are straightforward. They also do a Woman's Car Clinic which I thought was a nice touch.

Called the shop to get my car electrical checked. The person who answered the phone told me they will check it and if they feel to fix it they would. What kind of business ethic is that. Then they want you to support black owned business. They have changed. Found a better place.
