Fantastic Service Department! Truly refreshing! Everything was quick and easy. Gary listened to my concerns and made sure everything was addressed. He checked in with me every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Also very personable... The cashier was so friendly, she even helped my mother get into the car while I was speaking to Gary. Steve runs an excellent department-- he was also great to work with! I even enjoyed the loaner. Service was quick and painless---wonderful customer service and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent customer service I brought jaguar F-type for maintenance. Service adviser Gary is well knowledgeable and made service visit seamless. Service manager Steve helped me out with the maintenance plan. Facility is new and location is very convenient.

Wanted to stop by and develop a relationship with dealership, being a resident of the Coney Island area. Both, the service guide Garrett Williams and the Service manger, Steve Alessandrini were very, very courteous and helpful. They assisted me with utmost compassion. Thank you Garrett and Steve

My experience with Garrett Williams was traumatic.My honest suggestion is for Jaguar Brooklyn to terminate him for his unethical behavior.Adam Sharkawy and Islam Nosirov were likewise extremely unprofessional.I do not recommend Jaguar Brooklyn.
