I'd contact this place to get emissions test a 1 hour service that they said it's gonna take all day. That's a waste of my time when all you need to do is a 1 hour test don't go to this location waste of time.

Nat and his team are good honest guys. They don t take advantage and their prices are acceptable for the convenience of living around the corner and owning a car in Brooklyn. I ve gotten a synthetic oil change there, an inspection there and I recently brought it in for a headlight change - on the headlight change they helped me figure out it wasn t the headlight, rather a component deep behind the light, an electrical issue. The part needed to fix this costs $1,100 but nobody had it for my make and model. So Nat called a friend on 3av who was able to do the work because it is more of an electrical job. Perfect example of their honesty to send me up the block, and the repair will only cost $350 instead of $1,100 because the affected component is being bypassed. The work includes changing both lights out, too. Did I mention they didn t charge me a dime for helping me figure out the root issue?

Trustworthy & reliable - they are our go to place anytime we need honest feedback on our car. We have been going here for the last 8 years. They don't overcharge, they don't sell you things you don't need, and their prices are good. Most of all they are trustworthy, and when it comes to car mechanics/service people, just knowing that goes a long way. I highly recommend them!

Nat is the best. Trustworthy and reliable mechanic, perfect local spot to take care of car inspections, but make sure to get there first thing in the morning for inspections as they do book up and it is first come.

I went here to get a photo inspection for my car done, as it was open on Saturday and they picked up my call on the first ring. I didn t have to wait, and the guy who did the inspection was super efficient. We were in and out in 10 mins or less. Thanks for making this painless!

Searched for a inspection location, chose this place because it was the closest to where I was. I pulled in and the guy inside was a total jerk. I asked about the inspection service, I didnt want to leave my car so I asked if that's the only option, he goes into a rent about how it work here and I didnt like it go somewhere else. Sure that is what I would do, but the nasty delivery was super unexpected and definitely left a bad imprint on me. Maybe it's what I looked like because the guy behind me had a different skin tone and he was quite pleasant and friendly to him.

In October I had my Jetta unexpectedly stop on the BQE and the amazing people at J&E took it in and fix it reasonably without over charging or saying a thousand things were wrong. They were great! If you want an honest option they are the place to go!

Needed both drive belts on my Subaru replaced.I bought the belts myself but labor alone cost me $125That s how much this job should cost total, including parts (According to google). I could understand $75 for labor but $125 is a lot, it s not that big of a job.Overpriced on the labor, but reliable and fast work.

Made appointment at 1pm. Visit at 1pm. A staff told me they cannot do it because the guy is not here, and told me come at 6pm. The way he s telling me this is like this is something very normal. Don t risk to waste your time here, they re not taking the business seriously

I called for a photo inspection and was told to come in right away. Went in for a photo inspection and it was done professionally and quickly. I highly recommend
