It is the best auto repair shop in the world! If you want honest quality work come here. Katya and Igor treat their customers as people and not the wallet. I have brought my car to them for at least 10 years. When I had a very old car and was short on money Igor was always honest with me what repairs were urgent and which could wait. They have helped me with all sort of mechanical and non-mechanical car problems. If they could not solve an issue they referred me to shops that could. I feel that I can always call them for an advice. They know whats right and whats wrong. They also have normal prices, not overblown out of proportions. Sometimes the shop is busy and there is a wait time but their quality of work, integrity, and talking to Katya is always worth it! If you want honesty and high quality repair come to Igor & Katya.

Very honest people and quick service.I was very impressed with this shop. They took care of a leaking radiator and replaced it in less than 3 hours from the time I dropped off the car. Katerina was super nice, and handled everything very professionally. Definitely coming back to this place

Katerina was very rude and prejudice when I spoke to her.I think she is a nationalist. She must hates Asians. I don t know what s her issue.But I will never come back there again.

Very kind, good people who also do good work!I was in from out of town when my battery light came on and I lost power steering. They immediately took me in in order to at least get a diagnosis.They determined that nothing was seized and that I only needed the accessory belt replaced. So, they got to work with no wait.In less than an hour, I was back on the road!Thank you for the snacks & hot tea, too : )

Very happy with this shop, highly recommended! Had an issue with my AC not working in my Audi rs5, mechanic Igor diagnosed the issue and being he s an honest mechanic it was a simple wire fix that was cut rather than actually broken. I went to an audi service center and they quoted me newly 3k to fix things that weren t actually broken such as my AC compressor.Thank you very happy with the honest service at this shop!

This guy misdiagnosed my car completely screwed it up and did not want to take responsibility. He also does not want to do work that he feels is going to be too complicated. Will never return.

My go to Auto repair center! I ve been coming here for oil changes and inspections since I got my first car back in 2015 (I ve only leased)! Very diligent, quick and friendly. I was recommended to go to this shop and all I can say are positive things. The staff and Igor were very polite and understanding of my knowledge lack about cars. They kindly explained everything to me in a manner so that I can understand it. They repaired my check engine issue and explained the problem with my air conditioner. Also, I would say that they have good prices compared to the market. Thank you.Definitely use them!

The most honest and trustworthy small local repair shop i know.I own different cars for more than 10 years and do service / maintenance pretty often. I have visited Igor auto center for more that 20 times already for variety services. The very first visit was approximately back in 2017One of the biggest job with Igor was changing a clutch at my Wrangler. After job is done, the same problem came back. Igor gladly redo the job again for no extra cost. This repair already last for more than 60K miles.Im consistently recommending Igor to my Brooklyn based friends as high quality and affordable repair shop.Thank you, Igor.

Great place, always busy! Knowledgeable staff, they do everything quick. No bs, fare prices. I go for service only here. I prefer this place over any other car dealership service center, because if you go to your dealership service center they will charge you for many things that you don't even need and you have to leave your car there for few days which is insane even if you want just check up. Sometimes they don't even do anything just hold your car for 2 days. Here in Igor's auto service you'll get what you need to be done. Period. And you don't even need to make an appointment for service like any other dealership. First come first serve! Highly recommend this place. Katherine was very helpful and quick, she's the most flexible member of the team. She takes care every customer equally.

Awesome...... great price, great service. THEY WONT RIP YOU OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST MECHANICS!!! I know.....unheard of, right? I work on my own car so I know prices. I sometimes need things pressed or bent. I always come here. Everywhere I used to go charged me double what this place charges and like I said great service.

I highly recommend Igor and his shop.Very reasonable, respectful, work is complete very fast.I have an 99 passat and sometimes things do not run smooth, such as starter, battery, lights and as an older car other things that need replacement. The guys put the car back in working order in no time.Excellent experience overall

Finally I found a mechanic that I can trust! Igor and Katia are great and honest people. They educated me about my car and told me what should be fixed and on what I shouldn't waste money. They ordered the missing part immediately and fixed my car very fast. From now on I will only take my car to them

I ve been coming here for over 10 years now - beast mechanics in Sheepshead Bay. They are just honest people and know what they re doing. May be because the owner is always there and he is actually working there himself every day.Pro-tip: if you want to get you stuff done quickly, then come during off-peak hours, as normally they are very busy.

Been working with Igor Auto Center for a few years now. Had my Dinan BMW X5 serviced multiple times. They have very precise diagnostic tools and professional service for tuned European autos. Most shops wouldn t even touch my car unless it s an oil change. Also they have way much better prices than dealer and give you better quality service. Never had to go back for the same problem.

Excellent, helpful service. They try to get you through quickly. They are frank about what work you need. Numbers of times I Dane I m and they said the car was OK. No need to repair. They se honest and do good work.

If your looking for a great honest mechanic you've got the right spot. Ive been going to Igor's shop for 12 years now. He is always honest with his work and the quality is unmatched. Katarina is always wonderful to talk to. Shes very knowledgeable and great help there to help esspecially if you feel there is a language barrier with the mechanic's. They always offers a price upfront before you leave your car and will call and ask your approval if anything extra is found and its additional cost. They also do vast array of work. I have had nearly everything done here you can imagine from the basics of inspection, oil changes, and tune ups to preformance aftermarket exhuats and bolt ons. Ive recommended all my friends and family to him and they all rave about this shop and continue to go here.A good mechanic is hard to find but a honest one is even harder look no further you wont be disappointed.
