Fixed a bunch notorious problems on my Rav4 2012. Fair pricing. Good quality work. No run around. I see many expensive cars getting fixed there, so there's trust from the owners. Gets busy during the day so try to be there early. Best to call ahead to see if they have the spots. The owners name is Roma.

Good service reasonable price. I use only this auto center. Highly recommend if your need change oil or make NY inspection. Good for you if you make an appointment. Owner Roma can solve your problems.

I have company Ford Transit- was surprised they accept Lease Plan. Replaced brakes, oil, tires less in 2 hours. Wow and 5+. Thank you Roman!

I came to them for an inspection. They asked me to wait 20-30 minutes. I waited. After which they told me to go to another place. Terrible attitude towards the client.

My car s battery was died and it only half block away, I want to change battery. They told me to drive the car over. What the F? Useless offer no help.

Excellent shop! I called this morning with dead van, and at 2 pm I've got a call back that car is fully fixed and ready to pick up! I will definitely come back. I highly recommend, reasonable pricing and fast repairs, they sure know what they're doing!

I know Roman since 2004 and even after moving outside of NYC I still come to his repair shop for major services (other than oil change).Their pricing is very competitive and I am satisfied with the quality of work done.If you like, they let you bring your own parts and you only pay for labor.Not every repair shop agrees to do that because most shops want to make money on parts as well.I don't know why I'm seeing bad reviews here, those reviews must be from either dumb people or from competitors.

I wish they have word, I just got back from there and disappointed. They said they could take my car for inspection but I had to wait for 1 hour, instead I waited for more than 2 hours and nothing . I went to ask if they had still time because the time hours of the shop and no one in the front. I had to leave with no answer from anyone.

It's great when you one walks into a shop and the mechanic knows the problem of your car. Roman is great down to earth guy with extreme knowledge in this auto repair business. His guys are good too.

Did ask them to change timing chain set on my Suzuki XL7.They installed new set in wrong way and as a result my car broken within 300 miles.Disservice cost me $1100 labor and $500 timing chain set. Be aware that they provide no checks and no any warranty so would not recommend them for any kind of impairment.

My husband replaced front tires on his car and went to ICE to get wheel alignment. At first it felt like it was ok, but after a few days it became noticeable that something is wrong. Every day it was getting worse, until it became impossible to drive the car. It only took 2 months for the tires to wear down completely. Today we replaced front tires again, at a different shop obviously, their first question was if we have ever done wheel alignment on this car as the tires were pointing towards each other. I hate to give bad reviews, but by doing such horrible job they're putting people's lives in danger.

Great mechanics, for all your car problem needs come to this spot im sure you will be take care of prooerly and given a good service, i was recommended here by some bodyshop and i am very grateful to come here because these guys did the job right. Sidnt charge me an arm and a leg. I went to another place to have my breaks checked was told i need to have rotors and pads replaced and it would have been $950, came here and the owner sid a quck check of the pads did somethjng there and said you have half a life left on them no need to change anything paid $80))) and my breaks are perfect. Really appreciate when people dont try to rip you off and do right by their customers. Definitely reccomend anyone needing anything done to their car!!!

STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE! Used to think this place was great until I came to them for brake pads and rotor change, they over tightened the bolts that held the brake caliper together to that point that it was impossible to loosen by hand (probably to make me come back to them) and did not use any required brake pad and bolts lubrication. When it came time for a brake pad change I couldn't get the required bolts loose, it got to the point that the bolts were stripping. Finally I got a 6 point socket and a large breaker bar and thought I manage to get one of the bolts loose when in actuality the bolt broke with the broken part still inside the brake caliper bracket without any way of getting it out, the whole thing ended up becoming an entire brake caliper change and costing more all because they over tighten the bolts and didn't use the required lubrication
