This review is for HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I had a terrible experience when I purchased my car here. I was forced to write a positive review for the sales team.However, this review is for Ken Lee, service manager, who goes out of his way to get your car serviced as fast and throughly as possible. Ken made my experience at Honda, reassured and will come back as long as he is there... Please hire more people like him. And thank you for all the service people who work real hard.

If you need a great deal and EXCELLENT customer service - come and see Steven Shumel. He goes above and beyond to make everything a smooth and effortless experience. He goes over all the bells and whistles of your car and makes sure everything is working perfectly before you drive away. I have been using him for many years and highly recommend him. You won t be disappointed

Deshon was very nice and was able to get all of my questions answered but over 3 hrs for an inspection, oil change, and recall fix is quite long. Granted, it's a Saturday and they were pretty busy, so I guess that may have attributed to it.Edit: Deshon was apologetic the wait was so long. Apparently, there was a system issue on their end, which caused the delay. Hoping it won't happen again for future visits!

I walked into Plaza Honda extremely suspicious and distrustful of auto dealerships, having had bad experiences in the past. Zohaib Raja, Sales & Leasing Consultant, restored my faith that I could have a positive experience. Zohaib was kind, considerate, patient, and very respectful. He wasn t pushy or phony like most salespeople. He took the time to make sure I absolutely did not walk out of the door unhappy. The sales managers worked to make sure we got the deal we wanted and, ultimately, the Finance manager, Kevin Klein, finalized the deal as quickly and painlessly as possible.

This is my second time coming into Honda Plaza auto Mall, and it's always great. I always leave with what I came for. The salesman Steve has helped me both times and does great service. Highly recommended.

The advisor I had was Chris. Your advisor is the person that suppose to translate everything wrong with the car to the insurance company , with every intention to get the claim approved and Honda gets paid. This wasn t the case. After speaking with Chris and then the insurance company, the advisor I directly had my claim denied because his words and terminology of our conversation was reported to the adjuster , my issue with my vehicle was PRE-EXISTING (Endurance Warrenty) therefore I would have to pay for the diagnostic test 200.00 plus regardless, out of pocket despite not having any work done. INSANE. Car left with same issues I went in for. Are you for the customers or against the customers??? Disappointed.. BTW I have a Honda CRV .

I came to Honda today for a simple emissions inspection. Usually when I come in the service reps try to sell me the kitchen sink. Today, my service rep was Deshon Willis. He listened first, then advised me of available services. Best service rep I ve had since Susan Jogie (yes..I m a long time customer-looked her up). Don t let this young man get away.

Today, was an interesting day. I walked into Honda with a friend and walked out with a car. I want to thank Zahaib Raja. He approached with such kindness, understanding and he was very patient with us. Mr. Raja listened to our co ncern about what we were looking for in a vehicle. Went in to Honda today to take a look at the 2024 CRV. My sales person Craig Jefferson was very helpful and attentive to all of my needs. He was very upfront and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

This service is trash. They literally told me I need a whole new engine when I didn t. Wasted my time and money. They literally charged me money for no reason and give a whole list of things that needs to be done when literally nothing needs to be done.

Update July 2019: I made a terrible mistake of taking my car in for service. This time they resurfaced the rotors and replaced brake pads for rear. Drove the car around locally, everything was fine. Two days later while on I-95 I start hearing a loose metal clanking sound from the right rear tire. Made emergency stop to assess the tire. Three times I had service done here, and all three they screwed up. I have made a vow never to go here again or purchase a car from Plaza Automall. They are putting profits over quality and safety.Got oil change done at this service center. They didn t bolt the metal engine oil shield properly. With a newborn in the car and on the highway, it comes off, crumbles, and starts scraping the road. Took to the service center and the advisor claims I must of hit something. I am not that stupid to hit a 6-8 inch object in the road. The screws just dropped out. The shield had no tears. It s just crumbled up. I lost complete trust this service center. For that reason I just did a thorough inspection of the car. Found the front left fender not properly installed and wrapping the door. The liner behind detached completely. This resulted from two AC services I had done at this place. All this on a brand new car less than 6 months old.

EDIT: This is for the Honda Dealership and not the Honda Services department @ Plaza Auto Mall.Willie Eric Roseboro assisted me throughout my process. Although, initially they didn t have the exact color/year I wanted, I still got the same color in a different year. It s like I was handpicked as soon as I walked through the door, I didn t even need to come all the way in. Overall, I would come back because this was my last attempt. I would recommend. However, if you need to visit Honda Service @ any point during your visit, request Michael Mollison !! Tell him this review sent you! He s knowledgeable, calm, very straight forward, and down to earth! He s very trustworthy and always stick to what he says !

I m so happy with my experience here at Plaza Honda. Rafael helped me with purchasing a new vehicle. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.Dwayne the finance manager provided me with a great deal . He got me out of a horrible leasing deal and now I own my new vehicle! Both men were a Godsend . I recommend if you want a fair deal and don t want to be scammed just to make commission.
