David at Hi-Tek Collision was amazing to work with. His knowledge made me feel comfortable and confident in the work to be done.He has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He s very attentive and quick responding. David and his team kept me up to date throughout the process of the repairs with the insurance company as well as getting a free upgrade on my rental. My car came out perfect. Thank you so much David.

Great job! Car looks new! After going to 3-4 different collision centers i decided to stick with Hi-Tek. David gave the best price and reviews for the place were good.My car had damage to front bumper unfortunately no before picture, rear driver side door and panel. Also few dents here and there. David and his team did amazing job i didn t recognize my car when i picked it up. It looked like it just came from the shop. Nice and shiny. They cleaned it inside out and looks like there was never any damage. Definitely recommend this place. Friendly team of professionals.

EXCELLENT SERVICE !! A close friend has recommended me here and I m glad I got put on to the right place. Definitely see a fantastic change on my bumper and the staff were very friendly. They truly care about their customers and even added complementaries at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop #1. Love the amazing job they did.

We had very good experience with this shop. Fast and honest estimate. All work was done professionally and on time. Very satisfied with the final result.Car was returned in a brand new condition. Complimentary air fresher and license plates frames are the nice touch. It feels that David , the owner, genuinely cares about his clients' satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this shop to our friends and family.

My car came out fantastic!! Hi-Tek collision did an amazing job replacing my fender, bumper, etc. The work was completed in a few days and they even helped me with a rental while my car was being fixed. I picked up an immaculately clean car with all the bells and whistles even a new air freshener and accessories. A very happy customer, photos of before and after attached.Thank you so much!!

After the traumatic experience of being in my first accident, I had my car towed here by a referral from a friend. David and his assistant Alyssa were courteous, professional and responsive. They kept me up to date throughout the process of the repairs with the insurance company. My car is perfect, once again. Thank you guys for your patience , compassion and making a stressful time more manageable. Customers are in great hands at Hi-Tek Collision.

I would love to highly recommend Hi-Tek collision, Michael, David and the whole crew. They are true definition of putting your money where your mouth is .I was away for several days and was promised the car completed on my arrival. Not only it was done on time, it was also hand delivered to me.The shop did an amazing job fixing the initial damage sustained, and they also took care of all dents and scratches, the car looks brand new now.Really happy with their work and also positive and straigtforward attitude. When I came to the shop, I was greeted with honesty and class. I did not expect my car to be fixed in less than a week with such good quality, since other shops will hold your car hostage for a very long time. They held true to their word and updated me throughout the process. My car looks brand new. These people work magic. Excellent customer service and quality paintless dent repair- the team was able to fix a dent on the rear quarter panel for a fair price. They fit me in on the same day without any wait and returned the car in perfect condition, highly recommend!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this repair shop. My vehicle sustained the front damage and Michael (the owner) and his team of mechanics has done outstanding job fixing my car above and beyond. They even removed dents and other scratches free of change. The vehicle was returned to me in a better condition than it was before, my car was spotless clean and repairs were done to perfection. The process was pleasant and straightforward from A to Z. I can't recommend enough these people. They are honest and hard working people. I'll only bring my vehicle here for any work, there is no other place like this! Thanks again

Can I just say how awesome this place is? Hi-Tek Collision, Inc. is the best. They did a fantastic job repairing and painting my vehicle. I would not hesitate to go back there again if I ever needed any more vehicle body work done. The staff (Michael, Eugene, David and Inna) are very friendly and hospitable. They work with insurance and support you every step of the way until the service is completed. I got the best treatment while they were getting the job done. Overall, I had a great experience with Hi-Tek Collision, Inc. and would recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs for their vehicle. Their customer service was top notch and I am very impressed with their work. My car looks as good as new if not better! Thank you!

One of a kind repair shop in Sheepshead bay neighborhood of Brooklyn. They re not going to trick you - they order original parts only and can be trusted with confidence. Brought my jeep it to get new bumpers added, fender liners, and a few other cosmetic upgrades for my wrangler. They did an excellent job and finished much faster than I expected. I saw them stay late to finish the job knowing I need my jeep for work. David was very friendly, professional and kept his promises. Glad I found a new reliable trustworthy spot for body work, paint, etc. highly recommend

Great experience at hitek collision, and can t thank them enough for my car. Got into an accident and brought my car in and it was ready within weeks.
