Changed the oil and got complementary car wash! In addition to that got my rims damaged for free too. No complaints for the oil change crew even tho its not cheap but they provide a good service.

After this car wash, a lot of surprises appeared on the new car. I didn't pay attention to it there on the spot. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Your new car will become old after such a service

This is a good car wash, any time you run your car through an automated wash you run a minimal risk for minor scratches, but I ve never had that problem here. Their VIP services are very good and they take the time to do everything inside & out, and they move pretty quickly.

As a loyal client for the past five years, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided, tipped generously and have referred many friends to the Car Wash.During my visit, I encountered an employee named Mike (if I recall correctly). I had simply requested a cloth to address the remaining wet areas on my car, and instead of addressing my concern in a respectful manner, he chose to ignore me initially. When I politely asked again, he responded by yelling at me using f k words.I will no longer be utilizing the services of High Tech Car Wash and I will be sharing my experience with all those who I have previously referred to that place.

Oil change service employees are not professionals. Rude, spoiled. arrogant and ignorant. They cannot give the necessary answers to the questions asked. He/she does not have sufficient information about oil types and oil numbers. They scold the customer. They have a cocky style. Definitely should not go. waste of time.

Owner is terribly rude!! On my first trip to this car wash, I encountered the owner who turned out to be vain and impolite. I was waiting in line to get my car washed as every other client and he drove over in front of me. When I confronted him, he started rambling about how he is the owner and showing his badge and he even had the nerve to show off his car in my face! He didn t even care that I had kids with me and that I was in a hurry. I don t understand what he s so proud of but he definitely shouldn t be of his attitude

The worst car was ever. I paid $26 for a car wash with an interior vacuum. Not inside or outside was cleaned properly. And the owner came by who looked like a skin chicken and pretended like he did understand and said we are closing in 10 min. Don't waste your money

Best VIP wash I have ever used the price is right and they actually take there time and clean everything as they should yeah sometimes they miss a spot but overall the do an amazing job been going here a while and have not yet been dissapointed. Thank you

Don't waste your money here. Better off pay few extra dollars and get a really good car wash. I paid 26bucks for a car wash and they did a terrible job. I need to wash it again right away.

I would NOT recommend this place!! Took my new car for a car wash and noticed immediately that when it came out from being washed the paint got scratched and scuffed! I right away told the worker who tried to brush it off but it didn t work. The manager came who was very rude and right away defended himself even though his face read guilty Extremely disappointed, will not be going back!

I paid $27 for car wash and they did not clean my vehicle from back and asking $20 extra to only wipe the truck this is so strange

Paid for a premium wash and they didnt even clean the bird poop off my windshield seats had stains that weren t there before and there was still dust on my dash

The car came out dirty, the fat guy didn't even clean the dashboard and doors, so lazy. And when I made a complaint he said he didn't see it. Really? Fat need to wear glasses then. So unprofessional. My first and last time.

I am updated my review. 3/11/19Visited this place 3-4 already and I can tell the quality of cleaning the car got much better. The car wash machines has new cleaning brushes and for each car there is one person who personally cleans your car. Thank you for that.

If you willing to redo everything after them than this is probably the place you may go, they always leave the car wet. Lately I have been asking them not to clean inside , since they use towels used to dry up outer part for inside. Windows are becoming even dirtier and spotty after them. Brushes are leaving some scratches, but today they scratched out my bumper feasibly. I asked the manager to polish it somehow and he started shouting. I should have call cops but was in a rush. The worst service.P.S. the pictures are taken after they dried it over again. So, you can see their maximum effort.

Was a loyal customer last couple years, now the service is garbage, rude customer service, seems like they are working there for free, nobody trying to do their job properly, also guys outside who is cleaning your car doesn t know anything about cleaning, spent 28/30$ for car wash not worth it.

Good clean--a bit of a long-ish wait, but a decent deal. Brushless wash. However, attendants aren't very customer-service oriented.$13 for regular exterior wash. There is also a "night rate", $11 for a regular exterior (after 8pm).It's worth it if you can come at night.

WORST CAR WASH EVER, people at the register are rude, guys are too lazy to clean-wipe inside the car and the didn't even dry the car good, also seem like some new spots and scratches on my car. NEVER GO BACK THIS CAR WASH AGAIN...

Very good car wash in Brooklyn. Friendly and helpful staff. They make sure it is dry and shiny before you leave. Sometimes it gets so busy because they take time to make sure it is dry and clean. It pays for the price.

Horrible attitude towards people s vehicles, throwing the car mats unto floor where dirty water is, leaving stains inside the car on the seats and dash board, not wiping the seats down properly where there is dirt, ect. It s a cheaper price for a wash running you about $25 but not worth it if you care about your vehicle and want it to be in good condition:(

First and foremost, the workers at this car wash were utterly incompetent. It's as if they never learned how to properly clean a car. Not only did they fail to finish the job, but they also had the audacity to catch an attitude when I pointed out the glaringly obvious missed spots. Their lack of attention to detail was simply astounding. I wonder if they even understand the concept of cleanliness.But the icing on the cake was when I dared to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of apologizing or attempting to rectify the situation, these workers had the nerve to blame me for not choosing their most expensive package. How dare they insinuate that their poor performance was my fault! It's clear that their business model revolves around extorting customers into buying the priciest option, rather than providing a decent service.

Generally speaking, they are ok.Pretty quick oil change, decent car wash in and out.What disappointed me, is the ripoff prices for a cabin filter. I was charged $40 for something that is readily available from $6-10 anywhere. Don't be that greedy!!!
