Low quality tires, they don t have many options for tire selections. Ended up returning my tires and got charged for labor only. I m glad I returned the over priced low quality tires. Terrible service and not knowledgeable. Wont be back.

Very unpleasant experience. Been coming to this place long time. Bought tires 2 and 2 few weeks later. The managed to brake 1 bolt on one tire and screwed up the treat on 3 bolts on other tire. Didn't do the tire balance at all. And the managed to brake my tire sensor as wrll. Asked for owner imfo refused and I left my number for owner to call me back... never got a call. No any refund... their job costed me extra $300++ and broke my rim plastic cover

They change my front left tire, they scratch and bent my 20 inch rims(cost 900$), I don t recommend this place!

Hermanos Tire Shop was professional, courteous and provide me with timely and good service.First, 4 service station, a dealership and my Liberty Mutual Insurance refused to help me when I blew out two of my tire on Ocean Parkway and Shore parkway in Brooklyn. Hermanos Tire Shop answered my call without any delay or automated system, he was professional, courteous, understanding and empathetic to my issue. He was very good at locating me and my stalled car on the parkway, he arrived within 7 minutes, 3 minutes better then he mentioned, he had quickly located the tire in stock and got me back on the road within half an hour which is about 15 minutes better then he mentioned. Oh, his pricing was fair and reasonable.

No complaints, good value for money. They know their job. This is typical flat - fix . They do prefer cash but if you insist to pay debit or credit it will be accepted.

They used to be good, used this place for four years whenever. Called yesterday to get a price on a used tire, they start jerking me around come we'll talk price after you see it. WOW really, I don't go unless you upfront with the price, and I don't do business when the price changes depending who drives up in what! I own a business and every one pays the same. You guys are dead to me, tons of tire shops in BK. This homey don't play that.

I have spent tons of money with this tire shop. Almost every car I've had. I refer people to this tire shop as well. Unfortunately I have low profile tires on one of my vehicles. It's to the point that these people act like I work for them! Asking for change and they give me back what they want. They didn't even find anything wrong with my tire today! I go to this place because it's convenient but I rather drive the distance because their service is trash

Went here to patch my tire (costs $20). The next day the same tire started losing air. 2 days later I went back and they told me there is a new hole in the same tire that needs to be patched. Had to pay another $20 for a second patch 3 days after the first. seems suspicious.Both times the tire was fixed quickly and all workers were properly wearing their masks.

Guys who work there are very effective, prices for tire repairs are cheap but if you need them to install new tires - they charge like anyone else $20 per tire, including balancing. They also have not a bad choice of used tires with reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them since I have used them about 4-5 times with my old and new car, I know I complain about $20 for new tire installation service - but that's how much other tire shops charge but I expected them somehow to charge less because repairs was so cheap ~$8-$10.

We got a flat tire as we were driving somewhere. Luckily, someone referred us to this spot and they did an excellent job. They were affordable, and quick with their services. We got two tires replaced with used tires. It was $97.

These guys are quick and professional. I like this place. I hate flat tire issue. Prices are convenient. They accept only cash.

I took my new tire to be installed, one tire, this guy tried to charge me 75-80 dollars . I told him I paid two weeks ago 20 dollars to have a flat fix, how do you charge more money to install a brand new tire than to fix a flat, ultimately it less work because you don t have search for the cause of the flat.I WILL NEVER COME BACK Hemanos!

Bought a used tire from Hermanos just last week. The guy said he's giving me a "good deal" I found out that the tire was put on inside out, and the tire already bubbled and busted on the side wall. Screwed me of $70. Beware of this place.

Do not come here. This place is a scam. It's under new management call Marks tire shop. I replace a flat tire here and the next day the tire was flat. I went back and the manager Mark said " no guarantee on tires refund." Then accuse me saying that I hit a pothole when the hole was on the side off it. He told me to talk to the staff that gave it to me when he's the owner. Worst service ever and expensive !!!!!!Do not come here unless you are trying to get ripped off. Stay away from these mechanics with no honor system and crooks !!!!

I asked them to inspect my tires. They told me they were fine. 2 weeks later my tire pops because they needed to be changed out. This tire shop does not know what they are doing or LOOKING at. STAY AWAY.

Unprofessional, very rude manager they balanced one tire and said the other one was bad, but manager and worker told me different tires when they put it back on, when I came back with a replacement tire I asked them to double check which was the unbalanced one manager Felipe refused and was very rude, went to tire shop on McDonald he simply checked which was balanced and I would ve thrown out the wrong tire if I stayed at the original spot

Fast and reliable service. I went in for a tire patch, they found the nail and patched my tire. Owner and employees are friendly. I paid extra by accident and they gave me back my money.

They needed to tighten the bolts on all wheels, but the chubby guy doesn't want to do it even if he was getting paid $60 for swapping the wheels. Since he is not doing it for free, he must make sure that all the bolts are tightened well. God forbid something happens on the highway because of a lose bolt, your lazy ass will be dragged from court to court, better do your job than being lazy.

I went to their shop because my cars tires were no good, I wanted to buy new tires. I parked my car and went inside the store to call the guy to see my size. When I came out in less than 20 seconds, police was writing me a ticket for double parking even my car head lights were on and engine was running.I asked this guy to give a recipet that I can show a traffic judge that I was within store area or I was double park cuz I need to business with this particular shop. This guy refused to write a recipet. I'm not going to do business with them again. Very mean rude Mexicans.By the way I bought four tires from Sears Auto Center, price was much better for Michelin premier AS 205 60R16 92V, paid $632. Balancing and tire installation outside.
