My Vehicle was towed by a company via the Sea Gate Association, which in and of itself is yet another issue..When I went to retrieve my car, for $225 dollars no less, I noticed that they do not have their Department of Consumer Affairs License posted on their Trucks, their office,nor their receipts...That was an automatic Red Flag for me because I worked in that division at Consumer Affairs, and know the rules and regs like the back of my hand, as I was the one EVERY Company had to get their licenses and Medallions from, and the drivers as well...With that said, I also noticed that they had a NJ plate on the one truck that was at the location..Another Red Flag, ANY Tow Company that Tows in or out of NYC must have a Dept of Consumer Affairs License...They are also listed as Clutch Towing inc..My new project will be doing a very indepth research on this company, and I expect to find many violations due to lack of proper licensing...As for the Sea Gate Association, they will be next up for investigation doing business with an unlicensed Tow Company, and to find out how they can legally have a visitors car towed for lack of a Sea Gate "parking permit!

I was robbed by this company and am taking them to court. Do not trust this company at all they will take your money and not provide service!!! Good luck and be safe

Headquarters Auto Body Inc ,I can't believe what a great job they did on my BMW , Victor fixed my car just like it came out of the dealership he also saved me so much money compared to other Collision shops in the area that was a lot more expensive thank you again for making my life so much better in handling my insurance claim !
