This shop and MrAhmed are friendly good people. They are very honest and perform quality service. I went to another shop to have my brakes, rotors and calipers changed with me providing all the parts and they wanted to charge me $900.00!!!! Ahmed only charged me $ 450.00. Beautiful!! I recommend this shop on 8759 18th Ave. In Brooklyn.

honest and friendly staff, great reasonable prices. i have been to a few auto shops all over and this is one of the best that i ve been to. i will most definitely be back and recommend this auto shop as well as the mechanics working there! thanks guys

One I went there for inspection, he said I you can't pass because of tinted windows but if you pay me 140$ I will do it for you , I swear of God , which sounds very ripoff

If I could take back my time I definitely would. I would not even recommend this place for my nemesis. What should have been a quick simple oil change resulted in wasting a whole hour and leaking coolant because they broke one of my hose clips. The common courtesy any mechanic would do is to replace the part they broke. How did they break it one might ask, my car was not leaking coolant when they lifted my car, not a single drop, so how could there be a pool of coolant on the ground if nothing was broken.I was patient through it all and they had the nerve to blame the issue on my car that it was leaking when I brought it in. If you break something, fix it, I have nothing against you. But for you not to own up to your mistake and disguising it as my fault is disgusting.They they tried to fix it with a zip tie and told me it's been "fixed" after repeatedly communicating that I do not want a zip tie but rather the original piece. I thought that was the end of it but nooooo they wanted to charge me ($10) for the piece they broke on top of the oil change. That's when I lost it, it's not about the cost anymore, it was about the principle.Shady place and dishonest, they know who I am, but don't worry I'm never coming back to this place.

Let me start with the fact that they are good mechanics, Ahmed is a nice guy and friendly, but the other guy , M, comes off as rude. No smile, no customer service, haggling every time!! I ve been there many times, and thought I d make them my mechanics because they re close, but not anymore. I also don t have time to haggle every time, and feel like I ve been ripped off, just give a fair price, at least for recurring customers if u want them to stick with you. I left and went to another place on 65th and 8th, the mobile gas station, and I m gonna stick with that shop from now on. I ll go only if Ahmed is there when needed, a friendly Customer service is very important to me and they could improve on that.

I have tried a lot of different mechanics around the neighborhood. They either couldn t diagnose the issue or diagnose it wrong. Ahmed was so professional, prices were fair, fix was quick. Will start going there from now on. Give them a try. Highly recommend.

Very honest car mechanics ,top notch, reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!!! I started to bring my car CX9 to them for everything. I got screwed over by other mechanics before so i know how important it is to have a honest and professional mechanic work on your car.

I can't say enough, about how GREAT THESE GENTLEMENWE'RE, especially Ahmed.Great guy!Just when I thought, there were ABSOLUTELY NOHONEST MECHANICS LEFT...We were LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND AHMED.GREAT PLACE OF BUSINESS, REALLY OUT 2 HELP YOU!! From this day on, that's where I will bring our SUV!!!

Each time I ask for prices they seem to be different. - Tail light replacement first I was told $30. I came another day, and he wanted $75. He did an ok job, but this is unprofessional. 5 min of work should not cost $75 at all for that matter. Sorry, but I lost trust. List your prices for common things like oil change, and I'll come back. I don't feel like haggling every visit!!

Went for an oil change and was so quick that I forgot I went to Mechanic shop. No crazy upsells just a decent price and a brake inspection to ensure I was safe on the road.

Convinced and fast, however they dont pay attention to how much oil your engine takes. You will have to let them know.* Update to owners comments- The worst part is being lied to specially in this holly month of Ramadan. I was told my 2019 Mazda CX-3 takes 4.8 quarts as he poured 5 quarts on it. And after I left the place I checked the manual and it says 4.4 quarts. So idk what Manual they refer to.It is probably not a big deal for the engine but at least be fair and true.

Called day before asking to get an inspection. Was told to come at 8-8:15. Came to 8:15 shop was closed. Came to 9 some guy could barely explain that he can't perform and I have to come back in an hour.

They have account on Groupon but don't accept the coupons from Groupon. Workers cheating, if I would ask for old oil filter that he replaced I would know that he didn't change it but he charged me full price. I barely got my money back for oil filter.
