I really like this place. It s quick, cheap and does a decent job on the wash. The reason why it s 3 stars is because there were times where it wasn t consistent with the wash. Some days it was just not good and some were great. There was also a time where it was a busy day and it was backed up to the point where the workers couldn t keep up with the cars going through the wash so therefore a car lightly tapped the car in front of it. I m glad the price didn t change over all these years and I do appreciate the respectful workers. Although it could be better, I ll still make my trips to come back here and there.

I'm feeling quite let down today. I usually make a long drive to this car wash with the confidence that their service is unparalleled. However, today's experience was far from satisfactory as my car was hastily cleaned and irresponsibly left running with the keys inside on a bustling sidewalk. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me when they were done and moved on to the next car. My car still had numerous leaves inside and in the rear. It makes me wonder where the supervision is - shouldn't the manager inspect the work after it's completed? To add to the dissatisfaction, the cashier's demeanor was quite off-putting, lacking basic greetings or expressions of gratitude. I'm left questioning whether this is a result of cutting costs on labor, but whatever the case, they definitely need to improve their training.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I have been in many car washs in Brooklyn. But those guys did an amazing job. Just for 45$, my medium-sized suv was super clean in and out. Now I know where to go.

I went today at 11:50am it was empty and they are just horrible at drying the car. You spend so much money for a car wash and it still comes out dirty. If the place is empty I expect to at-least take their time with drying the car. In the picture you can see also my dash board wasn t wiped down had to do it myself. If I m spending all this money $30 I want it perfect especially if the place is empty no cars behind.

Anything other than an external wash is a pure waste of money AND a money grab. I paid for their Platinum service. My vehicle was still filthy inside. (I had to borrow a towel and spray to clean the interior). I saw them vacuum, but it wasn't effective. I landed up having to go to another car wash on Atlantic. Rude employees at the cash register and on the line. Nasty, creepy and very disrespectful. I'd be the first to praise them if the job was even just acceptable. Can you tell it wasn't?

This used to be a favorite facility for getting my car washed when in the area. Unfortunately the last wash purchased was far from great. The inside windows were left smeared while the tires were not armoured as per my request. I think it's under new management but I'm not sure.

They make my car squeaky clean, best crews ever! When they do car wash they make sure its super clean inside out. I got the regular carwash & vacume package. Car is vacumed, windows, doors and dashbards are also sprayed and wiped clean, very clean.Today i got a quick detail for the passenger seat for $65, somebody puked on it. Got the service right away, took 30 min to clean the mess and wash the car.Full car detailing needs appointment. Uber/Lyft/Taxi have special rates. lots of crews are working on different areas.Drivers have warm waiting areas for seating with restrooms. Theres coffee, food, drinks and car stuffs and accesories you can buy..

It's a hit or miss place. They charge for some extras that is included in many other places (like armor all tires, washing plastic mats), so the cheap price is deceptive. Drying the car - depends on the car you have. The more expensive, the better the men wipe it.

Great job with the Platinum wash today. Prices are fair, and it took a bit of time since they were busy (good sign), but they did an excellent job. I haven't washed my car in about a year, and the inside was really showing it. They made it look brand new!

I left feeling very dissatisfied with the service received today. I paid for full service, the trunk which was vaccumed still had visible dust I had to call the guy back, the guys rushed through drying and left water dripping, the windshield and rearview mirrors were not wiped. I am not pleased by the service.

I paid $27.21 with tax for gold service and 15% tips so total $31.29 and they didn t even clean my carpets, seats and mat. When I left I found out they didn t even clean the passenger side. I had to drive back and asked them to clean it. Definitely not recommend anyone to try. I went in the morning. It was not busy only my car there.

Wont go there again. Paid for Gold FULL service. It wasn t busy. They barely vacuumed and didn t wipe down anything except the glass. I even left a good tip when paying even though the lady at the register didn t acknowledge my presence and held a personal conversation while checking meout; I had to interrupt and ask for my receipt. Wasted money. (And the little trees stock is old. Cant even smell the 2 I just bought from them.)

I have gone here many of times and have been loyal to them. After a 5 hour detail one of the guys pulled my wife over and said they damaged our side mirror. Cool they admitted it. He said to call the manager the following day as he was out to get back what they owe us for that. We called and the manager was rude and would not believe us. Said to send pictures cause he knew nothing about it and had to talk to the guy who was conveniently out. We also noticed , when we got home that the back seat was cracked and damage due to vacuuming. I know what vacuum damage looks like and this is it. Once again the manager refuses to acknowledge even though we have the name of the guy who works there that pointed out that he did it. It s been a full day and not a word back. So now we'll have to take this up with insurance to get them to pay.Service: Auto detailing

Very rude staff that won t answer any questions about services. This business is also illegally applying credit card minimums to all purchases. Only come here as a last resort. The lady at the cashier counter is especially rude.

A mess from the start, after waiting the oil change guy tell me the oil I used is not available and the I need to get the full synthetic of course the most expensive option. I'm already not happy and agree so I can leave. At the register as I wait I decide to look at air fresheners, I've never seen a carwash charge $8 + tax for an air freshener. After the oil change was done I was told I have to leave the building and go around a large block then re-enter the car wash, this made no sense since I already made the line. I go around and come back in just to find a long line for the car wash. While waiting I noticed one of the oil change guys hit reverse on a car and put it on the car wash line, I wonder why that wasn't offered to me. I would go elsewhere.

Great car wash. If you get the platinum with the interior clean, ask for Rivero! He was amazing and found my Bose earbuds way under a seat I thought were lost forever!

Got the very basic exterior wash ; wheels were left full of break dust other than that exterior was clean and guys did a good wipe down of the car

I went there for oil change they burn my engine they forgot to add oil. They only drain it. I will never recommend this location to nobody.

The people working show no respect for the vehicle if its not one of those sport models and the are disrespectful to women of color, the clips on my mates are ripper off and never put back correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has got to be the biggest rip off ever. Paid for the Gold service and asked that they also do the undercarriage. None of the area near the car tires were cleaned properly. There was still soap suds around the bumper of my car as well. I had to ask them to wipe my side mirrors (with tip in hand.)

Terrible experience. I immediately noticed a small crack on my windshield right after my car was washed which I know was not there previously as the crack was directly in front of my view after the wash. I spoke with the owner Gus and he refused to accept responsibility for the crack and said there was no way his machine's could have done it. Gus was rude and abrasive and never returned any of my subsequent calls from either me or my husband. Each time I stopped by, they was not there. I was a great customer prior to this but I will never be back. Do not have your car washed there unless you want to end up with damage that they will not take responsibility for.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Getting sloppy been coming here for years and seems like service is getting shoddy. Paid for Gold Wash with interior cleaning/vacuum. See my photo for how clean they got my wheels and the interiors were not vacuumed.

They do good work... Oil change comes with a free BRONZE car wash that you have about 2 weeks to use.
