I ve never experienced a repair shop like this before. The level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail feels like the same level of care I get when I take my BMW to get serviced at the BMW dealership. And that feels like rosylaty. My car looks absolutely brand new! The repairs are flawless. The owner and his staff are patient and a pleasure work with. They sent me text messages updating me on my cars progress throughout the repair process. A+.

I had such a wonderful experience using G & B Auto Collision Center. I had the unfortunate incident where I parked my car overnight on Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill and came back the next day with the passenger side sprayed with the road tar a contractor team was using to repair the road. After trying to remove the sticky gooey stains myself, I decided to let insurance handle it. I was given 3 choices of repair shops. G & B was so head and shoulders above the other two . My call was answered by Kort Lawrence. As the representative for this shop he was kind, personable, gentle and took his time to explain the steps of what would occur and even encouraged me to continue to do my research. He was professionalism personified. For some people, this may not matter; but in a world where the focus on customer service is a lost art, Kort fully restored my faith. So for all the shops who wonder why business falls off, you need to take a page from Kort's book. In a world of overwhelming average, be Kort Lawrence. After deciding to give my car to them I was met by the Operations Manager Kijana Noel who showed me the shop and the work being done. He also put me totally at ease and has tremendous command of the process, expected outcomes and assured my full satisfaction even AFTER I picked the car up when the repairs were complete. My car came out looking showroom ready and you could not tell where the damage was done. Kort also walked me around the car and showed me every detail of the work. They also cleaned and detailed my car. During the process, Kort kept me update and would send me picture throughout the process.NYC is a crazy place lately, but the team at G & B Auto Collision Center lets you know there are still good people to be found. They are masters at their craft. They know how to treat their customers well and are more of what we need in the world. Good people in a customer service oriented business who go out of their way to make a bad incident turn into a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly return to them again if the need arose. If you find your car needs body work take it to them. You will not be disappointed.

I came here through my insurance for some damage to my car door. The guys were all super professional and easy to work with. They were able to fix my door and get my car back in no time flat. I had a great experience with the garage and would recommend it to anyone looking for repairs.

I d like to say GNB Collision Center has exceeded my expectations but I can t since I already knew the completed job was going to be perfect from the moment I left my vehicle it was!!!! I ve had two cars prior at GNB which had fender benders and now vandalism. Each high end vehicle appeared to come straight out of the showroom instead there collision center!! I m pleased and know I d never go anywhere else if I should encounter another issue with my vehicle!!! Thanks GNB I appreciate your professionalism and craftsmanship 100%

I arrived wanting to retrieve an item from my vehicle. I recieved the item with little resistance. I left my baby (car) with this shop. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.A little background, some person with no direction decided they wanted what was in my car. The genius took a brick and threw it several times at my front passenger window, one time he missed and hit the door leaving a dent in its place. He hit the rear passenger window once leaving the window not as scared as the front, but damaged just the same. Because the side windows did not give in and break he threw the rock at the windshield, leaving a large hole and damge to the dashboard only to empty out the glove compartment and middle console. There were no valuables to retreive, so it was all for nothing. The only thing that was left was damage and chaos.

Just dropped off my 2012 Nissan rogue based off everyone s reviews.. so far I give them 5 stars because they said my vehicle is fixable & should be done soon..so can t wait to see what they do will keep everyone updated with the results :)

The best experience (period). Staff and owner were the best to deal with, super friendly and knowledgeable! The turn around was fast, and the work was truly unbelievable! I couldn t even tell that my car was in an accident after their care and work. Insane attention to detail! Highly recommend

Extraordinary repair and overall service. My 2014 Toyota Avalon needed to have the rear bumper replaced, two doors and the front bumper repainted, the driver's seat repaired, and the entire body polished. The results are spectacular, far beyond my expectations. The cost was lower than some of their competitors. Team members are courteous and attentive. The car was ready when promised. I had a similar experience with G & B a few years ago, and that encouraged my return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The supervisor or at least I think he was. Was very honest with me and did not beat around the bush. I appreciated him telling me that my moonroofs issue could be finicky and he did not taking advantage of me as some mechanics would and give me suggestions

Stellar service! On time, professional, fair and detailed. What fender bender????Returned with my new car because a Neighor tried to rip off the bumper. I am all repaired and shiny again in 2 days. Consistent stellar service is always appreciated

Horrible place. Went to get an estimate and a month later still nothing. I had called few times and I have been told that someone will call me. I wasted a month waiting for nothing. Very unprofesional.

A large tree branch fell on my car and I was devastated. Geico referred me to G&B and I didn t really know what to expect because I had never been to them before. Rarely have I experienced such consummate professionalism, kindness, and workmanship from a business in NYC. I picked my car up today and it looked like the day I took it home from the dealership. They even saved me a trip to the car wash since it was returned spotless an great bonus. From start to finish, this was an amazing experience and I will be returning for all of my auto body needs in the future. You all have just won a customer for life. Thank you

Quality of work was excellent. Pricing ended up being better than expected. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely come back. This shop is the best, their service feels like family. I had an unfortunate accident parked up a week after getting my new car and I ve worked with them in the past so it was a no-brainer to go back. And I m so glad I did. There service was top notch , my bumper was damaged and now it looks brand new as when I purchased my car . There service and staff are remarkable they kept me updated on all progress and and repairs. This company also has renter cars available on site so no need to travel to anywhere else which is a plus . I would recommended there business to anyone. 5 stars is definitely not enough for there top of the line service they give . AVOID AVOID AVOID: sloppy job & terrible turnaroundMy car came back with many problems:* right signal not working* wiper broken* washer fluid drained* sun visors reversedWho knows how many other problems there are? It's hard to have peace of mind when driving it.Terrible turnaround* initial quote was 15 days and Thanksgiving pickup* never returned calls: don't believe it when they say "will call you back next week / tomorrow / in 15 minutes"* was postponed to Christmas, New year, ...* it's February now, my car is still waiting on one part.AVOID.Service: Body & Trim

We had a truly frustrating and unprofessional experience with G&B. We were having a door replaced and it was going to take 5 days once the door arrived. Brought it in when the parts arrived and told it would take 8 days. We rescheduled for when we could be without the car for that long. When we brought it back to be fixed we waited 9 days and walked over to check on it because no one would return our calls and they hadn t started yet. The receptionist told us we should know it would take longer.. we can t know unless they tell us. We rescheduled again, this time they actually fixed it. However the door was not aligned properly and its causing excessive wind noise. We brought it back, nothing changed. Brought it back again, nothing changed again. I don t think they even tried to fix the alignment. We are out of patience and we ll have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere. Throughout this process of bringing it in 6 times it was almost impossible to get someone to call us back. A relatively simple straightforward repair turned into something very time consuming and frustrating.Service: Body & Trim
