Come here to get my inspection every year but a couple days ago was the first time I ve ever gone for an actual repair. I had a spinning wheel stud and a stripped lug nut on my Civic that was preventing me from getting the tire out and I had a flat. I was taken in immediately and the guys at the shop got right to work as soon as I explained the problem, the job was finished very quickly and I was quoted a very reasonable price. The customer service was great and I was very satisfied with the work done.This is easily the best experience I ve had with a mechanic and I will definitely be coming here for any repairs moving forward.

I have known JR. for a long time as a meticulous mechanic who is experienced in many types of cars and knowledgeable in their functions and capabilities. This shop is always clean and does have a friendly and cautious owner. You can carry your any model BMW there and with his prior experience working on them I can tell you , you will be satisfied. Tell him I sent you!!!!!!.Overall you will get your moneys worth on any car taken there. Thank You G& A .

Newly found gem for me!! Today was my second time visiting this shop. I felt welcomed, and listened to. Top notch customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful. The workshop is well put together and inviting. I will surely be returning for whatever car service needs that arises.

Very good but expensive like all shops are...it's the labor that spikes up the price...not the parts....they are very very good....friendly...caring....quick and efficient....I trust them and that is a good feeling to have when u put your car in their hands......Go to them!!!!...You will not be disappointed....I swear on God to this!!!!

I was over their heads abit but management and staff was awesome. Did very nice job on my diagnostic and alignment so definitely a place I would go next time. They charge for lifting cars or you got to get something done on it so don't rush lifting it.

Our company vehicle had a lot of problems and it was taken to another of mechanics whom didn't the actual problem, just its symptoms. So after a while me and my boss tried G &A on a whim to be honest, however, that's the best gamble we made. Junior has been our dedicated mechanic ever since then, suffice it to say we have not been to any one after that not even to get the wheels pressurized. I highly recommend that you go here when your in Brooklyn because you won't be dissatisfied.

It s always a five-star experience here! They are always make sure that my Range Rover is in top condition for my yearly tuneup. I will never go there again or recommend anyone else! I went there based on what another mechanic told me I needed which was an amplifier, so this is what I told the mechanic I needed...instead of him using his own testing/ diagnostic he just order a piece that I didn't need...so now he calls another place maybe the hydai dealership I m not sure....so they told him I just needed it reset which only took 5 seconds if that.. so now I'm stuck with a amplifier that I don't need and charged $400 for something that literally took 5 seconds.Service: Electrical

My problem was- car pulled to the left side, I came to this guys to fix it. They did alignment. Nothing changed my car still pulled to the left. Another mechanic sad me it looked like alignment haven t been done . Not recommended.

WOW WHAT A GREAT PLACE. I went in for a wheel alignment and came out very satisfied. Pleasant customer service and great workmanship. Reasonable pricing and whatever is being done is explained FULLY. I now have a new mechanic and would recommend G & A auto diagnostics to all my family and friends. Thank you JR.

JR Is the best . He got my 2015 Ford Taurus back up and running in no time, I had a very bad coolant leak, car was over heating , Jr took care of everything! He definitely keeps you up to date with everything he is doing every step of the way ! Definitely made the best choice taking my car to him. Thank you again JR.

JR takes amazing care of your car. Rain or shine, labor shortage+inflation (his rates are very reasonable), the attention to detail by JR and his associates is second to none. Our 2001 Civic with a blown head gasket and in need of a timing belt now drives like new. THANK YOU G&A!
