Great customer service and quality service especially the black guy that did my breaks for the Audi. I forgot his name but he didn't get to finish my breaks the day of so he apologized, delivered my car back to me then completed the job 1st thing in the morning when I drop it off. The prices is actually a bit lower than market so that's a plus. Great guy and great service. Would definitely recommend

Super grateful to the owner of this place>>didnt get his name. My battery died in a 7am no standing zone at 6:45am in pouring rain>>.I called 40/40 cab service they showed up without cables. I was told about this place >>I ran over and without hesitation this guy helped me out!! No charge >>luckily bc I had no cash on me>>>I just tipped him!!.He just got a new customer!!Thank you so much if you get to read this>!! I will pay this forward!!LillyUpdate - His name is Gilbert and I ve been a customer for years now!! Great guy > honest and trustworthy!

I really like this place. Price is reasonable. Experts at what they do and no funny business. Support!! Listen. All the ladies they are not one of those places that take advantage. Bring your car here. They will work with you. They know the struggle is real

The service was superb and the employees and owner are extremely knowledgeable. They worked hard to get the work done on my car in a timely manner. Every customer that came there they politely acknowledged and greeted them. Amazing customer service skills. Great place to get service and maintenance on any vehicle.

Wish I could give 0 stars. One of the most rudest and unprofessional mechanics around. Don t even know what they are doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Listen if you have a business and you are dealing with customers daily, give a better attitude and be professional about it.

Gilbert is a very serious and honest person, I brought my car there 2 weeks ago, they set my brakes up perfectly charging a very honest rate.2 days before to get there i was dealing with another mechanic that was trying to charge me 3 time the value of the job.This guys are very cool

These guys tried to charge me way too much to change the front ball joints, control arms, and links. The amount they were charging per piece was way over the price I could get it for online (I get charging extra to make a profit but on some parts they were charging more than double). Then when I told em I was good they tried to charge me $50 for looking at it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have a 2014 chevrolet impala, I know these people for 30 yrs of my life .. I put my trust in them for that reason and boy was I wrong now I have spent over 5000 dollars repairing my car due to the lack of knowledge these people have .. the owner of the shop only has knowledge in the past of body work and his repair guys don't know how to work on cars they leave missing parts. The owner junior is very disrespectful and if the job was done wrong he charges you 2 times he's a crook and I wouldn't recommend Noone to this shop ...

Dropped off my car because the check engine light was on. He said all we needed was an oil change and a checkup. He said he d charge 300 me then changed the price to over 400 when someone else picked up the vehicle! Not even a week later the check engine light came back on. I just took it to another shop to find out there was a hole in the oil pan that he should have noticed during the checkup he overcharged me for. Very unhappy with the service and I implore you to go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Gilbert was able to take my vehicle in the day after I called to fix a suspension problem. He was honest, understanding, and finished the job the same day. If I could give this place six stars I would. Definitely my new mechanic and shop.

They were supposed to rebuild the transmission. After taking it back twice after they "repaired" it because the transmission wasn't working, and there was a lot of fluid leaking from my auto, I figured I would take it someplace else to see what they were doing to my auto. They broke the hose for power steering, broke the hose to the transmission and most of the clips that held the hose plus broke the AC. Most of the transmission fluid had leaked out. I decided not to take it back to G&S because it was apparent they didn't have the ability to complete the job and I didn't want them causing more damage to my auto. Plus they would keep my auto for a week each time I returned it. They did have another agent do the work on the transmission. But they should have taken responsibility for their work and checked their work.

Great bunch of folks. Went above and beyond to chase down replacement belts for my Porsche when I broke down a block away, were communicative and helpful.

Took my car in just to get my exhaust system put back together since it ripped off due to the car being low. Bought all brand new parts , took it to them & they end up damaging my transmission. Then dont even want to take responsibility for their wrong doing.

I was here about 2 yrs ago and when i went in they had discovered that my car had no water in the radiator, I took the car in cause it was releasing a strange smell in the car that was making me nauseous due to the car not having any radiator fluid he promptly flush out the radiator with fresh water and he also cleanup my motor at no charge.
